We enjoyed this little off beach house. It was nice, clean and had everything you needed. 3 minute walk to the beach! House renting is the way to go if you do not require an ocean view.would definitely recommend this property!

This is a beautiful, CLEAN home, just a short walk to the beach! We used the two beach chairs daily, and the beach umbrella came in handy for extra hot days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals or eat takeout at the house. The bathroom towels were plush, with extras to keep us from needing to do laundry. The quiet and peaceful street was a huge perk, and we felt safe walking along the streets in the evening, to and from the several dinner options within walking distance. Cafe de Paris Bakery is a MUST local breakfast stop, just a block away, whether it's for coffee, tea, pastries, or a delicious breakfast quiche or crepe. We'd love to stay again in the future and enjoy this relaxing, cozy, cute home.

This was our second time renting the property and we had a wonderful time again! The home was very clean and includes everything you could need. Best feature of this rental was that it was an easy walk to beach and was tucked away on a quiet street — except for the construction noise next door which unfortunately detracted from the atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We knew there wasn’t a water view so we were happy to be able to use the beach chairs they provided to walk to beach and enjoy sitting in the sun. Biggest issue for us was the only lights were ceiling fan fixtures with glaring lights in every room. No side tables with lamps to provide a softer relaxed feel or the ability to read before going to sleep at night. This is an easy fix that wouldn’t cost much and would really enhance the comfort of this house. All in all, a very nice rental.

This house had the perfect location! Close to beach access and restaurants. Had all the amenities needed. Nice yard with front and back porches to sit out and listen to the birds and relax for the evening. We wanted to book for next year but others beat us to it. Definitely a great stay!

I recently rented this property for myself, husband, and one year old. Check in was very easy and the home is extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this home and will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed 6 nights in this rental with our family of 4. We arrived on our flight and the hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in several hours early. Everything was clean and some starter essentials like dish pods, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper were available. The best part was the location…it took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and because it’s further from the downtown area this section of beach was far less crowded. There were also several good restaurants very close and many others about a 5-10 minute walk away.
We enjoyed 6 nights in this rental with our family of 4. We arrived on our flight and the hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in several hours early. Everything was clean and some starter essentials like dish pods, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper were available. This property is across the street from the gulf side, but is accessible by a very short walk down the road. We really liked the location. The property was VERY clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary items you would need for your stay. The backyard was also very big and would be excellent for children to play in. Unlike others, we did not hear the construction noise from next door, but they were there daily working on the property. My only concern was the temperature of the bedrooms. They seemed to stay much warmer than the other areas of the house.

We were very pleased with the house on 22nd Avenue. The hosts provided extensive information on the house and area for us. We were visiting family a few streets away, so basically slept and ate a quick breakfast there. Beds were fine, kitchen nice, had everything we would need if we actually used the house more! Nice place, nice location, good communication from owners. We would there again.

The property is good. The location is in immediate proximity to the big housing complex construction. When on vacation, one do not expect and appreciate all that construction noise - hammering, sawing, drilling and grinding concrete with all dust blowing towards the property and its backyard.

The best part was the location…it took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and because it’s further from the downtown area this section of beach was far less crowded. There were also several good restaurants very close and many others about a 5-10 minute walk away.

This property is across the street from the gulf side, but is accessible by a very short walk down the road. We really liked the location. The property was VERY clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary items you would need for your stay. The backyard was also very big and would be excellent for children to play in. Unlike others, we did not hear the construction noise from next door, but they were there daily working on the property. My only concern was the temperature of the bedrooms. They seemed to stay much warmer than the other areas of the house.

We loved our time at the beach house. Being only 1 block away from the ocean was amazing for our kids to allow them to come back and rest for the afternoon fun :)

The property was clean and had updated amenities. Short walk to beach. Only problem I had was the new ongoing construction on the adjacent property. Hammering and drilling starts at 7 am and the dust covered my car so unable to sleep late. Saturday and Sunday was quiet.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was great house, great location and perfect setup for our family. We enjoyed the large backyard, short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is super clean, in a great neighborhood and has everything you need. Close to great restaurants and the beach. We used it as our home base for spring training baseball games.

The host was very responsive. The amenities were good, except for we could’ve used more toilet paper as we had four people staying and there were only two rolls of toilet paper. and also more mirrors would have been nice. but other than that, it was all great. The location was perfect. However, the weather was cold! Darn that mother nature!
