Absolutely everyone was friendly and helpful. One of my most favorite things was they had an espresso coffee machine as you got off the elevator. You could have coffee tea 24 seven. I loved that! It was convenient to walk anywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Excellent bar and restaurant which was vibrant in the evening. Hotel is very conveniently located next to a tram stop going into centre probably every 10 mins. Breakfast was very nice too.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were awesome as was the breakfast. The pub was great and had live music. Was walking distance to other pubs, restaurants and shopping. The tram was so accessible, just across the street, so easy to take you downtown. Would recommend this place to everyone

Disappointed with construction on site which impacted the car parking. Also treadmill was not working in Gym. Restaurant food was very average. Location is excellent. Very clean. Felt that Safety was good. Service good but front desk was slow when busy.

We were greeted by Josephine who was super friendly and helpful. Our room had been upgraded from superior to executive which was lovely. We easily found the car park (€20 payable) and had lunch in the hotel restaurant while waiting for our room (we were early). The room is lovely and getting robes and slippers is great. The only thing I’d criticise are the t-bags!!! They are awful. Hilton - change your brand. Also as always in hotels there’s not enough tea/coffee making products but we found a lovely maid who gave us lots of extras.

The hotel is beside the canal which was great for morning runs (even though it's a rather overgrown view). The hotel is an easy walking distance to St Stephens Green and I walked all over Dublin. The tram was right outside (above) the front door for those who don't want/can't walk yet it wasn't noisy. I was disappointed that the gym was shut for maintenance during my stay, however it was due to open the day I left. I loved that the housekeeping kept a steady supply of water, although they only every added two teabags per day which was rectified upon request. Overall a good stay - thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three days at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully maintained, the food excellent in both the bar and for breakfast. The main issue though was the friendly, professional staff whether they were cleaning rooms, front desk staff, servers, or the efficient woman who seemed to manage the breakfast room and bar restaurant. Really good breakfast and perfect service. There was an a bit unpleasant scent in the room of moist/mold. There seem to be issues with ventilation. A lot of fog in the bathroomnand this smell. The ventilation also shut of during night, so something to lookover. Apart from that the stay was really nice.

The carpeting was filthy and there was no soap and the shower. Went to call down for the front desk for soap and the phone was broken. It was hot in the room and wouldn’t cool off, so we had to open the window and there was a huge construction project just outside our window. Room service was subpar at best. There has to be many better options in Dublin.

We stayed in Room 117 and all the fabrics had a strong stench of tobacco. The shower was completely clogged and you could see the hairs that were caught in the trap.This led to a mini waterfall when anyone showered. We were so excited for the Taylor Swift concert that we let it go at the time. Even the pillows smelt of smoke.

breakfast was very good and fresh food brought out regularly. The room was very clean - shower unfortunately had cold water although they did fix it The room also was good size - not cramped which was very nice. Free WIFI worked well

Check in was fast & efficient. Room 101 was cold, heating was set on low & despite informing the front desk, took 2 days to resolve. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely & variety offered outstanding. Overall a great stay, a few tweaks & it would have been a 10/10

Nice hotel, very comfortable. Pro and Cons to being right beside a tram track. The tram goes by the window of some rooms (so make sure to ask which room you are staying in or request one the other side of the building). Trams stop at before midnight but they start early in the morning which would be annoying if you wanted a lie in. Other than that really nice hotel, lovely staff and all round very comfortable.

The Tram was right next to the Hotel which was super convenient. The food at the bar was Ok at best. The rooms were small and the AC kept switching off making the room stuffy at times. 7.5 out of 10.

Dejligt og moderne hotel lige syd for Temple-området og lige ved siden af sporvognsstoppested. Gode parkeringsforhold (betaling). Værelserne er fint store og med lækkert badeværelse. Mulighed for forbundne værelser. Morgenmaden meget lækker med et godt udvalg. God kvalitet.

Very comfortable, and a big shout out to Bruno at the front desk for excellent service. One slight caveat - the soundproofing on the canal view rooms (mine at least) wasn't great, and it let in a lot of road noise. However, it was easy to change rooms. If you're travelling with a dog, don't assume that pubs in Dublin will let you in. Most will turn you away. While the hotel is great with pets, the city is terrible. You need to research where you're going to eat, or - like me - you'll be having dinner in the hotel lobby.

Room was good quality, however poorly insulated from noise, music and neighbors could be heard as people went to bed. Breakfast was nice, cereals, Full Irish, decent baked good range, cold cuts and fresh fruit every morning, a little disappointed it was the same range every morning. Very convenient transport options, the green line tram is directly outside the hotel every twenty minutes or so going straight through Dublin North/South. Overall a decent experience but for the price paid not amazing.

Hotel is great location and has had some modernisation since last stay. Rooms really need air con as way too hot but that’s small complaint. Check in or out is never easy and never enough people on reception - hotel is always busy and always queues. The forms to sign and complete for check in are actually nonsense - in a digital modern world a large hotel chain like Hilton should be leading way not having a document with smallest print and waste of paper - definitely not eco friendly even if paper source might be. You give all details booking and none is captured . This isn’t data protection issue - it’s just archaic method to grab personal details for marketing . Hilton is 2023 not 1963 Your hotel is really great and bar and gastro element is excellent - stop making checking in and out so utterly painful and making junior staff members so uncomfortable Also deposit on stay with credit card is again pure nonsense - you can’t buy anything in room and ask people to pay in bar / gastro pub - come to the new millennium and not make again check in so old school

The staff lies and states there is no construction on the weekend. The room was filled with unbreathable sawdust filled air and the sound of jackhammers and construction men looking in your window! YES THERE IS CONSTRUCTION. The staff has a third world mentality and doesn’t care their behavior and lies are not acceptable.

Once checked in and given room number & key we went off to our room, however, it was already occupied when entering the room. Went back to reception to explain and they wasn’t very apologetic considering we had just gained entry to a room which was already being used, luckily no one was actually in room at the time as that would have been extremely embarrassing. Once finally getting to our actual room it was ok, bed wasn’t overly comfortable. Had food in the restaurant 2 nights, food was lovely, staff were welcoming and helpful. Had to add breakfast onto the room for the mornings, was just a standard buffet. Overall, room was definitely over priced especially as breakfast or parking wasn’t included.

Very disappointed!!!! The hotel was undergoing redevelopment and we were not advised prior to arrival, thus removing our opportunity to consider an alternative venue The staff advised that it was on the hotel website and I advised that we booked through a third party, so they should have ensured that we were had been advised prior to arrival They did not want to accommodate our concern (that was arriving at a Hilton Hotel with great expectations, and being deflated by what they were presenting) when raised and offered a token gesture of a drinks voucher Communication is key!!!! I note other Hotels.com and other booking platform users have noted the same concerns about this hotel Very POOR Hilton Hotels

The Hilton Dublin was lovely and all the staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We are really grateful for their assistance. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Luas and is additionally within walking distance of the city centre.

We had booked to stay for two nights unfortunately our plane left us at Paris De Gaulle airport and so ended up spending the night at the airport. I called the Hotel to let them know of the situation and that we are still planning to checkin but the next day. Check in was easy, location is very convenient and yet far away enough from pubs for it to be quiet.

Lovely hotel in a decent location. Tram stop directly outside. We opted to walk to temple bar 15-20mins & the store house 30-40mins but would imagine the tram is a great alternative. Quite a few decent pubs/restaurants within walking distance from the hotel that are worth visiting (you don’t pay temple bar prices)

The hotel was in a safe and convenient location with the tram right across the street. There wasn't a lot of dining options in walking distance, but getting to areas with lots of options was quick and easy. The hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, but a little away from the city center. However, the public TRAM is next to the hotel. We did not rent a car and that was not an issue. In fact, being far from center, the nearby pubs were excellent.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean with super comfortable bedding. Handy for the tram to get into town. Lively location. Terrible cocktails in the hotel bar - expensive and nothing like the real thing. Excellent reception staff.

€20 for parking each is too much especially when I was meeting my partner at the hotel who also had to pay €20 for her car. I wanted to go out to collect laundry for our visiting friends and park again but was told I would have to pay again when I returned to the car park. Air conditioning in the room was pointless because you can’t adjust it and it seems to be set by the hotel management. The residence bar closed at 12.30am which was very early and we couldn’t order food to the bar only to our rooms and not let bring it down to the bar. This is awkward when you have friends who were also staying at the hotel, we had to order food separately and then go to one of the bedrooms to socialise. In this day and age it seems ridiculous.
