Trevligt hotell med stor pool, helt okej frukost, rena och bekväma om än något lyhörda rum. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Bra parkeringsmöjligheter med både garage och uteplatser. Rekommenderar det här hotellet varmt om man ska besöka Gardasjön!

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Great breakfast, comfortable room, free parking. wonderful clean pool with plenty of loungers, and easy access to old town by bus or on foot. We had an excellent 3 night stop on our 4 week road trip.

Good location, just a short drive to Sirmione. There is free parking at the hotel, so this was great. If you drive to Sirmione, there are parking lots just outside the historic center. The breakfast was very good. We arrived around 9pm and the hotel was full and even though our room was prepaid they gave it to someone else. So, we were accommodated in another room, much bigger, two bedrooms, but very simple, not as comfortable as the one I booked. I didn’t think this was right, but as it was just for one night it was okay. Very simple hotel.

We arrived as a family of six (4 kids under 10) and the facilities were clean and as expected. We knew we would not be able to use the pool due to it being out of season. The reception staff led us to our room. The rooms we cleaned daily and the daily breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again perhaps when warmed. Very close to nice places to eat and not far from the tourist attractions.

We had a family suite which was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty choice and food was really nice, if anything ran out you just had to ask for more and it got brought out. Pool area was really pretty and enough beds and shades. Would recommend.

Wir haben uns von den guten Bewertungen verlocken lassen dieses Hotel zu buchen. Leider war unsere Erfahrung sehr schlecht. Leider kann man hier keine Fotos einfügen aber das Zimmer war total verstaubt, am Telefon irgendwelche Flecken. Boden teilweise angehoben(Wasserschaden?) so war es unmöglich das unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter auf dem Boden alleine ist(Verletzungsgefahr). Das Badezimmer war genauso nicht richtig geputzt. Haare, Zahnpasta, Staub. Klodeckel war lose. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer was minimal besser war! Kaputt Einrichtung wo auch Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Rollladen sehr schwergängig oder kaputt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Im großen und Ganzen würden wir hier definitiv kein Urlaub mehr machen.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay at HG which was keenly priced for a 3 star hotel in early May. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, nothing fancy but very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was good with gf options which suited my individual needs and a range of other items to suit others' tastes - coffee average surpringly for Italy! Only slight negatives are that the shower cubicle isn't big so that might be an issue for a larger bodied person and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good pool (not heated) too and plenty of sunbeds which we were allowed to use after check-out. Also close to Shuttle Bus pick up point to Sirmione old town which takes 5-10 mins and motorway to either Milan or Verona. Parking on site too and 2 decent restaurants close by, 1 of which we had time to sample for lunch - 3 course for 15 euro on weekdays. Would recommend Hotel Gardenia and stay there again if visiting the area again.

The communication before arrival was good, and upon check-in, Sonia was really helpful and informative. The parking on site is really useful. The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the old centre of Sirmione and the ferry, so easy to access. But there are a selection of good restaurants, gelaterias and supermarkets near the hotel, so actually it was nice to be away from the busy centre! Pool was mostly quite and enjoyable. Overall, staff were very helpful and polite!

This was easily the best Italian hotel we have ever stayed in & we go to Italy 2-3 times a year. They were so friendly and helpful. We even had our flights cancelled by easyjet, decided to drive out anyway and they shifted our booked a few days to accommodate last minute. Can’t recommend Hotel Gardenia highly enough! Aircon in room, comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast included and was delicious! Pool is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are quiet and location is great with tons to walk to. They even had free parking available too. Kids were happy there was good wifi and they provided drinks from the bar to the pool or your room. 10/10!

We even had our flights cancelled by easyjet, decided to drive out anyway and they shifted our booked a few days to accommodate last minute. Can’t recommend Hotel Gardenia highly enough! We have just arrived home from 10 nights staying at the Hotel Gardenia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The town a few minutes walk away had plenty of restaurants and cafe. You are also near the lake. It's very hard to get a taxi and the bus service (which was great and we used it every day) was every hour and not usually on time. So planning trips around the area was harder than we thought. But as Sirmione is central we were able to visit Verona, Milan and Venice. Also the theme parks Gardaland and Movieland are nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Lovely pool and breakfast was delicious. Just no evening meals or drinks available in the hotel.

Good location, just a short drive to Sirmione. There is free parking at the hotel, so this was great. If you drive to Sirmione, there are parking lots just outside the historic center. The breakfast was very good. We arrived around 9pm and the hotel was full and even though our room was prepaid they gave it to someone else. So, we were accommodated in another room, much bigger, two bedrooms, but very simple, not as comfortable as the one I booked. I didn’t think this was right, but as it was just for one night it was okay. Very simple hotel.

The communication before arrival was good, and upon check-in, Sonia was really helpful and informative. The parking on site is really useful. The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the old centre of Sirmione and the ferry, so easy to access. But there are a selection of good restaurants, gelaterias and supermarkets near the hotel, so actually it was nice to be away from the busy centre! Pool was mostly quite and enjoyable. Overall, staff were very helpful and polite!
