Wir hatten ein Cabrio-Zimmer (mit Bad). Das Bad ist schon sehr klein, aber es geht. Nur die Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Betten waren ok. Das Doppelbett hat nur eine große Decke. Aber das ist für Frankreich normal. Das Frühstück ist gut und es wird regelmäßig nach gelegt. Allerdings gibt es jeden Tag die gleich eine Wurstsorte und den Brie. Die Fernseher haben nur französische Sender. Es gibt an jedem Bett eine Steckdose und 2 USB-Dosen. Die Fenster lassen sich auch groß öffnen und wir konnten sogar den Eiffelturm zur Hälfte hinter einem Haus entdecken (6. Stock) Die Preise der Foodautomaten im Erdgeschoss sind ok. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (4 Nächte) nur einmal gereinigt, allerdings täglich der Müll geleert. Wenn man deutsche Pfandflaschen hat, sollte man die nicht rumstehen haben. Es könnte sein, dass sie entsorgt werden. Die Franzosen haben da keinen Pfand drauf und sie entsorgen sie aus Freundlichkeit. Das Hotel ist einfach, aber absolut ausreichend, wenn man nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen benötigt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ok. Busse und Straßenbahn fahren in der Nähe. Die nächte Metro ist ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Fahrkarten für Metro und Busse sind wohl nicht mehr die Gleichen. Wir haben einmal ein Uber-Car bestellt und ansonsten nur noch die Metro genommen. Wir würden das Hotel wieder nehmen, da es bezahlbar ist. Tiefgarage von Q-Park ist direkt nebenan und kann vorher gebucht werden.

Situé au dessus du boulevard périphérique la circulation vous réveille dès 4h du matin si toutefois vous avez dormi un peu . Pour le reste c'est le bas de gamme avec des sanitaires communs . . . Meme le prix bon marché parait exagéré . à éviter si possible.

This is a basic accommodation with shared bathroom, but I was impressed that there were 2 multi-stall bathrooms on the floor as well as a washing machine and dryer. We never had to wait for a toilet or a shower to be available. The rooms are a good size but there wasn't any air conditioning. A couple of us moved our mattresses to the floor so we could sleep close to the window. Breakfast was basic and good...and they had the best orange juice we had on our whole trip! Check in and check out was quick and easy. We appreciated the free secured baggage storage in the lobby. We also appreciated that there was a grocery store and some simple eateries just down the street. Also a bus stop really close and the metro was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in rápido e antecipado (cheguei às 10h no hotel e me liberaram o quarto). Os banheiros são compartilhados, mas são cabines individuais, bem tranquilo. O prédio é novo e bem cômodo. Fica ao lado do cemitério, seu quarto pode ter vista para ele, pra mim não foi um problema.

No A/C and in the description it says it does! The girls in the counter very nice and courteous but the men very rude, when we asked for fans they always said they were out! Rooms were clean but very small as most rooms in Europe are!

The Hotel was spotless and very well decorated. Easy access to public transport, and we walked to the Catacombs. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and we never had to wait to use a shower etc. It felt safe for my children too. There is a coffee machine, vending machines with snacks and some microwave 'meals', 2 microwaves. We didn’t choose to have breakfast, so i can't say what that was like. The beds were comfortable enough, but I was a little achy as a middle aged person with a bad back. Alsp would have been nice to have a tea option woth hot drinks! As long as you realise it is more like a well kept private room hostel with no kitchen, than a hotel, then it is a great place to stay. We would book again.

Difficulté à trouver le parking. Car parking payant et non signalé dans l annonce, ce qui m a vraiment déçue. Personnel gentil et accueillant, bonne literie, heureusement chambre côté rue et non périphérique car mal insonorisé. Bien situé pour les transports bus ou tram.

hotel itself was clean, staff were nice, having laundry on site was also convenient. our room was on the smaller side which was ok. had a direct window view of a cemetery lol. area around it isnt the best but i didnt feel unsafe at all, and was pretty close to metro/trams which was nice.

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a serious issue with bed bugs. After reporting bites, I was moved to a different room, but I was bitten again, 30 bites! The hotel refunded my stay and cleaned my clothes, but I had to leave my luggage behind to avoid bringing the infestation home, and I had to purchase new luggage at my own expense. While staff tried to manage the situation, the fact that the problem continued in a second room shows it is ongoing. Until this is fully resolved, I cannot recommend staying here.

Stayed in a double room with basin. 5th floor with excellent view. Towel and soap supplied. Bed comfortable. Showers and toilets were outside the room,shared. Room itself was clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Only a single hanger for clothes, which was far from adequate. Cleanliness of toilets and showers very variable, which of course depends on other guests' behaviour. No hook for clothes inside toilets, so awkward if visiting shower and toilet one after the other, with nowhere to leave towel. Relatively inexpensive for Paris, and stayed here due to limited budget, but extortionate price for what was supplied if it was elsewhere. Acceptable for a 2 night stay.

Hotels in Paris are usually very expensive. For my first two nights I therefore made F1 as my choice. I then stayed three nights more. Simple but clean, comfortable bed. Safe are, close to metro.

Rooms are small for 4 of us had a lovely stay. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and great black out blinds. Our room was very quiet. Little out of the city metro 10 mins walk. Great bakery 5 mins walk away. Will defiantly be back.

I would only stay here again if I was desperate and it's my only choice. The room is extremely small, you can barely open a suitcase. The bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom. You'd be more comfortable laying on a matchbox than the mattress, that's how thin it is. The sheets and towels are like paper, which applies to the walls as well. It gives storage vibes rather than hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in cabrio room and it was decent. There is a walk of 11 minutes to the closest station which makes it inconvenient in night. Bathroom is very very small so dont except much. Housekeeping is there which is a positive.

Excellent service and excellent place to stay! Incredible working with me with my accessibility needs and my wheelchair and even upgrdafaded me due to a misunderstanding on my own part about the bathroom/bed combo options. Will definitely stay again.

Great location not right in the center of Paris but has brilliant transport links with a 10 minute walk. There's a few supermarket/shops nearby for essentials. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are quaint and have all the essentials

Surprisingly very good for the price. We took a family room with private bathroom, was spacious. Room cleaned each day. Walking distance to metro and many shops and restaurants. Reception staff were all very pleasant too.

The Hotel was spotless and very well decorated. Easy access to public transport, and we walked to the Catacombs. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and we never had to wait to use a shower etc. It felt safe for my children too. There is a coffee machine, vending machines with snacks and some microwave 'meals', 2 microwaves. We didn’t choose to have breakfast, so i can't say what that was like. The beds were comfortable enough, but I was a little achy as a middle aged person with a bad back. Alsp would have been nice to have a tea option woth hot drinks! As long as you realise it is more like a well kept private room hostel with no kitchen, than a hotel, then it is a great place to stay. We would book again.

The hotel is functional. Rooms small and bathroom micro - I have had bigger shower rooms in ship’s cabins! The addition of a refrigerator in the rooms would be of enormous benefit. It takes 30-40 minutes to reach central sites via 5mins walk - tramway - metro.

This is a basic accommodation with shared bathroom, but I was impressed that there were 2 multi-stall bathrooms on the floor as well as a washing machine and dryer. We never had to wait for a toilet or a shower to be available. The rooms are a good size but there wasn't any air conditioning. A couple of us moved our mattresses to the floor so we could sleep close to the window. Breakfast was basic and good...and they had the best orange juice we had on our whole trip! Check in and check out was quick and easy. We appreciated the free secured baggage storage in the lobby. We also appreciated that there was a grocery store and some simple eateries just down the street. Also a bus stop really close and the metro was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Zimmer war nicht das Größte aber das wussten wir vorher es hatte alles was man braucht nicht mehr und nicht weniger. die Kissen könnten ruhig etwas dicker sein aber das ist unser Empfinden gewesen. bei dem Frühstück hat uns persönlich Wurst Käse oder ein Ei gefehlt, es war halt ein Süßes Frühstück. es gab "nur" Croissant, Toast, Baguette mit Marmeladen und Honig. und noch Müsli und Cornflakes mit Milch oder Joghurt. Das Hotel hat das gehalten was es versprochen hat.

Hotel hatte eine gute Lage zur Metro nur wenige Gehminuten und gute Möglichkeiten abends noch günstig etwas zu essen. Zimmer und Bad waren klein aber voll ausreichend und sauber. Rezeption ist immer besetzt und Angestellte sind sehr nett und sprechen auch gut Englisch. Fenster lassen sich ganz öffnen und in der Nacht gut verdunkeln...ein echter Pluspunkt. Frühstück war ausreichend, mir hat nur ein wenig Obst gefehlt aber es gab immer Apfelmus und Joghurt.

I went for breakfast in the morning but the lady that was serving had a very unpleasant behavior. She asked for my room number for Breakfast and when I gave her my room number, she return and said no breakfast for you in front of around 10 other people. This made me very uncomfortable and I even couldn't have breakfast. However I had paid for the breakfast and showed her the recipe and then she said ok. dignity and respect to the quests should be top priority for Hotels
