One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Just in the heart of Wroclaw by the river next to famous party island. Stayed there second time in 2 rooms for 4 nights for business and leisure together with my family. Check-in was smooth with a welcome drink in the Bar. Garden bar is nice peaceful and open until late. This time my wife and son ate dinner in the Restaurant and they told me the food was better than many restaurants in the city. Rooms are quite okay in size, clean and my view was just fantastic ! I will be coming for business every 2 weeks, looking forward for next visit already ! Check in was easy, room facilities were excellent and the view from our room (510) was terrific. Prices in the bar very reasonable too. Well located for public transport as well as walkable into the Main Square. Very safe neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Wroclaw.

No complaints whatsoever. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking in a garage. The staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location where you can, among other things, reach the Market Place by foot within 10 minutes. From our room we had a wonderful view over the river and the festive atmosphere around.

Most of all I felt safe staying here. Everything was very clean and staff very kind, helpful and respectful. I recommend dining out at the restaurant and trying the duck. There is small gym on site and spa services. I feel like everyone cares about me when I am there. Sometimes I would get vouchers for a coffee or a drink, or discounts at the restaurant which made me feel appreciated and valued. It’s my home away from home.

The property it self was nice looking, the issue I had with it was the service, for 3 days of my stay at the hotel I didn’t have soap, on the second day of waiting I talked to the receptionist which assured me someone will come the next day at 12 and will change it, when I returned it still wasn’t there, I went to reception again to tell her, she was rude but said the security guard will be on his way to bring it, I waited for half an hour and he didn’t come up so I called receptionist and when I asked her when will he come she said he’s been, I asked about the room number again and I said that’s my room but no one has been she said he has and I said he did not come up, then she proceeded to say he might be up in the second and in which a few minutes later he turned up. The situation would have been fine if she wasn’t so rude. The room itself was cleaned however, not properly a lot of the times dirty cups were left. In my opinion the hotel was convenient and the location was really good especially for the price, it was overall clean enough and not as bad as some places I’ve seen but the staff did not make the experience great.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. I got vouchers to the bar and I tasted most delicious latte. The restaurant on site is beautiful and I had the best duck ever. Rooms are clean and spacious. Each room has a small fridge and a pitcher to heat up water. I was able to adjust temperature in the room. On site is a gym and a spa. I got an amazing massage with shea butter. I got to know people working there and this truly became my home away from home. This is the place I am definitely gonna go back to. Thank you!

La habitación olía a tabaco ( también las sábanas). Hice el checking a las 22 horas y me asignaron una habitación del primer piso, a pesar que le pedí una más alta. Me dijeron que no podía ser. Me dio la impresión de que el hotel no estaba lleno. En el cuarto de baño la papelera estaba llena de basura del anterior huésped. No ponen artículos higiénicos de ningún tipo. Le pedí espuma de afeitar y me dijeron que la vendían. En resumen: hotel con pretensiones y precio alto que no pasa de un 2 o 3 estrellas. El desayuno correcto. ( lógico por el precio que pagas). No repetiría.

Die Hotellage ist fantastisch, direkt an der verzweigten Oder. Ein toller Blick aus dem Hotelfenster, wenn man mit Blick zur Oder bucht, zum Zentrum ungefähr 15min zu laufen, sehr schöner Spaziergang durch den angrenzenden Park. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Eine sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und möchten das Haus gern weiter empfehlen.

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, Service war auch super. Im Bad hat leider der Vergrößerungsspiegel gefehlt ansonsten war der Aufenthalt wirklich toll ,wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch selbst nochmal buchen wenn wir nach Wroclaw kommen.

Hotel zdominowany przez Niemców, Polak to klient drugiej kategorii! Para impreza dla Niemców w lobby z niemieckim disco irytująca. Przy śniadaniu główna sala dla niemieckich klientów, nam kazano chodzić do jakiejś małej sali konferencyjnej oddalonej od bufetu śniadaniowego! Niestety po posiłku hotel zagwarantował mi 2 dniowe zatrucie pokarmowe!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Das Restaurant bietet eine ausgezeichnete Küche bei fairen Preisen. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
