Shuttle service was awful, took 1 1/2 hours to get from airport to hotel. We were given instructions to go to a specific location and the shuttle was actually stopping at a different location. Once we figured that out we had to wait another two rounds before we could get on. We called reception and were lied to as they said there were multiple shuttles and the one we saw was for a different MARRIOT. Funny that it was the same driver every time. Food in Resturant was terrible, ordered a hamburger as medium well and came back bloody. Sent it back and it came back greasy and the fries were the same ones from the first dish so they were cold. For a restaurant if the food is being recooked, make it a fresh meal. The room toilet would not flush properly and the TV was not only inoperable when we got there but also faced the lounge so you could not see it well from the bed. They did resolve the toilet issue and the TV but seriously after traveling all day I would have expected so much better.

Oh, this is a very nice hotel. There are a couple of problems. The biggest problem is that their shuttle service only has capacity for eight people. We waited outside the airport with others for over 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to arrive. And then it only has room for eight. We were told to reserve the shuttle when we checked in for returning to the airport the following morning. When we checked in —a process which in itself took 30 minutes, even though we were the only people there, we were told there was only room for one person on the shuttle. going forward a half hour there would only be room for two people. And we were three people. For such a giant hotel to have such a small shuttle service is hard to understand. Not only that but the shuttle will not drop you off at the Terminal you may be leaving from. You may have to get to the Terminal on your own. This is a lousy shuttle service for such a big well-known hotel. We ended up taking a taxi. The other issue we had was with the dining facility. The waiters seem to have no training on how to serve wine. I ordered Pinot Grigio and he brought Pinot Noir. When I explained to him that Pinot Grigio, was a white wine he returned with a Riesling. I just gave up and drank it.

One night stay to be close to CDG airport for morning flight. Very helpful location. Although we were not able to use their free shuttle because it would have made us walk while lugging 5 bags. It only makes one stop and not at the terminal we needed. So we had to call a taxi. We were not told about that when we made reservation for the shuttle the night before, but were able to get a taxi very quickly when the concierge called one for us at the last minute.

It must be the worst Marriott hotel I have ever been to. It's looking quite old in the rooms, the carpets are worn out etc... But the real issue is that my room was infested with bed bugs at a level I had never seen before. I sat at the desk to work, and within 10 minutes, my bare feet were covered with bites. I woke up the next day with my back covered as well and could barely sleep a few hours before of it... To be clear, I have been in rooms with bed bugs in the past, just never as bad as in this situation. I guess I'll go back to my usual hotel by the airport and will not try to maximize points with Marriott for this specific location...

The property was beautiful and convenient, however our toilet was dirty with poop and we had to call twice to have someone clean it. When the service person came in she appeared to be annoyed and bothered. She slammed the toilet seat down after she cleaned it and left. Then we had to call again because the toilet was clogged . The bed was really hard and we couldn’t get the heater on it was really cold in the room.

We couldn’t shower in the morning because there was a problem with the pluming, only one of us took a shower before taking our shuttle and there was water all over the room. We reported but at that point we were rushing to get out to take our flight.

Great property near Charles De Gaulle Airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice inside the lobby and the rooms were spacious. There is a small town just 5 minutes away with some restaurants and a large shopping mall that is about a 20 minute walk away. It was a really nice spot to stay for our last night in Europe. Most hotel rooms in Europe are not very large so having extra space was nice. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

By far my favorite thing about this property has been the staff. We checked in super late and the front desk attendants were so kind and thoughtful. They were so helpful with helping navigate food/transportation and giving us helpful tips with understanding Paris better.

Great property near Charles De Gaulle Airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice inside the lobby and the rooms were spacious. Hotel staff directed us from the cruise ship in Le Havre port to the Charles De Gaulle airport, where the hotel's shuttle picked us up. The shuttle also dropped us off at the airport for our flight home to Canada the following day. There is a shopping mall about twenty minutes by foot with good deals on merchandise and very good food. I recommend this hotel in Paris

The property is wonderful, but if you need to be in the city of Paris, it will cost you a lot in transportation. The shuttle was not easy to get to in the airport, as you have to find door 2D, have to take a train and walk a lot. Going back to the airport by shuttle, they will drop you off at door 2D, again a long walk with suitcases.

This was the perfect spot to spend our last day in Paris before flying home. We had taken the train back from another location and chose to stay here for the convenience of getting to the airport. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is clean and updated, the beds very comfy, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. There was food for everyone no matter what part of the world you are accustomed to eating breakfast in.

Dinner was excellent although service sometimes erratic (but busy). Breakfast featured the worst baguette and croissant I've ever had in Paris (quite stale) and I've been many times. The rest of the breakfast buffet was very good however - the full one. The continental version was extremely overpriced, especially given the state of the breab/pastries.

Arrived here after a long couple days at Disney. Staff were great. Restaurant was the best food we had in all of Paris. We weren’t there long, but it was certainly an above average stay. Free shuttle was great as well. Only downside was the shower- ended up spraying water everywhere turning it on.
