La chambre est de taille plutôt modeste mais rien ne manque. Tout est propre. Seul bémol le parking arrière dont la barrière est cassée le laissant ouvert à qui veut se garer. Mais le perso est vraiment disponible, souriant et professionnel, merci à eux.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good and decent value for money. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired looking but it's in a quiet location and a decent walk from the stadium. There is not very much in the area close by.

Mais ma chambre était située au dessus du restaurant avec des odeurs de cuisson (fenêtre ouverte) ainsi qu'un fort bruit de ventilation dans la chambre qui s'est atténué dans la nuit. Aussi l'hôtel est assez loin des transports en commun.

Quiet and comfortable. Fairly convenient for Metro to city centre and short walk through nice park to La Defense arena and commercial centre. Underground parking very handy and free at weekends. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant are closed at weekends.

The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying there to who they were. It just happened to be that they were the only ones behind reception. Most of the staff were ignorant and took all their time to acknowledge you. The only friendly staff were on check in and check out but unfortunately our experience of staying here had already been tarnished by the hotel staff aside of these times. My main complaint is lack of clarity with the eating and drinking facilities with the restaurant attached, Breakfast was delicious but aside from this it was only open twice for lunch, dinner and drinks twice in our 5 night stay Thursday to Tuesday. It states this on the website but you have to look carefully to find this information. Eating out was not a massive problem for us, but having access to drinks facilities was a big problem. Pas de place dans le parking (donc ne pas se fier au parking annoncé !!) On nous avait dis que l'hotel se trouvait a 1km4 de Paris la Defense Arena, a vol d'oiseaux peut etre !en voiture ou pied, PAS DU TOUT !!! Personnel pas accueillants du tout ! Niveau confort est propreté tres bien par contre !

Siendo dos personas en la habitación, el segundo día solo nos pusieron una toalla. Se terminó el gel/champú de la ducha y no se dieron cuenta. Estuvimos utilizando el situado en el lavabo.

Un soit disant bug informatique le samedi matin... le personnel de l'hotel n'arretait pas de taper a notre porte nous demandant de partir de la chambre. apres un appel a la reception de l'hotel on ma confirmé que j'avais bien réservé pour 2 nuits et qu'on pouvait bien rester...

Está súper lejos de todo, a casi un kilómetro y medio de la defense y sin nada de comunicación con los alrededores. Se llama la defense no se porque porque ni siquiera está dentro de paris. No tiene ni kit dental ni nada. Papel higiénico de mala calidad, toallas de mala calidad y pequeñas… mucho que desear por sé una ibis.

Mais ma chambre était située au dessus du restaurant avec des odeurs de cuisson (fenêtre ouverte) ainsi qu'un fort bruit de ventilation dans la chambre qui s'est atténué dans la nuit. Aussi l'hôtel est assez loin des transports en commun.

Quiet and comfortable. Fairly convenient for Metro to city centre and short walk through nice park to La Defense arena and commercial centre. Underground parking very handy and free at weekends. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant are closed at weekends.

The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying there to who they were. It just happened to be that they were the only ones behind reception. Most of the staff were ignorant and took all their time to acknowledge you. The only friendly staff were on check in and check out but unfortunately our experience of staying here had already been tarnished by the hotel staff aside of these times. My main complaint is lack of clarity with the eating and drinking facilities with the restaurant attached, Breakfast was delicious but aside from this it was only open twice for lunch, dinner and drinks twice in our 5 night stay Thursday to Tuesday. We paid for the breakfast and it was a big let down, only one plate. And the sausages were not cooked properly, and the pastries were hard. The only highlight was the bacon. But it was very close by car to the La defence area, which was why we stayed there.

Déjà fuite au robinet d’eau ensuite plus de gel pour se laver … et le pire c’est quand même le petit déjeuner 13 € par personne c’est pas rien ! Rien au petit dej il était 9 h 30 tous le monde se plaignaient pas de tasse plus de jus d’orange plus de plus de croissants plus de petits pains au chocolat plus de fromage en fin plus rien quoi et quand on l’a dit au personnel il a répondu oui mais il y avait un groupe …… j’ai envie de dire ET ?…. Les deux serveurs étaient débordés pas eu de réduction malgré la réclamation mon petit dej était thé pain seul et un demi verre de jus d’orange ! C’est cher le petit dej !! En étant commercial il aurait au moins dû rembourser 2 petits dej nous étions 4 !!

A very basic, but good value budget hotel. The room was clean, though tired with old cigarette burns in the carpet, holes in the curtains and with lack of storage space and power outlets. Bathroom was clean with hand/body wash provided. Just one bath towel each and no hand towels. No option to separate rubbish/recycling. Sadly not very sound proofed - could hear doors banging in rooms along the corridor. Reception staff were polite and helpful - when they were available. We stayed here for a Friday night event at La Defense Arena and had extended our stay to a second night for some Paris sightseeing on the Saturday. Ok location for the Arena, but the hotel bar and restaurant are closed on Friday and Saturday nights - which wasn't clear from the website - and there is absolutely nowhere to eat or drink within a 20 minute walk. Probably better for just an overnight stay than a weekend of sightseeing as it's a minimum of 35 minutes into the city on public transport (which in fairness is easy to use) but you still have the problem of the restaurant and bar being closed on the weekend. Would not stay here again for the Arena, but would stay closer to the city and get public transport there and back.
