Nice hotel with updated and spacious rooms. Nice view too from the upper floors. Welcoming and Knowledgeable staff. Great gym. There was a major glitch at check-in which was very disruptive. The manager, Anis, was quick to admit the issue was on their side and worked diligently to get things resolved as quickly as possible. Still, this was quite unacceptable and no compensation was offered. Other downers are that AC is non existant, so air is warm and stuffy. Can’t open windows either to get some fresh air in the room. Restaurants and bars at hotel are not ideal for such a large hotel. Construction around is disruptive too. Would need to rethink whether I’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Close to the metro so sightseeing was easy. The staff is top notch and pay attention to detail. At the bar we found the drinks to be expensive. Only downfall.

Great location for those using the train station. Convenient umbrella for rain! Convenient to Metro too. Loved the food choices. I would rate Skybar lower - not as amazing as it could be. Drinks were overpriced but the view was amazing.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, die Dusche ist auch Mega, das King-Size-Bett ein Traum inkl Memorykissen… We love it! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert- war uns mit 39,- Euro dann doch etwas zu teuer. Und leider kostet der Eintritt der Sky-Bar 25,- Euro (allerdings inkl. Getränk). Das sollte für Hotelgäste etwas günstiger sein. Sonst war‘s echt ganz toll!!! Wir waren im 25.Stockwerk- es war soooo ruhig! Die Fenster kann man im Zimmer nicht öffnen, dafür gibt es einen Lüftungsschlitz… passt für die kühlere Jahreszeit ganz gut! Klimaanlage war etwas laut, hat aber super funktioniert. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen!

Stayed there for a night. WC flushing was not working properly and the cleaning do the room was not done properly. I found underwear (not mine obviously) on the bathroom floor. Upon arrival I was told breakfast was included and the following morning when I was down in the restaurant they told us it was not.

Staff not helpful at all. Got back to the room at 7 in the evening and the housekeeping was not done. Towels on the floor garbage basket not emptied no coffee and no water. The worst part was the attitude of the person when I called to complain. She tried to make it look as if it were my responsibility saying I might have left the “ do not disturb” sign on which I never did. Worst customer service ever. I did mention that at check out but they were unfazed; all I got was some nice talk and I am being polite Obviously this hotel is meant for groups arriving in buses, not for individuals.

The rooms are the worst designed hotel rooms I have ever encountered. Poor storage. No luggage rack. No shelves. Bedside table a postage stamp. Phone high tech for no reason. Shower stupid. Too open and too old. Located in poor location. Toilet hard to flush. Mirrors where you do not need them confuse you at night. Your room number is not the floor your room is on. They did not tell me this. The elevators are so tech heavy you had to know your floor, not your room. And we are in one of the expensive rooms. Be sure to have your bellman spend some time with you. The room has limited instructions and plenty of surprises. Bottom line: Nice looking room but designed to look good with no effort to make guest comfortable.

Property is new and modern and awesome stay. However, couple things made me giving lower rating are 1. No bath room closed glass door and they refused to give curtain in one of the room and mentioned that is how it is where as we have curtain on open side of the bathroom. Additionally, there is no glass closure to the shower area and water spills out of shower area. Felt it is absolutely slip Hazard if we are not careful when stepping out of shower. Food wise there I felt very limited options but they tasted really good. Food options outside also only few restaurants or I might not explored due to the environment felt unsafe in the evenings and night. But overall, happy customer with good break fast, clean and modern hotel and rooms. It’s a pleasant stay in this family friendly hotel.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices but very busy as it is a stop-off for major cruise line. We did not use the other restaurants as the Burger Joint had take-out only and the Italian was only open after 7 PM. Taxi stand is just outside hotel and Metro is across the street. Lots of dining options outside the hotel plus the hotel staff were very helpful advising how to get to attractions We did not go to see Paris from top floor from Skybar as there is a 50 minimum euro charge and they bill you 100 euro per night for incidentals but is refunded at end if you don't use their services. Our room had very little storage with one small closet as a large section was dead space and no storage in desk or night tables. We stayed for 7 nights but I think this hotel is probably suited for 1 or 2 night stays at most.

Every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, fantastic breakfast, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team that runs it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a more compassionate group of people. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Montparnasse for helping during our challenging situation and ensuring we still had a truly memorable and comfortable stay. We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out also to Fernando for being particularly welcoming and helping us when we first arrived). The rooms were spacious and had incredible views over Paris. We also went up to the skybar (rooftop bar) which was a wonderful experience watching the sunset and the tower begin to light up. The hotel gym has everything you could need and more! In terms of location the hotel is close to bus stops, the metro and Montparnasse train station (handy for trips to Versailles which you can get to in 20mins on the train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel too, as well as two on-site. Would recommend this hotel and thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Beautiful and clean property, very convenient location, but very unfriendly check-in staff. Long waiting for checking in at the front desk. We were so fed up after a transatlantic flight waiting for our room, we compromised our high floor room to take a lower one just to get in. Long line up for check out too. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointing experience. We had several rooms booked over several nights and we couldn't gain access to our rooms earlier - in fact one room was not available after 5pm which was well after check in time. We also asked for luggage to be overnight and they would not accomodate this either. One room in the overall booking had a constant running toilet that couldn't be flushed and the overal appeal of the hotel was not the normal experience we would expect from this type of hotel. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Misleading information, one person tells us we can have late checkout, next person says NO. We had previous reservations with Gate1 at this hotel but so he checked us out and left us without access to room without telling us. Next person says oh he didn’t give you new key? So she gave us a new key but I had to prove it was me lol. Searched for passport picture because I had no ID on me, everything in the room. I was very sick for 2 days and they would not let my husband take breakfast to me (breakfasts were paid thru Gate one) so I didn’t eat. Just bad customer service and no I wouldn’t stay here again.

nice rooms, excellent shower and water pressure. Beds really comfortable- and I didn't roll into my husband. There was construction outside the hotel in the street but no noise or dirt in the hospital. GREAT location for the train- a few blocks, and lots of really good restaurants nearby.

It’s not near the main tourists’ attractions, the road in front of the hotel is under construction so it’s not easy if you have a suitcase and plan to use subway. But the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

The metro is right around the corner. There is a mall almost right across the street. The hotel has many food options and we did the grab and go on most days since we filled out trip with tours and never had reservations or time for food until the evening. The sky top roof deck is the highest in parks and a great way to nightcap a day in Paris. Make sure you make reservations or you will not be able to go up there. It is further away from Eiffel Tower arc de triumph and champs elysee. About 3 miles but in Paris 3 miles takes about 20 mins on the metro or a car. Get a metro pass and you’ll have no issues getting to any destination.

Excellent location and the views of Paris are amazing! Also conveniently located right next to a shopping center. The only thing is that there is some temporary street construction going on in the area that makes it unpleasant to walk on the same side as the hotel.

We booked for a room with view for our family expecting the view of the Eiffel Tower but we got the view of buildings only. As soon as checked in, we asked for a place for dinner and the the lady that checked us in recommended Umami. The experience with Umami was the worst. The chicken was burn outside and uncooked inside. My daughter loves chicken but couldn't eat much even if she was so hungry. They serve raw salmon, baked ground beef as steak then charged us a total of $78.53. The food from this place made my husband sick and ruined our 5 day vacation. Our family would rate Umami zero or negative star. The room was spacious and clean. We felt safe and comfortable in the hotel. Everything in the mini bar is free which includes 3 bottles of water and coffee. The coffee maker was broken. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with guidance and transportation. I would recommeded this place to our friends with warning not to eat at Umami.

Acceuil rapide et avec le sourire, malgré le nombre de chambre. Chambre spacieuse, tres agréable. Café, thé de qualité à disposition dans le chambre. Planche à repasser et fer aussi.Petit déjeuner de tres bonne qualité et tres varié.A 5mn à pied du grand point virgule et autre salles de spectacle. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. A 2 mn de la gare mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées, on n'entend pas les annonces SNCF ! Tous le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse .
