Hotel is in a excellent position. Cemtre of old town! There were no lift but the staff help us to take the luggage! Also, very helpful! Sleep very well. For me, this hotel is very good with the CP value.

Great location about 10-15 minutes straight from the train station. And then another 10-15 minutes to over a dozen restaurants, Palais des Papes shopping. A Carrefour maybe 50 meters away, boulangerie across the street. Staff VERY helpful. If you have a car, park for Free on Ile Piot, about a 20 minute walk to the car. Recommend not having one as easy transport from train station to Orange, Salon de Provence and others.

A comfortable affordable, really central location. I appreciated everything except the lack of an elevator when I was ont eh tope floor, but staff did help carry my luggage upstairs for me

The main thing I liked about the property is the location near restaurants and not to far from Palais du Papes. The parking situation sucks since you need to use the underground pay parking and it is a long walk to drag suitcases over cobbled pavement. The street in front of the hotel is usually too busy to stop the car and unload unless you can do it in a hurry. I think that you will have the same parking issue with most hotels there.

Went to make tea and coffee and the kettle was wet and dry from the last time with sediment floating in it. The floor in spots of the carpet had sink holes. Had to be careful where you stepped. Overall the room was decent and the price was a little high but also fair with the space you had and amenities (fridge, a/c), bed was comfy and clean along with the bathrooms.

Läget på hotellet var mycket bra. Mitt i med gångavstånd till allt. Ok pris för det man fick. Dock väldigt smutsigt på rummet med ofräsch heltäckningsmatta. Prydnadskuddar med stora fläckar på och en liten bagge som kröp i sängen gjorde att man letade efter fler och det blev inte en god natts sömn. Receptionen var obemannad när baggen upptäcktes så det var inte möjligt att byta rum. På en av filtarna såg det också ut som döda småkryp (löss?)

The location was great, staff were helpful, but the rooms were dirty and in desperate need of a renovation. The showers leaked everywhere and totally soaked the bedroom carpet. There appeared to be mold on the walls in the bathroom and the bathroom floors tiles in the corners of the bathroom were dirty. The beds were very worn. The AC was broken and the hair drier couldn’t last more than 30 seconds before it cut out. Other than a convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel.

La chambre ne correspondez pas à la chambre que je le site présente dans l'annonce. Chambre "Prestige " vues sur un puits de lumière, la chambre étant très sombre mêmes en plein jours il faut allumer la lumière, le placard sans portes en plein travaux ( troux de scie choche, mousse expasive, planche de travers et étagère non finies, pour le plafond de la chambre on aurait dis que il y avait un camion de pompiers qui avais fumé dedans)

Je sortais de l’hôpital pour une chute et c’était apparent blessure à la tête. Le commis à la réception condescendant m’a dit que ma réservation était pour le lendemain et voulais me faire payer une 2e journée même si je lui dis que je m’étais trompé de date en réservant sur l’application hôtel.com à la sorti de l’hôpital. Il était 2h du matin. Ils ne font aucun remboursement ou accommodation. Des voleurs. J’ai quitté et je n’ai pas annulé la réservation du lendemain vue qu’ils ne remboursent pas l’annulation. Je ne voulais pas en plus qu’ils louent ma chambre et encaisser en double. Des arnaqueurs sans compassion.

It’s a decent hotel in a great location, staff is friendly but the only really complaint is the degenerate alcoholic that are on the Main Street near the hotel really detract from the appeal of this place! Totally not the hotels fault though
