OKKO Hotels Paris La Défense

Positive: -A nice hotel with matching rooms. -The lounge is a valuable addition and a nice place to have a drink in the evening. Free snacks are nice as well, if they are available. But a couple of times they were out of stock. Negative: -A bit far from the nearest metro station. That is a fifteen-minute walk. -The soap was not refilled in 4 days stay, despite reporting it to the reception. -Chaos at breakfast. Items were constantly out of stock. From cutlery and crockery to eggs, from bread and rolls to juice. Always items were missing or out of stock that you had to ask for again. That was incredibly annoying. Moreover, for 20 euros per person, I think you might expect more than what was offered. It became very monotonous after 2 days. I would advise against having breakfast at the hotel.

Our stay was for five nights and it was outstanding. Special thanks to Ali at the front desk and the young lady at the desk with the gorgeous nails and smile who spoke English so well. No demand was too much for the staff. We particularly enjoyed the use of the snack lounge and sauna.

Great looking hotel with beautiful spaces. We were happily surprised by all it had to offer. Great location with just little walking distance to public transportation. Ideal to get to anywhere in Paris in no time. Staff was very friendly and cleaning was spotless. Le Club is a great space to take advantage of, drinks food and games. Only negative, one side of the building is exposed to nearby train rails which can be a little annoying to hear. We were warned about it by a previous traveler but it wasn’t terrible.
