Hôtel globalement agréable. Acceuil sympathique, les chambres familiales sont bien organisées et spacieuses. Douche salle de bain a rideau sans debord, du coup inondation a chaque douche, jusque dans la chambre a priori car le parquet était recouvert dune serviette car HS. Petit déjeuner tres complet avec beaucoup de choix. Nombreuses options de restauration a proximité. Parking 14€ la journée directement sous la résidence bien pratique

The staff were friendly but I had to wait a long time for someone to help me with laundry as the machine was broken and the receptionist didn't know how to fix it.

Etablissement bien situé mais pas trop facile à trouver. idem pour le parking payant. Le réceptionniste était complètement débordé (il a ensuite été aidé par des collègues) mais il a tout de même réussi à nous donner une chambre déjà occupée (!) . La chambre était très bien.

GOOD POINTS 1. room is clean and comfy. 2. fast food places arpund rhe cor wr. Pharmacy as well. Small but convenient grocery store a put 10 monites walk from hotel. Bar / pubup the street. Burger king up the street as well. Barbwr shop and bakeries. Metro is a put 8 monutes walk away from hotel. NEGATIVE POINTS 1. You need to buy ALL toiletries if you didnt bring any with you as hotel provides you with 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 snall bottle of shampoo and 1 small boytle of body soap. 2. Hotel provides you with 2 towels, one bath matt and ONE hand towel PER WEEK. . if you ask front desk personel, they will provide you with more without any xtra.costs. However if you ask to change the sheets which is done also only once a week, you will need to pay extra. 3. There arw 2 laundry washing machines and 1 dryer. ALL DO NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT WASHING YOURE CLOTHES OR DRYI G THEM. The cost is 5 euros for one wash and 3 euros for a dry. Dont bother using them. They suck! 4. Breakfast is available at the hotel between certain hours. The cost is 14 euros for one person. Dont bother. The choices are.very small and if you want something good to eat , go to the restaueant across the street . 5. Communication at the front desk is not that great. I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. Even thow housekeeping is provided once a.week, you still need to ask several times for it to get it done.Any issues, ask to speak to the manager and things will move.along quickly .

Hotel was in a good location to explore Paris - 5 minutes walk to the train line. We bought day tickets for zone 1-3 and felt we made good use of it due to the location being a little out of the main tourist area. Lots of good restaurants nearby to grab food. Parking was confusing - we had to ask 3 members of staff before we understood what was to happen: you pay at the hotel then they give you a card to exit so you don’t need your ticket that you have to take at the barrier on entry. We had to ask for extra towels. Room never have a kettle and was generally quite tired. Our room safe never locked and despite asking for assistance 2 times no-one came to sort it or let us know they couldn’t. Security at the hotel never felt totally safe. Door and lift were accessible to anyone.

Très bel appartement avec une déco contemporaine, propre, très bien insonorisé, parking couvert pour la voiture juste à côté. Commerces de proximité juste à côté

Gute Lage in der Nähe der S-Bahn, nettes Personal, Einfacher Check in und Check out, großräumiges Zimmer, generell sauber, aber etwas staubig, leider etwas nah an der Metro, von daher manchmal Geräusche

Shower was leaking around the edges and flooded bathroom floor. Smelled like smoke

Very clean, modern rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe. The rooms were equipped with a kitchenette and a grocery store nearby. All amenities you could want were within walking distance. Very close to a train station which made center city Paris very accessible. Would stay here again.

Très bon séjour avec quelques points à revoir sur la propreté quand même ( tête de lit et moisissures au niveau de la douche)

Pas d'instruction sur l'arrivée et pas de réponse à mon message pour arrivée tardive. Accueil de nuit médiocre digne d'un accueil parisien. Chambre froide et vétuste avec forte odeur de tabac froid. Lit confortable.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. Arrivée fluide et simple. Néanmoins la chambre a une température très basse et le linge de lit est vraiment léger. Également, l'hôtel est situé juste à côté des rails de trains donc beaucoup de bruits.

We only stayed one night so it is hard to give an accurate review. Part of the toilet was broken and someone walked into the room while we were in there. Those would be my only complaints. Other than that it had a lot of amenities that were nice and the beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Really good place. I liked the big bathroom. Maybe would be nicer if service is done everyday same as hotel.

The room was a good size, a bit tired maybe. The big problem is that a rail line is outside the window and the noise is significant from very early until very late

Kitchen is inklusive, which is very convenient! Location is good for concert. But the bathroom needs to be renewed somewhere.

Parfait. Acceuil chaleureux à plus de 22h, établissement propre du hall aux chambres, rer A à 7mn à pieds, lildl, restaurants, cinéma à proximité. Je l'enregistre dans ma liste des hôtels préférés.

Stayed here as attending a concert at La Defense Arena. It is a great location and the Lidl downstairs is really handy. Good for getting into central Paris as close to station. Rooms basic for the price, could do with some care. Receptionist very abrupt on arrival. Expensive for the standard of room.

Séjour très agréable Très bon accueil, personnel disponible qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. Logement satisfaisant pour une nuit en famille, 4 adultes. Bien situé près de la salle de spectacle Arena la defense (15 minutes à pied)

Great location. Trip was to see a concert at de La Défense Arena. Close to Nanterre-Universite Metro and only 3 stops away. Only stayed 2 nights but it was clean and staff was friendly and also let us borrow their plug adapters we forgot ours. Close takeout places and to grocery store around the corner which we could’ve used if we wanted to cook any meals to save $. The mini kitchenette was well stocked for short term stays.

Hôtel idéalement situé , à quelques minutes de marche de la gare RER Nanterre Université qui vous amène à l'arc de triomphe en moins de 10 minutes. À une petite quinzaine de minutes à pied de l'arche de la défense. Personnel serviable et très sympathique. Seul petit bémol si vous avez le sommeil léger être du côté des rails peu être un peu bruyant. Cela n'empêche que c'est une bonne adresse que je réutiliserai certainement lors d'un prochain passage.

parfait nous allions à un concert à la défense arena et on nous a indiqué comment nous y rendre a pieds en 10/15mn et super c'est très accessible par le ter depuis Paris centre en 30mn pleins de commerce autour et on se sent en sécurité de jour comme de nuit pour notre retour à pieds depuis la défense

Hotel très propre, calme et tout les services a quelques secondes a pied. J'y retournerai certainement !

Det ble ikke som forventet. Frokostbuffén var ofte tom for mat/drikke. Vi måtte be om påfyll. Det luktet noe råte på rommet og badet. Generelt dårlig service.

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très bien et bonne literie.

Accueil très agréable et disponible, chambre proposant toutes les commodités et moderne. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner où il y avait trop de monde.

Store cassé , l’eau de la douche pas trop chaude et malheureusement le petit déjeuner nous a pas était proposer à l’enregistrement.
