The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some work. The walls are paper thin, our light flickered and then would go out, a hole in the wall and the toilet seat was not on correctly. It was very noisy. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. 20 Euro for the two of us. Shuttle ran 24 hrs.

The transfer service was amazing, cheap and on time. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok and you had the option to buy more stuff if you prefer. Overall recommended and good for short stay near Istanbul airport.

Once I'd got to the hotel everything was fine except i couldn't get cold water out of the tap on the washbasin. When i booked the transfers were included but they've now lowered stay prices and made the transfers optional. It is a palaver getting a transfer as the airport area for this is utter chaos. I had to send a selfie of myself at the pickup point and then they kept in touch via whatsapp til i was picked up.

Great hotel! They made everything super easy even sent clear instructions and a video showing how to get from the airport to the shuttle meeting point. That really helped my father, who doesn’t speak English. Very close to the airport, good price,clean rooms, early check-in available, and free breakfast. Highly recommend! 🌟

Very reasonable hotel stay near the airport - take advantage of the shuttle service which was 35E for return transportation and they make it very easy of pickup from the airport

The hotel was fine the but advertised shuttle was a bummer! It was advertised and built but as convenient but we ended up waiting a long while to be picked up and the shuttle was newly 25 minutes late in dropping us back off at the airport. We requested a refund but didn’t receive.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near the airport for a day or two. The transfer to and from the airport was well organized, the instructions was super clear and drivers are always very helpful and professional. The room is basic and has everything you need. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pickup and drop-off service was top-notch. I arrived 45 minutes early and the hotel was super accommodating. They arranged an earlier pickup at the airport, which was a huge plus. The Mercedes van was awesome, it had Wi-Fi and they even gave me a bottle of water when I got inside. The hotel room was spotless, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the large rain shower in the room - it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The next day, the van was ready on time to take me to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made my stay even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near IST Airport.

Tiniest room, no room to walk around. You open the door then there a small bathroom and a bed, no space to open your suitcase. Besides that, the room is clean and functional. Water pressure is good, mattress is good. There’s only one pillow per person so we asked for extra pillows. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They make the stay a good stay.

Breakfast was at a connected cafe. unfortunately, I missed it due to my very early departure. It was quiet, an not too long ride from the airport, into a small almost small village area. Several little shops were nearby. The bus to and from the airport was great. the room was good, strange not to have curtains since I was visible from the street, but otherwise a comfortable room.

Stayed at this hotel on 2 separate nights within a week. Uber (around 365 TL = 265 fare 100 reservation fee) or taking bus H-5A (70TL) or grab a taxi options are cheaper than asking hotel to make reservation. Loved the snacks & water provided. Nice bright bathroom with hair dryer. Earplugs provided too as it's not soundproof and I can hear people talking along the corridor early morning. Dental kit (toothbrush & toothpaste) was not provided on my 2nd visit. Overall, very clean, within 15 minutes drive to/from airport and places to eat around the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from IST airport. - Breakfast was good and there were two options: 1) a Turkish breakfast (eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and cheese), or 2) Turkish baked goods such as olive bread and cheese bread. - The housekeeping crew were friendly and helpful, providing extra towels and toilet rolls. -There are bakeries, restaurants, kebab shops, a pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. Cons: - The room is quite small. I hit my toes on the bed legs multiple times. - The location is far from the tourist attractions and the city centre of Istanbul, about an hour's drive away.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel....the transfer from the airport was very clear and fast...it takes only 12-15 minutes going to the hotel The driver in the shuttle gave the greeting bottle of water to everybody in the shuttle....the receptionist Baki was so nice and pollied...at the table in the room were free cookies, cakes, crackers, juce and water , tea and coffee like a comliment from the hotel....the room is small but very clean and all facilities worked right Beside the hotel are 3-5 small restaurants and the fruit market shop....very good people work in the hotel...very nice location... and very good hotel... Thank you team of Dem Premium Hotel...you made my stopover

Left out of the "what did you like" was Staff. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and the transfer company recommended were genuinely concerned that everything went well for the trip. The hotel was perfect for my intentions but the staff was their most important asset.

We wanted something close to the Istanbul airport as we were arriving late in the evening and flying out to Cappadocia the next morning. The DEM Premium Hotel worked perfectly for us. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel but, after travelling from Western Canada, we were exhausted. The staff were incredible … so kind and helpful! They even made us a fruit platter and brought it to our room at no charge. The room was quiet and clean, though the shower did leak a bit. Breakfast was delicious! The staff members were the highlight of our stay … you will not finder nicer or more helpful people anywhere! They all went over and above in every way!

Perfect place for a long layover! Transfer was amazing and very well organized. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Front desk stuff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place near Istanbul airport.

The property is brand new and very clean. They provide all essentials including lots of snacks. Very clean and great service. The room are very small and you can hear the airplanes constantly (the windows could have more sound proof). The cleaners should pay attention to shampoo as mine was out and did not realize until it was too late. The area is very close to the airport but the town is run down with few food options. Also, stray dogs is a bit scary when you are walking alone at night. Excellent value for one day if you’re okay with the plane noise.

It was a perfect location next to the airport for my 24 hour layover. The restaurant the Across the street was really good. I Would recommend this place. Meter Taxi was a cheaper way to get to and from the hotel

Stayed here after landing at airport. Ten minutes by car or bus line (we parked on the street). Rooms are small but clean and modern and much cheaper than the large hotels nearby. The hotel does not really have much of a lobby nor is it in the best area of town, but for us it did the trick.

Booked this hotel as it was the closest to the airport. They had a shuttle service with a fee. They were reliable, professional and time efficient. The room was updated, clean and comfy bed. Isabella who I spoke on the phone was extremely helpful. The shuttle driver Levitt was kind and helpful. The restaurant across the street had delicious Turkish food and happy staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a quick stop before flying out.

イスタンブール空港周辺で探しており、バスで一本のところにありました。ホテルは綺麗でエアコンもついており快適でした。飛行機の音が気になりましたが、耳栓が置いてありました。トルコのスナックが置いてあるのも嬉しかったです。色んなお菓子を試すことができました。夜遅くに着きましたがルームサービスもあったので安心でした。近くに水などが買える小さいお店がありました。唯一のマイナス点は割高な空港送迎を何度も勧められたことです。グループの方にはいいと思いますが1人だったのでバスにしました。

Breakfast was at a connected cafe. unfortunately, I missed it due to my very early departure. It was quiet, an not too long ride from the airport, into a small almost small village area. Several little shops were nearby. The bus to and from the airport was great. the room was good, strange not to have curtains since I was visible from the street, but otherwise a comfortable room.

Convenient and nice place for a short stay near the airport. Hotel arranged transportation was great and made it very easy to get to and from the airport. Rooms and linens are clean and comfortable. For lunch or dinner, go to the restaurant Dürümcü Mahmut Usta next to the hotel. It has very good Turkish food at very reasonable prices. Overall a nice place to stay for a layover in Istanbul.
