We were lucky enough to get a 5th floor room with views of the Eiffel tower and Invalides. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Had daily room service and 24 hr reception. Loved our stay. Great little hotel.

Same breakfast food every single day. Bar service available only when the best 2 staff members were available- Zac and Mariana. No wash clothes. Toiletries included only body wash-no shampoo or conditioner. Rooms small- had no shelves or dressers to store things.

2명이서 머물렀는데 족당한 가격 적당한 방 그리고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 에펠탑, 깨끗하고 안전한 위치 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 그리고 엘레베이터가 있어서 짐을 쉽게 옮길 수 있고 직원들이 정말 너무 너무 친절합니다. 다시 파리 여행을 가면 여기서 머무를 것 같아요!

The service was ok but not very friendly. The walls were extremely thin. I could hear everything. Peoples foot steps in the morning would wake me. The elevator to get to your room was a half floor down from the rooms on every floor (completely defeated the purpose of the elevator) super difficult to get into the rooms). Tiny rooms and all outlets but one didn’t work. Would not stay again.

+ Bra läge nära till allt, rummet är någorlunda rent, städning varje dag fast inte så noga, hjälpsam personal. Fint kök af. - Rummet är litet, skulle ha lyssnat på andra recensioner. För trångt om man är två, inte bra för lång vistelse. Spiral trappan är värst förutom att det är smal inte bra heller för de som lätt blir yr. Finns ju hiss men då blir man klaustrofobisk.

Lots of restaurants nearby and metro was walking distance. Room was clean BUT… - elevator was really small, can barely fit 2 people and definitely wouldn’t recommend to someone who’s claustrophobic - not nicely laid out, as soon as you get off the elevator, you still have to carry your luggage up/down 1 flight of narrow spiral staircase with not much space on the landing - the website says king size bed which I was looking forward to but we only got a double - the ‘bar’ is basically the reception with drinks - staff could be more warm and welcoming

Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. However, there was a green spot in the shower. It was not clear whether it was mold. In any case, an attempt was made to clean it. In addition, the air conditioning was leaking, causing water to drip down. The staff were very grateful for the informations so that they could remedy the defects promptly. Overall, everything was fine. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was really good. We are simply satisfied. The location is also really good. The Metro-Station and the Eifel-Tower are nearby and within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel and parking is not an issue We will be back. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Hôtel cher mais pas propre surtout au niveau de la salle de bain avec des murs plein de moisissures ;luminaires poussiéreux juste au dessus du lit. Pas assez d'espace dans la chambre. J'ai failli me casser la rotule à 4 reprises avec le chauffage proche du lit et pas assez d'espace pour se déplacer.

Clean, comfortable, cute! My friend and I opted for the twin bed room and were comfortable. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels, if desired. Walking distance (1km or so) to Eiffel Tower. Desk clerks were helpful and friendly with luggage storage and calling a taxi to the airport. Cute coffee places, restaurants, bars and a grocery store nearby.

We stayed here for a week. Everything was good. The rooms are small but they were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice and always helpful. One of the best things about this hotel is that it's also only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eiffel Ségur. The only thing I was disappointed in was the shower. It is very small and there was no hot water. The hotel is minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, the Metro, and several dining options. Overall I enjoyed the experience.

Hôtel très convenable, très propre, bonne literie, proximité du métro et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. En revanche, pas du tout adapté pour un voyage business : les murs sont très fins donc beaucoup de bruit le soir lorsque les touristes rentrent tard (on entend littéralement les toilettes, la salle de bain, et surtout les pas au dessus et dans les escaliers), pas d’amenities dans la salle de bain autre que du gel douche, et le petit déjeuner est passable (pas beaucoup de choix, etc)

Convient location but small according to regular hotel. Smaller shower as well. We realize that it is in the middle of everything, but would likely stay out of the city core if ever in Paris again and navigate the trains and metro that are fairly cheap.

So a localização ja diz tudo, funcionarios educados prestativos e muito acolhedores janela do quarto dava para ver parte da Torre Eiffel, fiquei tao feliz que pretendo voltar e quero ficar no mesmo hotel no mesmo quarto so sgradeço a equipe de funcionarios por ter me recebido tao bem

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are smaller in comparison to big name hotels. However, I had no intention of spending all my time in my room. It had everything you need, with a lovely view (even on the side you're not able to see the Eiffel Tower). I enjoyed that my stay felt more personal and appreciated than at a big name hotel. I was able to hear other hotel guests, but it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.

J'ai appelé l'hôtel à 17h30 pour savoir si je pouvais prendre la chambre vers 22h. Ils m'ont confirmé la possibilité m'indiquant pouvoir arriver jusqu'à minuit. En arrivant vers 22h, la personne que j'avais eu au téléphone m'a annoncé qu'en fait j'avais été surbookée et que je changeais d'hôtel. A priori à cause d'hôtel.com ce dont je doute puisque plus tôt il n'y avait pas de problème.... L'hôtel de remplacement était ok mais la manière de faire est cavalière.
J'ai appelé l'hôtel à 17h30 pour savoir si je pouvais prendre la chambre vers 22h. Ils m'ont confirmé la possibilité m'indiquant pouvoir arriver jusqu'à minuit. Aside from its location being walkable to the Eiffel Tower, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. Staff were rude, wouldn’t even give my husband and I each a water. Rooms are tiny and don’t come with water. For the price, stay elsewhere.

Adorable boutique hotel with lovely room. Very clean and well kept. Conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! Their English is very good and they were extremely patient with me trying my very limited French.

Cannot fault the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as found cheaper elsewhere. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only issue was with shower not draining but was sorted when mentioned. Ideal location to see sights and walked to Eiffel Tower as was quicker than metro. Would definitely return to Paris and would definitely stay at Hotel Eiffel Segur when I return and would recommend

The exact area where the hotel is seems a bit dark and shady, but it's close to everything that is beautiful in Paris and we had a really good time. All the doors to the rooms were unlocked, which seemed a bit unsafe, but in the end we never had any bad experience, so, nothing to regret! All good! :)

Hôtel très convenable, très propre, bonne literie, proximité du métro et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. En revanche, pas du tout adapté pour un voyage business : les murs sont très fins donc beaucoup de bruit le soir lorsque les touristes rentrent tard (on entend littéralement les toilettes, la salle de bain, et surtout les pas au dessus et dans les escaliers), pas d’amenities dans la salle de bain autre que du gel douche, et le petit déjeuner est passable (pas beaucoup de choix, etc)

Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. However, there was a green spot in the shower. It was not clear whether it was mold. In any case, an attempt was made to clean it. In addition, the air conditioning was leaking, causing water to drip down. The staff were very grateful for the informations so that they could remedy the defects promptly. Overall, everything was fine. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was really good. We are simply satisfied. The location is also really good. The Metro-Station and the Eifel-Tower are nearby and within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel and parking is not an issue We will be back. Thank you again for your hospitality.

O frigobar não estava funcionando desde que cheguei. Eu pedia providèncias pois precisava usá-lo. Reclamava na recepção duas vezes por dia , anotavam e ficava por isso mesmo. e nada. Comecei a mostrar para camareira. Depois de uns 5 dias trocaram e aí tudo bem. Atenção, só tinha lençol que gorra o colchão, tive que comprar. Não tinha cobertor ou edredon. Eu me cobria com meu casaco de pele. Mesmo com o quarto aquecido necessitava de coberta. O banheiro era bom E o quarto não era tão pequeno, gostei, tinha uma boa vista mas o metrô passa bem em frente. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da torre eiffel, de avenidas, tem muitos restaurantes bem próximos, paneterias, doces deliciosos, farmácias, tudo ! Tirando os problemas que citei, nada mais tenho a reclamar. O café da manhã é opcional mas muito bom, bem variado.

Same breakfast food every single day. Bar service available only when the best 2 staff members were available- Zac and Mariana. No wash clothes. Toiletries included only body wash-no shampoo or conditioner. Rooms small- had no shelves or dressers to store things.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend the hotel to other. The only thing we'd change is the price and quality of the breakfast. The quality wasn't all that good and it was quite expensive. Other than that, it was lovely

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening,our AC was not working , and they were fully occupied. The next morning they treated us to breakfast and for the remainder of our stay and assured us someone was coming to address the issue. When we came back in the afternoon, they had not been able to repair AC, they were still fully occupied and they provided an oscillating fan. My husband lacked faith that they would address the issue. On our last day and evening/ night we had AC repaired. They were very apologetic. So all in all it was a good stay.
