The location is really good. It's central in the sense that everything is a short walking distance away, but still quite calm in the evenings/night time. The room itself was compact but clean and the bed equipped with a very comfy mattress. The staff does get high marks from me. Super friendly and helped with questions and requests. Overall, I can highly recommend.

room on the top floor was really warm even with the window open during April. There was a fan in the room but it made little difference. Also the screencast on the TV was difficult to connect.

Stopped for 3 nights, the room wasn’t serviced once. As others have said, the rooms are noisy as a consequence of outside traffic.

As the name suggests I was expecting an 'Inn' which might include some kind of facilities. Whilst it is in a good location and close to Stephen's Green, it has no facilities or amenities. Ther was a cheap coffee machine in the reception room, which didnt work. The room was clean, but very very small, and there was no water provided in the room, which is unusual these days. there is also no lift. I was disappointed overall, and wouldn't stay here again..

Clean and nice room, we were not too happy about the bed, we did not sleep very well any of the nights but it was a good location and had polite nice staff and a nice breakfast cafe right around the corner from monday to friday. We did not understand why they did not have the wifi password in the room. We needed it to use both internet and their chromecast and the guy in the reception did not know it when we asked.
