First room bedside lites don’t work security box don’t work! moved another room. thermostat don’t work! Shower tap doesn’t work to switch to tub. reception not helpful! we should get discounted!

The staff lacks customer service skills or maybe they just don’t like tourists, the room was decent and clean but we had issues with our room key every day it would not open the room or the elevator.
