Great hotel for visiting Aix-en-Provence. The bus station next to the hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

It was not in the city centre...in addition the pool was dirty and not heated. The breakfast was cold eggs, bacon etc. For a double room booking the twins beds were very small, had to sleep in one position. The accommodation was very small for 2 people including the bathroom. No where to put toiliteries.

Hotel is not a walking distant to Office of the Tourism. The place is clean, WiFi is good but the important thing is the Aircondition..very poor air condition..sweating in the middle of the nigth…they provided as with electric fan but don’t help. It’s must cooler in the outside, I don’t know why. This hotel offer the bear minimum, no fridge, or ice machine, the cup they provided is disposable cup in which Easily deform after 1 use. The bathroom felt like a pop up bathroom. At least 30 minutes walking to the nearest grocery and eatery.

El hotel asegura que tiene aire acondicionado lo cual es mentira, hace un calor en las habitaciones INSOPORTABLE, hemos estado en otros hoteles ibis en Francia que también tenían la llave verde y el aire se notaba, la limpieza nefasta entraron a limpiar y no vaciaron la papelera la cama estiraron la sábana de arriba sin estirar la de abajo. No tiene caja fuerte. La piscina es pequeña. La zona de parking es muy amplia y está localizado en una zona tranquila

Outre le confort dans la chambre, l'hôtel est agréable pour sa décoration, son bar, sa piscine et ses soirées. le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. il y a une petite boutique pour ramener des souvenirs. La terrasse est grande avec des coins jeux. il n'y a aucun souci pour se garer. Le bus pour aller à Aix (le 8) est à la sortie de l'hôtel et emmène à la Rotonde en 15 mn environ. Il n' y a pas de magasins dans le coin mais les bois, un stade et un parcours santé. c'était un séjour calme même si nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés à la fiesta organisée par l'hôtel.

Ett mysigt b&b ca 3 km från centrum. Ganska litet rum men rent och bra ac. Frukosten jättebra. Poolen lite smutsig men helt ok. Området runt om var mysigt att vistas i.

Good hotel for a one night stop over, lots of parking, quiet area. Room was clean and modern, not spacious but bed was very comfortable. A pleasant area to sit outside in the evening for a drink downstairs. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Ma chambre était limite propre (cheveux partout dans la salle de bain…) avec une odeur intense de tabac froid (connu des équipes mais rien n avait été fait à mon arrivée pour aérer…). On m a donné du « devor-odeurs » pour cacher la misère, mais vraiment pas sérieux. Rafraîchissement des chambres à prévoir (chocs partout, salissures etc) Je ne reviendrai pas!

Pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms got everything one needs for a short quiet stay. The swimming pool is an added bonus. Location ideal for visiting Aix centre as bus 8 stop next to the hotel takes you to Aix in about 15 minutes

Hotel located a 60 euro taxi ride or 35 Euro ride from MRS airport (for two). Check-in quick and straightforward. Staff speak English and were always happy to help. Room quite small, but clean. Single beds with mattress toppers. Breakfast same each day. Not a massive selection but good enough for the money. Swimming pool clean. Outside toilets not open. Not a lot to do around the hotel, but supermarket within a 10 minute walk and a 25m outside pool (pool of the Olive Groves) also within around 10 minutes walk. Number 8 bus stop immediately outside hotel entrance to take you into town for 1.2 euros.

Une réserve quant au confort attendu dans la chambre. Cet Ibis n'est pas un Ibis Standard mais plutôt un Etap Hôtel revisité: chambre très petite; plafond bas; très petite salle de bains.. Heureusement la gentillesse du personnel et les prestations permettent de minimiser ce problème de chambre

Hotel in zona periferica a pochi km dal centro - consigliato avere un veicolo per raggiungere il centro. Parcheggio all'aperto sul posto. Personale disponibile. Pulito e con aree comuni gradevoli. Piscina pulita. Camere piccole ma pulite e funzionali.

Excellent service by all staff, friendly and kind. Restaurant is nice and food was good. Even though the location seems a bit remote from the centre of town, it is not and a short walk brings you to two cafés. Lots of parking outside the green exclusion zone and very pleasant grounds. About a half hour pleasant walk to the old city and less to the Mazarin neighborhood.

Staff were disorganized from the start of our stay. After check-in we decided to take a short nap before an evening out. About 20 minutes into the nap and we were awoken when another family entered our room. They had been issued a key and ch caked-into the same room as us! A few minutes later that family returned with one of the front desk employees to our room. The IBIS employee was very rude and she told us that we were in the wrong room-when she was the person that had issued us the room key at check-in. It was a horrible experience that was made worse by the fact that neither the employee nor her manager ever apologized to us for their mistake, our privacy being violated, nor for the rudeness we experienced from staff. Furthermore, the facilities are antiquated and housekeeping was very poor.

Il n' y a pas de magasins dans le coin mais les bois, un stade et un parcours santé. c'était un séjour calme même si nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés à la fiesta organisée par l'hôtel.

Alors l’hôtel en lui-même il est bien faut juste pas dîner là-bas quand on vous donne la carte, on vous dit que la moitié de la carte c’est pas possible de commander vous prenez un verre de vin avec votre plat on vous emmène jamais le verre de vin mais on essaye quand même de vous le faire payer, sans se rendre compte que le client ne la jamais eu,catastrophique la bouteille d’eau à table inexistant On va dire que les problèmes de personnel, il y en a partout, mais quand c’est sur vous que ça tombe, c’est pas terrible Autrement, le personnel est sympathique

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de l’autoroute. Très calme. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Il y a également une terrasse et une piscine que nous n’avons pas utilisé car c’était en juillet mais ça avait l’air très sympa. Pour le prix clairement il n’y a rien à dire et vous ne trouverez pas mieux.

Hotel is not a walking distant to Office of the Tourism. The place is clean, WiFi is good but the important thing is the Aircondition..very poor air condition..sweating in the middle of the nigth…they provided as with electric fan but don’t help. It’s must cooler in the outside, I don’t know why. This hotel offer the bear minimum, no fridge, or ice machine, the cup they provided is disposable cup in which Easily deform after 1 use. The bathroom felt like a pop up bathroom. At least 30 minutes walking to the nearest grocery and eatery.

Hotel located a 60 euro taxi ride or 35 Euro ride from MRS airport (for two). Check-in quick and straightforward. Staff speak English and were always happy to help. Room quite small, but clean. Excellent service by all staff, friendly and kind. Restaurant is nice and food was good. Even though the location seems a bit remote from the centre of town, it is not and a short walk brings you to two cafés. Lots of parking outside the green exclusion zone and very pleasant grounds. About a half hour pleasant walk to the old city and less to the Mazarin neighborhood.

Parfait pour une nuit. À 30 minutes à pieds du cours Mirabeau, il y a aussi une ligne de jus(8) qui vous dépose prêt du centre en 10 minutes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut ou presque, pas de savon ni de shampoing mais pour le reste tout est bien. Piscine ouverte en saison, pdj très bien, jeune équipe à la gestion de l'hôtel

Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner du lundi de pentecôte. La panne de la machine à café : ce n'est pas grave . Mais la fontaine à eau appréciée la veille : il n'y en a pas. J'ai cherché les petites cuillères : ? Le pain ?? La veille de jolies tranches de pamplemousse. Le lundi : rien : mais rien de rien en fruit frais. Le mardi redevenait normal. Room okay, facilities okay and staff seemed friendly. Only thing was food available from seven pm and wasn’t told food available earlier at bar. Went down after 7pm with kids and the plat du jour was a filet dorade fish dish that I didn’t think kids would cope with, looked at pizza on a bar menu and told no as it was now restaurant service. The menu I saw in the lift was quite fancy stuff and ended up me and kids didn’t get anything to eat. Nearest McDonald’s was ‘Mcdrive’ only at that time and my spoken French nowhere good enough to verbally order. If I’d known to order pizza before 7 I would have done and my own fault for not asking enough questions after a long drive. So, ask if you’ve kids in tow ask the menu options so you don’t get caught out. We skipped our paid for breakfast next morning as didn’t seem any point in bothering after not getting to eat previous night.

Premetto che dormo mediamente in 60 hotel diversi ogni anno. Hotel terribile. Sporco, camere infestate dalla puzza ferida defli scarichi che arriva dal bagno. Ristorante inaccettabile. Cibo davvero disgustoso. Servizio al tavolo impreparato e non attento. Colazione con scarsissima varietà e di bassa, bassissima qualità. Non lo consiglio.

It was not in the city centre...in addition the pool was dirty and not heated. The breakfast was cold eggs, bacon etc. For a double room booking the twins beds were very small, had to sleep in one position. The accommodation was very small for 2 people including the bathroom. No where to put toiliteries.
