Everything was fine except for the shuttle service to and from the airport, which is kind of key because getting to and from the airport was the reason I picked this hotel. From the airport I waited in the designated area for an hour only to learn that the UNMARKED van had been there twice and I had missed it and had to take a cab. I was clearly in the correct location, but every other van and bus were marked on the outside with hotel names and the Hilton only had a card in the dashboard. They picked up in an area away from the main loading area, and made no announcement or effort to check with those who were waiting. They compensated for the inconvenience and the cab fare with a free glass of wine and breakfast voucher. From the hotel to airport the next morning, they had taken reservations and the shuttle I booked was oversold by 10 people. So again, I had to wait, 20 minutes this time, a little stressful when heading out for an international flight, and then take a taxi (paid for by Hilton). An airport hotel needs to do better.

Excellent hotel to stay at only 15 mins shuttle drive to the airport on their complementary shuttle. We had the larger family room which was so nice after staying in a really smaller room in downtown Dublin. Shannon at the front desk was extremely helpful answering all our inquiries!

This hotel was an absolutely great place to stay. Needed a room for my family before an early flight out of Dublin Airport. The minute you walk in, you are greeted by a great staff, and the lobby is beautiful. Our room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and perfect for a family of 5. The fitness suite was unbelievable. Most hotels only have a treadmill and a mat or two. This room was full of great equipment. My only gripe was that we left too early for breakfast. Maybe a small bagged breakfast for those checking out early would be nice. Will definately stay again.

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I do have a few complaints regarding the bathroom inside the hotel room. The water coming out of the shower was barely warm at best and there was black mold in the shower. Also, the shower door wasn’t attached properly so water shot out all over the floor. Everything else was fine but the bathroom needs help.

The staff at this property were excellent, helpful, and welcoming. The property overall was awful. Our shower drain was broken, which caused the shower to flood and an awful smell. It was fixed, but not before the room below us had water damage. Rain came into our bedroom, which soaked the carpet, which didn’t really seem to bother anyone except us. The property is in much need of renovation and upkeep. I don’t think we would be rushing back to stay here again.

Our first experience on this hotel was great. As HH member we got an upgrade and a complementary taxi to the airport at 2:00AM. Customer service, restaurant and room were very good. Thank you once again! Second stay (this review) was not good. We went to the front desk to mention the bad condition of the shower holder and the overall condition of the ceiling over the bathtub (black mold present). We were accepting the room like that because we really needed to rest to continue our journey the following morning. The front desk representative noted our constructive feedback to inform the team about the situation of the room # 311. Restaurant ambiance and food were excellent, but I did not feel a good service maybe because they were busy. Breakfast selection and coffee quality were great but the access to the self-service buffet was blocked must of the time since the location of the Coffee makers were located at this very entrance. One suggestion is to segregate the coffee’s machines Or maybe use the back of the restaurant to accommodate the self-service buffet. By the way, I loved the wall decoration on that back wall of the restaurant !! We will return to this hotel to give them a third chance.

My only complaint is that the "free" Wi-Fi requires singing up to the Hilton Honors program, which felt deceptive. When I did get on the W-Fi, it was weak. For travellers, decent Wi-Fi is not a luxury, it's a necessity.

Arrived at the hotel and was given a floor on the 4th Floor. Room was very tired and had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Asked for a room change and was booked into room 128 which I was told was a “refurbished” room. Room was OK, but was next to a very busy and noisy road. Honestly I thought the windows were open as it was so noisy, but no, there is just no insulation!! Hilton had one job…..give a safe comfortable space to get a good nights sleep……unacceptable noise levels from the road and the fact the the aircon is useless meant that they failed!!

This is listed as a 4-star hotel. Some of the rooms have doors in them connecting them to the next guest's room - they don't block any noise really so its like a random person in the room with you even if you book single bed. staff at the breakfast buffet were quite rude (without any reason given), also not hallmark of a 4-star place.

Staff were fantastic. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags. The receptionist made enquiries with the cleaning staff to see if any rooms were available and were able to arrange early check in which allowed us to leave our bags and freshen up before attending concert.

Had a flight delayed so I called to check shuttle schedule and make sure they knew we were coming in late - no problem, I was told. Taxi’d there about 1am with my two kids…they barely let us in the door and then proceeded to tell us they overbooked and there was no room for us! Just a sorry and ‘here’s the manager’s card’. I asked if there was anywhere we could just stay for a bit before our early flight home - nope sorry. Best they could do was get us a taxi somewhere else. So we taxi’d back to the airport and started our long travel day awake all night in the airport.

Clean and convenient. Nice to have the giant Tesco and small shopping mall right across the street. The cute stuffed lambs on the beds for the 2 children were so nice. Breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the early check in. Shuttle convenient.

Check in was a challenge. They couldn’t find my reservation, and despite showing my receipt they tried to charge me again! I stood my ground and asked for a manager who blamed the booking agent! After this was sorted the stay was very comfortable, room was lovely and clean with a fridge and the local Tesco handy. Sadly meal options were very limited and for a Hilton I’d expect ‘real’ mashed potatoes and fresh grilled chicken on the Caesar salad rather than cold cuts from a bag.

Arrived Sunday afternoon and went down to dinner. Took table in the bar/lounge area- restaurant was full. Waited 20 minutes for waitress- went to bar to order beverage and appetizer. Macaroni and cheese was lousy- tasteless. The fish and chips was bland too. Ordered a pizza and had 2 small triangles left. Waitress gave us a HUGE pizza box to take back to room. Recommend small take-away boxes and use bottled mayonaise, vinegar, mustard. HUGE waste of resources using these packets that are not easy to open and are wasteful.
