Good property. Only issue was one elevator was out of service the whole 4 day stay and breakfast was warm.

The hotel is beautiful - overlooks the bay. The pool was very nice, however the jets on the hot tub didn’t work. Our lunch and dinner were awful. My friend had to send her dinner back, it was so awful. Her lunch wasn’t great either. I had a great salad at lunch. The seafood chowder I had for dinner, was mostly potatoes with a little wee bit of seafood. It tasted like a canned soup. Need a new chef! The breakfast brunch the next morning was very good.

There was a conference & only 1 elevator working so there was always a wait.

Hot tub did not work, building needs alot of work, its old and falling apart, gree. Stuff coming out of the vents and windows. Pool area very dirty, towels not available in the pool area. The fanily funplex that you can add on to your stay, well nothing worked. Spent 125 for braclets and couldn't even play half of the stuff.

Great place to stay. They only have one very old elevator that currently working. The staff reported that new elevators are being installed in May. The entire hotel has been renovated and the room was impressive. Very clean and modern.

Was a pleasant stay they did a really nice job with all the renovations on the hotel very updated. The hot tub was drained during our stay I’m unsure if it was just for cleaning or if they have decided to not have it running. The gym had a lot of nice equipment they had a water fill up station and complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and upon check out the manger went out of his way to ask us if we had a good stay.

It was an OK stay. Booked for 5x(3 kids) but room really only accommodated 4x. Paid the extra 10 for a cot, not a big deal. Swimming pool had hair clumps in it which my kids didn't like so they got out.

From the moment we walked in the front door, we were thrilled with our stay. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean. Our sixth floor room was immaculate. The only thing we weren't struck on was the dated jacuzzi tub in the room. While it was not in working order, we know how difficult the jets can be to clean properly (we used to own the exact same tub).That being said, it was our only "complaint". Every staff member we encountered was friendly and warm. Even the elevator and corridors smelled and appeared clean. The restaurant downstairs served delicious, reasonably priced food. Don't be fooled by the "fancy" appearance; the restaurant was welcoming and accessible. The front desk clerk happily helped us secure transportation to a nearby venue for a concert. Check-out the next morning was smooth and pleasant. We enjoyed a king sized room and found the price to be overly affordable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return again if we were back in Saint John for an event at TD Station.

I would not recommend this hotel. It has been refurbished and was done very poorly- lots of obvious quick fixes everywhere (paint peeling on doors and doorframes, tiles quickly slapped together that dont quite join up, curtain rods installed crooked, the list goes on and on). Window in our room was dirty and one part permanently fogged up so you couldnt see out. Elevator floor was dirty and sticky. We paid extra for breakfast in the hotel it and it was terrible- quality of food was simply awful, dry muffins, cold eggs, watered down juice- we left our table quickly after sitting down it was not eatable. Unfortunate hotel experience, but the staff were ok- however the facility and services offered were a real disappointment.

1. Reserved a room with a harbour view, but windows were incredibly dirty. 2. The tub in the room was a big jet tub that I personally would never used due to not being able to properly clean it. Very easy to find. But when you park you can see broken curtains and dirty windows on the 1st couple floors. Looks run down when you 1st pull up.

Room was spacious and clean enough. Pool area was not clean and someone threw up on the deck before we came abs we waited 30 plus minutes for them to clean it up and no one came so we ended up leaving. I would expect that to be top priority. Staff was very friendly. The most important part is knowing this hotel is not close enough to downtown if you’re exploring Saint John for the first time… Hilton is where you want to be.

Very clean, up to date pleasant decor and high quality furnishings. Very comfortable bed.

Our room was right in front of the elevator. I would not recommend this room as families would talk very loudly while waiting for the elevator. This was the case late into the evening and very early in the morning 6am. Did not get a great sleep.

Nice big updated room with big windows. Customer service was very good also. Would stay here again.

The staff were super friendly, answered any questions. We walked to our event, no problem. Room was spacious and quiet.

Nice new hotel close to the downtown. We had a harbour view which was very nice. It is unfortunately though a VERY noisy hotel in terms of people walking / talking and running in the halls which meant a very early wake up as a tour bus was loading up for 6 am

Its beautiful here I have harbor view from my room ice machine is on each floor so I don't have to hunt it down lots of power outlets like lots tv is huge bed is massive and sheets are so soft and bed is a pillow top amazing so happy withy stay

This property has recently undergone an updating and looks great. We were greeted by friendly staff to a very clean hotel. Room was super clean and spacious. Restaurant on site offers very good food. Also a great location with easy access to and from the highway or to get downtown.

I do not even know where to start. But here it is. Check in as well as checkout was quick and efficient, rooms are clean and well maintained, but that is not what the best thing is. The best thing is staff. Here is the story. Ive rece tly stayed at the hotel for couple of days. During my stay I got a nasty cold, and was really feeling bad. After the checkout i went out and had to clean the car as it was snowing. Half way to Starbucks, i realized that I had forgoten my shirts and jackets in the rooms closet. I called the front desk, and Mark answered the phin, said no worries, by the time you get here I will get your stuff down. Of course that happened. No fuss, just efficient service. But this is not it, the best part is coming. I was on my way to Digby and had to take a ferry. I arrived there and cars were already boardin. All.of a sudden, my phone rings, and it was Mark. I had left my luggage on the parking lot as I was clea ing the snow off the car. I obviously do not have time to exit the yard go back and get my luggage. I was screwed. But Mark was quick on bis feet, he offered for a other staff member to drive the luggage to me. And they did it in a nick of time. They really went over and above the call of duty to help this dummy in a tough situation, and saved the day. Mark, and the gentleman that got me the suitcase, THANK YOU. You have no idea how appreciative I am. Tbis kind of service is not normal, i am not sure of a yone who would do this for their custome

The room was so small and noise traveled from room to room. We asked for pillows and an extra blanket for the sofa bed as their was nothing for it and it was a long wait to get a pillow. Then we had to call down four times to ask for extra towels, as we were staying two nights, three people and we were only given two towels in total. Our first call we waited an hour then just ended up going to bed, three more calls the following day and we finally got the towels. We had very noisy neighbors who let their children hang out in the hallway and run back and forth to one another’s rooms and play in the stairwell. We were later getting back to the hotel Saturday night, and their was no parking for guests but a whole section of the parking lot was blocked off, for no reason and had approximately 6 empty spots. Front desk staff were less then helpful during our stay.

We stayed at the Crowne for the weekend of March 22nd and 23rd for a basketball tournament my son was in. I was greeted at the front desk by Farid and Rajitha, and my stay got off on the right foot. Farid was warm, welcoming and kind - and gave me some great recommendations for local pizza near the hotel, as well as taking care of breakfast for my other son who was traveling with us! Rajitha is the Guest Services Manager and was also very welcoming, as well as fixing up an issue I had with a mistaken charge on my day of checkout. I can't say enough about these gentlemen - they are a credit to your operation! The hotel was packed to capacity for several tournaments that were in town, but I had zero issues with any noise on the premises - which is rare for any hotel that full. My boys enjoyed the on-site arcade, loved the pool, and were big fans of the staff as well - who were, apparently, very kind to members of my son's basketball team in the lobby. My only constructive suggestion would be this: On weekends where you are at capacity, schedule a couple of extra staff in the restaurant area. The staff were run off their feet on the Sunday morning of our checkout and were having a hard time keeping items replenished in the buffet and getting tables cleaned. Lori and the rest of the staff were dynamite looking after everyone, and did it with a smile - but it was clear that they were a little overwhelmed. Great stay - we will be back every Saint John visit!

We were in the area very last minute and everything was booked / sold out. I got “lucky” or so I thought bc I found a room on Expedia for this hotel. We arrived at the front desk and were greeted by Ishan. Ishan informed us that Expedia had over booked them and they were completely sold out no rooms to be had. At this point I’m tired and stressed but I needn’t have worried because Ishan was on duty. I don’t know what or how he did it but he made a room miraculously appear out of thin air and got us situated in a room within 20 minutes. He was literally a magician! Once up in the room he called to check on us. But most hotel employees would have said we’re sold out to bad so sad good luck finding another place. But Ishan did some rearranging and fixed the situation and I will be forever grateful! The level of service he provided far exceeded most employees (at other brands hotels) that we encounter on our travels. Ishan Is destined for upper management and certainly deserves a pay increase the level of care and service he provided makes IHG stand out and I’ll be excited to book with your company again! Thank you IHG and thank you Ishan for not leaving us out in the cold and for taking great care of us. I’m in awe of your exceptional service!

Hotel was nice. Beds comfortable and staff friendly. The location was not somewhere you could walk around. There are sidewalks but nothing to see but container ships and factories

Great location

Fine modernised hotel at walking distance from the citycenter but somewhat isolated near the harbour. Fine service, well trained staff, good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes from the ferry to Digby which was very convenient given the rather early daily departure.

Quiet location water view

Hotel was clean and desk staff were very courteous at arrival and departure. Only downsides were no free breakfast and that the location is a bit of a drive from places to eat downtown.

Beautiful hotel, great pool/hot tub, restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the location is not walkable to anything like the waterfront.

My only complaint is the restaurant. We tried to eat there on Saturday night around 7 PM and were told to wait at least an hour to 90 minutes. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to eat without any issues.

Poorly renovated hotel. Looks good in the pictures but don't be fooled. Everything is poorly finished, missing caulk on bathtub and water going in wall, payment machines broken, etc etc. Not worth the money. Staff is nice and trying their best tho.
