Hotel was clean, comfortable having the bar downstairs was great Staff were friendly and efficient Sauna /pool were great but very pricey at 25 euro per person per entry

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Fitnessbereich ist super. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer waren top - sehr groß und mit bequemen Betten. Das Einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe waren Wellness & Spa. Spa bzw. Wellness kostet 25 Euro pro Tag was ich ziemlich teuer finde, dafür das man dort bereits Gast im Hotel ist und die Übernachtung auch nicht günstig ist. Das fand ich nicht in Ordnung. Sonst war aber alles super.

Die Lage war sehr gut, Fitnessbereich auch. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Fenster zb), aber recht groß. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller und hat kein Tageslicht, es wird schon vor 10.00 abgeräumt. Personal ist freundlich und unkompliziert.

Really lovely hotel, couldn't fault it. Food was delicous, rooms spotless, great decor. Unfortunately the spa was disappointing, rubbish around the hydro pool area and far too much chlorine in it, so much so it stung our eyes. As we went in on our last morning, I emailed after we had left, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply from the hotel.

The hot tub is part of the spa, and is not included in the stay. The club room was beautiful! Well appointed, all the comforts of home, fridge, clothes storage, coffee station, generous outlet locations and lighting options... a comfortable mirror set up outside the bathroom to do hair and makeup. The bathroom is beautiful too. Bed super comfortable. The little roof top lounge in the club area was cute but we did not utilize it. We were right beside the train tracks. I personally found the noise non disruptive, we slept through it easily, did not disrupt conversations, tv or sleep, but something to to aware of. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Hammering and banging in adjacent room - all day from 8.20am. unable to offer equivalent alternative. Bathroom not clean and black mould. Areas of room thick with dust. Numbers in spa unmonitored and too full.

We checked in having booked a standard double room and I was somehow given a club room!! Amazing. Which meant we got to use the spa area. Room was tidy. Hotel staff friendly. Good breakfast

We had an amazing few days at this hotel. The spa facilities 10/10.

Me and 2 mates stayed here and we had a lovely time. The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and tidy, its a great price for what you get. Spa and Gym are great facilities and theres tasty food also. Plenty to do around the hotel as well. 5 Stars 🌟

The hotel was spotless the staff could help us enough we were on 7 floor there was a room which we could used the views were stunning especially at night with all lights for tea x coffee

Picked up a towel in the bathroom and a pair of used boxers fell out. Disgusting! Clearly don't change the towels after every guest. Ignored my complaint email and brushed it off when I complained at check out.

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are terrible. They are not clean, wall sockets are loose, chargers and outlets don’t work, mirrors snd windows are dirty. There were strands of long hair on our bathroom floor on check in. Very expensive for what you get. Don’t let the lobby fool you.

Everything was modern and clean and roomy!

Some stains in the room and bathroom walls. Corridors had an unpleasant fishy smell. Staff were pleasant

Great location in terms of proximity to major attractions in Dublin city. However the standard is well below that expected of a 4 star hotel and definitely was poor value for money. Bed sheets and curtains had stains. Mold growing on the tile grout and silicon in the bathroom. Bathroom door lock was broken, and the strike plate was hanging half loose which was a potential hazard also. Stains in the bathtub. Toilet seat was loose. Water wasn't draining in the shower - asked room service to look into it but it wasn't done. Room service was poorly done too - ran out of soap and had to call reception twice to get it replaced despite having asked room service lady in the morning to refill it. Disappointing stay, would not come again.

The hotel was clean and spacious and the staff were fantastic. It is located in a slightly downbeat neighbourhood near the station but the hotel itself is a haven of warmth and comfort.

We spent one night there and my experience was not the greatest. The shore was broken The smell of smoking was very strong

We really struggled with our short stay at the Address. While the rooms are nicely decorated, ours was obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The floors, counters, and shower were all dirty. They did offer to come and clean which was appreciated but not done very well. The card used to activate the elevator (different from your room key) only worked half the time. This was common among other guests we encountered while there. In addition, the air conditioning was unfortunately not working making the room very hot. It was just a frustrating stay overall and we didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location for exploring and shopping around Dublin. Our King room was worn and tired The carpet was worn and stained. There was light bulbs that did not work, a large floor lamp that did not work and only 1 double socket in the room which worked. The bathroom was dark ( only 2 working lights) and the sealant around the bath was open and black when using the bath or stood in the shower. The bed was as comfortable and had a safe and fridge, and ironing board etc. Our air conditioning was fine , although our friends did not work. Breakfast was very nice. Lift was temperamental with using room card to unlock it.

It’s got an pleasant esthetic but rooms are very small. Our phone wasn’t even connected to the wall - they said they’d come fix it but never did - there is a blinding “security light” that goes in with any movement all night long under the night table between the two beds. A pro would s that it’s blocks from the Luas (tram) that comes from train station and into parts of the city.

Great location (30 euros by taxi from airport); easy, friendly check in; very clean, quiet, comfortable room. Complimentary water, chocolate, and coffee in room. Shower had instant hot water with rain shower head and large, thick bath towels. Beds were very comfortable.with nice pillows. Has everything I need and want for a comfortable stay.

I’ve stayed at the Address Connolly five times in recent years. I’ve always been pleased with the stylishly updated and quiet rooms, the 24 hour gym, the accommodating staff, and the Club amenities. But, this stay was particularly excellent. The housekeeping was excellent, the front desk was helpful with my business needs, and the amenities were impeccably maintained. Kudos for this well-priced luxury experience!

The staff and the hotel facilities were very good

Staff is super nice and friendly and the hotel is in a handy location but for me the bed is really uncomfortable and way too soft. The room is hot and if you turn on the A/C is incredibly noisy, so really you can’t use it if you want to sleep. Breakfast was ok friday and saturday but on sunday they had half of the usual available. All the vegan options were not there. The SPA area is totally disappointing: there is a pool which is border line cold so not enjoyable, the sauna was cold and we had to ask to turn it on (and clearly it takes forever to warm up so yet again a waste of time) and what we thought was a steam room turned out to be a place where you sit and some sensors turn on a warmer on you back. Result, you almost burn your back and is cold everywhere else, a disaster. The gym seemed nice but i didn’t use it. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Had no useable WiFi for 3 nights. Asked for it to be looked at three times from the day I arrived, and there was no improvement or comms regarding its status.

Hotel is ok but the rooms was very noisey. Air con made a lot of noise when in or off. Couldn’t open window because of train line outside. Had little sleep

This could be a fabulous hotel but it is let down by its location and the customer service. Stayed in a Club room which was great. Well designed and clean and comfortable. Except that it had a direct view of a railway track and the noise from the trains is very full on when one passes. The rooms are “smart” rooms with individual WiFi and we couldn’t work out the password, called reception and was told very brusquely by Carlo to press home on the TV twice. Didn’t work. He was very impatient, said he would send someone up nobody came. Tried to charge on arrival despite having pre-paid. Wasn’t interested in seeing the receipt for payment and kept insisting that he needed to collect payment. Eventually backed down. Ate in the North restaurant, food was OK and reasonably priced but service was VERY slow. The area around the hotel is far from the best that Dublin has to offer

This hotel is a lovely looking central Dublin hotel. The room was nice and spacious and clean as expected. However, on arrival we were "welcomed" by the front of house "manager". This was extremely transactional with the manager coming across like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Other them processing our payment, we were given no information on WiFi details, breakfast etc. when my wife asked how we could get ice and some glasses delivered to the room the response was "the bar" said with contempt. My wife had also organised some treats to be delivered to our room for our arrival. These where not in our room on arrival and as the suprise was ruined she requested a refund or for the money to be moved to breakfast. This was refused and the cheeseboard was then sent up 15minutes later, only for the waiter to drop the crackers on the floor, not apologise and then leave after setting the crackers on the table. After explaining we wouldn't be eating that, the crackers where taken away. I reported this to the front of house "manager" again, only to be told this was a language barrier and he would have a new one sent up. It took an hour for the new board to arrive by which point we had already left for the day. The waiting staff left the cheeseboard in our room even after we told them we would be away for the evening. Unfortunately there is not enough characters allowed on this review for me to give further details about the horrific hotel. Please avoid at all costs!

The lady who checked us in did not tell us where anything was (i.e. restaurant) didn't tell us that we need to use a key card in the elevator (one of the two elevators does not have a sign explaining how to use the key card to activate the elevator) and we witnessed multiple guests struggle with this. Room was fine except there were many silver fish in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. For the price, I'd look elsewhere. Location also isn't great if you're looking to be central, it was about a 15 minute walk to get to any of the areas we wanted to visit.

Service is a hit & miss - Isabella was lovely but Daniel was rude and very unpleasant! I had a few interactions with both and they remained consistent. I stayed in 3 rooms whilst I was here and they were all Club Rooms which had a fancy operating system. Though, some of the lamps did not work and more importantly, the bathrooms were not the cleanest with hair all over the walls and in the corners. Bath panel also popped off in the middle of the night which we had to fix. There was dirty next to the toilet too. The sink tap was consistently falling off despite them fixing it. We had to fix it or it meant the tap was left running! I supported all of this with pictures and an email. They did not reply to me. You also had to pay extra to use the spa which was not great. Breakfast was ok but not worth the money. And the rooftop lounge looks better in pictures.. very anti-climatic. Overall, not good value for money. For club rooms, there are lifts specifically for access to these rooms only. In our last 2 days, that lift was not working. The lady at reception was not keen to help and just brushed me away without explaining anything. A kind person was then able to help me with the card usage to access to other lift. Also, you are only able to use the WiFi in the lobby and rooms. not around the hotel. The restaurant at the front had great service and great food but again, quite overpriced for what it was. Location was amazing! But, very hard to get a taxi.

We were in town for the GT vs FSU game and had a wonderful stay. The staff was professional and attentive especially Victoria at the front desk. Her culinary knowledge of the area was spot on and was always willing to answer my questions providing local knowledge.

Excellent service and rooms at The Address Connolly, Isabel in particular was very helpful during our stay and helped make our trip more special. Great place to stay in Dublin

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel located directly opposite Connolly station. Room was spacious and the lobby was welcoming. The property is a bit of a walk away from the main attractions and nearby dining options are very limited (but the hotel has a restaurant).

I wanted to be near the station and was surprised how close it was, I was then worried about the noise but I didn’t hear any trains, any rumbling no disturbance. The hotel is in easy reach of lots of other transport, buses, trams, taxis and is in walking distance 10 minutes from the River Liffy. The hotel was wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and airy, The bed was so comfortable, the shower was fantastic, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, tv, towels, etc etc. I will definitely be going back to this hotel

The hotel was very convenient across rom the train station and buses. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The bar/bistro connected had great food, drinks, and a wonderful staff. I recommend Sean the bartender!! My only issue was the keys to get into the room and elevator, if you put it next to your phone or watch it would disconnect it and it was a pain. But besides that 5 stars all the way!

Clean. Spacious Room. Good location right beside train station and close to the 3 arena. Check-in was quick, hassle free and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is right across the street from central train station and has a number of bus routes next to it. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Dublin airport express bus stop in front of the Customs House, and 15 minutes from the central shopping area on Grafton Street or Temple Bar area. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There are a couple places to eat at the hotel or countless places around it.

Nice hotel comfortable rooms friendly staff. Located a little bit out of the main area but fine for walkers. Talbot street is not pleasant and this is the main access route to temple bar etc which isn’t ideal but other routes available

Enjoyed the hotel for three nights. Great breakfast each morning with variety of options. Room very comfortable. Right across from train and tram station. 20 minute walk to temple bar. Neighborhood not so good at night but good during the day. Uber from airport was $46 USD not sure if that was a rip off. Busy for st Patrick’s weekend

Great renovated property next the train station and walkable to most attractions. Food and beverage was above expectations. I am not a fan of buffett breakfast but theirs is way above average. Also our meal at North was excellent.

Very nice breakfast worth the money if you’re there to enjoy it. Very nice restaurant and bar area.

The location was good and the rooms were clean. I liked that bathrobes and slippers were provided. The restaurant kitchen could have stayed open later and dining options were limited. We were a group booking and the rooms were located on separate floors.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med en god beliggenhed. Værelset var rummeligt, det samme var badeværelset. De ansatte var venlige og hjælpsomme. Der var et fint udvalg til morgenmaden. Man skal være opmærksom på, at der kører tog lige hen dele af hotellet, hvilket måske kan forstyrre nogle.

Ma chambre donnait sur les rails du train qui passait littéralement à moins de 10m de mon lit!!! Aucune option pour manger alors que je suis arrivé un peu après 21h. Pour couronner le tout, coupure d’eau le matin. Petit déjeuner très moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Peu de choix, œufs brouillés au goût de flotte et bacon épais et pas assez cuit.
