Hotel com bom cafe da manha, quartos bons, so achei a localizacao nao muito bom para ir a pe no centro, a entrada para deixar as malas e por uma rua lateral, tem que deixar o pisca do carro logadao no meio da rua para tirar as malas, depois eles explicam aonde fica o estacionamento que e num subsolo mais a frente e tem acesso via elevador, mas para um cliente que chega a primeira vez deveria ter algum tipo de orientacao antes de chegar, principalmente turistas de outros paises

Dégoûté. On se fait prendre de haut par la personne à l'accueil lors du check in... Nous demandons où se trouve le parking car pas évident à trouver pour pouvoir se garer et surtout recharger notre véhicule ( bornes elec dispo sur le site). Bornes en travaux et donc il faut se débrouiller... à 20h00... on nous fait remarquer que l'on a un bon prix, eh bien oui, cest pour toutes les fois où l'on paye plein pot et meme le double quand les hôteliers profitent d'un salon pour gonfler les prix ! Nous demandons l'heure du petit dej car nous avions un timing tres serré et on nous annonce 6h30. A 6h31 on arrive au petit dej pour s'entendre dire que ca ouvre à 7h00... nous sommes partis sans déjeuner. Je passe sur la chaussette sale de nos prédécesseurs laissée dans la chambre. 大きな車だったために駐車場に気を遣いましたが、こちらのホテルは入り口こそ狭いですが、地下の駐車スペースは大きく、セキュリティもしっかりしていたので安心して利用できました。フロントの対応も心地よいもので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Nice hotel, food was good. The receptionist advised us not to park on the street but as we had a roof box, the underground car park wasn't an option. I didn't sleep well as we had been given the feeling our car was likely to get robbed.

Very old and run down hotel. Depressing room, filthy carpet and out dated bathroom. Sofa in lounge falling apart, smell of cigarette in hallways and elevator. Very basic furniture in room and below average furniture in lobby, hallways & bedroom. Bed, pillows and sheets were very confortable & clean towels. Everything else very disappointing.

Es war ok nicht mehr nicht weniger, die dusche war schmutzig das bett war sauber. Es ist sehr altmodisch die zimmer, ich finde es ist kein novotel standart allerdings kann man für 90.- auch nicht reklamieren da es sehr günstig war

The location is quite good since it is very close to the city center and the train station. The staff were very nice. But the room was not properly cleaned from the start and it was never cleaned during our stay. The toilet was always dirty, the sink still had tooth paste marks even after they claimed to clean the room, they didn’t change the towels for all the duration of our stay, they didnt replace the cups of coffee.

Un peu déçue par ce Novotel...Certes, l'emplacement est excellent et le parking juste dessous bien pratique, mais l'hôtel mériterait un bon gros coup de "frais". La peinture de notre salle de bains avait de grosses écailles, la tapisserie au mur en relief style années 70/80 fait un peu vieillot. On a connu des Novotel bien plus sympa !

When I walked in to check in it was really hot. Ask the hotel clerk and she said don’t worry rooms are cold. Well no where near to have cool air. Barely slept that night. Won’t go back and quite surprised this service under the Novotel chain

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement à l'hôtel (22h30) et avons été déçus par l'accueil. Le personnel à la réception était peu sympathique. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait une odeur très désagréable et il n'y avait qu'une seule grande serviette pour trois personnes. One issue was with the parking. When I booked the free onsite parking was mentioned, however when we arrived staff told us that we need to pay for parking. That service offering can be improved. Also selection and variety for breakfast should be better, as it was of very limited choice

Chambre attribuée à l’arrivée non fonctionnelle , obligé de changer de chambre sans aide. 2e chambre ok. Par ailleurs le personnel du desk est inégal. Certain donne des infos de « conciergerie erronés. Sinon restaurant de qualité aussi bien en dîner qu’en petit dejeuner. Et certaines chambres bien équipées ( pas toutes). Parking très commode.

The air con in our room didn’t work so it was very hot and stuffy making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The hotel itself is a little dated. Breakfast was ok but limited selection for such a large hotel. Convenient for the train station though.
