Excellent week's stay at Okko, service excellent, Italian restaurant very good, rooms very comfortable, eco friendly(crinkle bed linen) and large enough. The appero's and snacks in Le Club were a nice touch. Only shortfall in my view, was the gym - eco friendly but inadequate sports apparatus. Apart from that, thoroughly recommended.

Really nice hotel. Different experience to normal, however all was up to scratch. The Club is great Will stay again on my next visit to Paris

The 24/7 lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, juice, water, snacks and fruit was a added bonus and a great place to relax.

A good stay at La Defense. I liked "The Club", where you get free (very good) coffee and cakes in the evening. . Overall very good.

Helpful, cordial staff. Loved the filtered water, compostable coffee pods, and the ironing room. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The room was clean and simple, and remarkably quiet.

We arrived at the property off of the interstate. It took four times 1 hour 20 minutes later to actually enter the property because construction was blocking the entrance and there was no other way to enter. Then the security had to help us three times to enter the parking structure which took a lot of back and forth. Afterwards the receptionist kept being interrupted and assisted other guests before completing our check-in which also not seem less check-in due to having two room reservations. By the time we settled into our rooms, the air condition did not seem to work and no bottled waters in room for the nespresso machine. The whole stay was inconvenient from construction to arrival to departure it was not seem less. Unfortunately we will not return.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. We need a hotel close to the arena as we were there for a concert and needed a convenient location which this provided. The hotel is fairly new and modern. However it lacked in hygiene. When we walked into our room it appeared it had been rush cleaned and with little care or attention to detail. There was hair on the bed, hair in the sink, and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. I was so exhausted from my flight and was traveling with my young daughter so just needed to deal with it, tidy up myself and not have to wait yet again for them to find a new clean room for me. Would only recommend for one night if going to a concert/ event at the arena.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. Firstly, the noise level was unacceptable — loud train noises started as early as 5 AM and continued until almost midnight. It was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Secondly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a rubbish bin, which was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the stay. On multiple occasions, essential items like toilet paper and hand soap were not refilled, even though they had run out completely. The most serious issue was with the shower. The drainage was blocked, and water would not go down properly. I reported this to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day, and they assured me someone would take care of it. However, when I returned in the evening, not only had nothing been done, but the problem had worsened — water from the bathroom had flooded into the bedroom area. We ended up having to switch rooms late at night, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was far from comfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

Clean modern rooms. Environmentally friendly, staff very friendly and helpful.

Seul bémol, la propreté de la salle de bain. Porte-savon HS et posé sur l’évier. Joints douche… photos à dispo pour la Direction. Bel accueil du personnel. Apéro offert avec boissons en libre service TOP. Chambre et literie ok. Retour semaine prochaine, nouvel avis à venir.

Depuis que je viens depuis environ 3 ans , revoir le nettoyage des joints de douches .

Great hotel, super clean, sober furniture but well equipped anyhow. The staff was very kind from check in to check out and also during the breakfast. Nice breakfast options too and while it’s a little walk from the subway station it’s accross the street from the Arena if you’re aiming at getting there quickly

Mooi hotel, ruime kamers, goede styling, schoon, stil, zeer gastvrije ontvangst en vriendelijke medewerkers. Gemakkelijk parkeren in parkeergarage onder hotel. Ontbijt was goed, ruime keuze en vers.

Beaucoup de bruit avec les trains. Salle de bain dans la chambre sans porte. Très gênant si on n’est pas en couple.

The staff were welcoming and check in was fairly easy. They also let us check in early. One thing I found interesting was the style of the room. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and was quite small. The bathroom door was also open, I.e a glass door that leads directly into the room, so anyone else in the room can actually and completely see you shower. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but this was uncomfortable as there was no privacy for the bathroom. Thankfully the toilet had a proper door and was private. I just wish the bathroom was the same. There were also limited toiletries in the room and no water, coffee/tea which is standard in hotel rooms. Other than these, overall a lovely stay

Good business hotel, stayed rhere many times. However; very noise due to the rrain line at the back-ASK for room T the front , AVOID the baxk od the hotel-you wobt be able to sleep.Also, very low staff on Thursday morning, couldn't cope with the breakfast demand

We attended a concert at the Paris la Défense arena and chose the Okko hotel as it was a 10 minute stroll away . The hotel is excellent staff were great checking in was easy . Rooms are fantastically clean smallish but modern decoration with a low but extremely comfortable bed concrete ceiling and quirky furniture. Club lounge with free snacks coffee juices all day . Breakfast was great with pastries ,meat eggs ,bread ,fruit plentiful. Great stay for a gig or event .

La chambre etait tres bruyante 921. Passage de trains toutes les 5 min jusque tard la nuit et nouvelle gêne des 5h du matin

Very convenient for a business trip, good food at the restaurant,spotless.It was a bit noisy thought as i had a room at the.front.And no shower gel in the shower (however this was addressed and fixed immediately. Would i stay again? 💯

The staff was nice and friendly. The open concept shower was not great for a family sharing a room.

Séjour de travail efficace et hôtel propre, confortable avec un excellent service

Arrivée rendue un peu compliquée par l'entrée dans le parking ( que certains ne trouvent pas) qui s'ouvre sur un angle à 45°. Sympa la manœuvre. Accueil bien, sauf que pas d'explications donnée sur la mise en route de l'électricité dans la chambre, ni sur le fait qu'il faut avoir sa clé dans les mains en permanence pour entrer où que ce soit, alors que le dispositif n'est pas forcément visible (l'entrée dans l'hôtel le soir par exemple, pas expliqué non plus). Service totalement absent au club. Après avoir attendu j'ai dû retourner en réception pour demander quelqu'un pour commander à manger (la réceptionniste a pris la commande). Quelqu'un qui a fini par me redemander ("c'est bien ça que vous vouliez?"), puis l'a apporté sans jamais me proposer de boissons où ce je pouvais vouloir d'autre. Pour finir, devoir ressortir du lit pour éteindre les appliques au dessus du lit qui ne sont pas éteintes par le bouton judicieusement placé près du lit, qui éteint le plafonnier. Détail risible qui ne l'est plus en accumulation de tous les autres. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, franchement déçue.

Mooi hotel, mooie kamers en uitgebreid ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

The service staff are really helpful and friendly. Special mention to Sarah and Jonathan who helped me booked restaurant. They all spoke English fluently. Free access to level 1 lounge which provides free coffee, biscuits and fruits 24 hrs. It’s Fabulous. Room is newly furnished and very clean. My only gripe is it doesn’t provide a kettle for boiling water. To have hot water, one need to go down level 1 lounge to get it. It’s really a hassle. There is a filter where You can top up cold water at the common area outside the room. The room provides only basic soap for hair and body. No slippers. One has to ask for toothbrush, and conditioner and lotion from the reception which again I feel unexpected of a 4 star. The shower door glass is transparent. So would be awkward if you are travelling with someone else. Location - Good. it’s located 2-3 stops away from the central tourist attractions stations like Auber, Chatelet le Halle etc . The RER red line. To note - it takes 12-15 mins to walk to nearest Metro station- Naterre Prefecture. It’s very quiet at night to walk back to hotel, can be scary. Not recommended for families as there is no nearby restaurants nor supermarkets. If it rains, there is no shelter along the way. More suitable for solo/business traveller.

Habitué de l’enseigne. Ici à La Défense tout était ok comme d’habitude. Petit coup de canif quand même pour le check out : froid, sans me montrer le détail de la facture et avec pour seule réponse à ma demande de version papier : « on ne l’envoie que par mail ! ».. pas de merci ni d’au revoir ….. pas très pro !!

2nd passage dans cet établissement. Petit souci d’évacuation réglé très rapidement. Chambre propre. J’apprécie la mise à disposition d’eau dans des fontaines situées au niveau des ascenseurs. Point d’amélioration : La température des douches varient souvent à certaines heures

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel. L’espace club est calme et idéal pour se reposer ou manger. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est tout simplement incroyable : accueillant, attentif et toujours souriant. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Très bel hotel à 2 pas de la défense Arena. Parfait

The staff is what made our stay memorable. Everyone from check-in and in the guest club were complete professionals. This was so close to La Defense arena. It was about a twenty five euro Uber/cab ride to places like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Seine cruises. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for the Arena if you planned for a show. Have a 10-15 mins walk to the nearest subway.

Close to RER A station, this district is safe and modern. I went there for the concert and this hotel is just right next to the Paris La Défense Arena, it was amazing. And the hotel offers concert menu in the lounge area for their guests that is really cool, especially it’s a bit hard to find restaurants still open after the concert.

10分鐘步行到大型商場、火車站、地鐵，靜中帶旺。對面表演場館附近有食肆營業到零晨。

This hotel is a lovely new business hotel with a fairly large room for Euope. It is clean and comfortable, and the sauna plus afternoon apertivo service was a bonus. It's quiet here--a plus. But it is nearly impossible to get to right now, by foot or by auto. I had intended to walk from the Metro station, but the bridge accessing the hotel is closed. All but one of my uber drivers (whom I didn't intend to hire in the first place) struggled to access the hotel as Google maps is not cureent on the area.

Although quite a walk to train stations, it's in the middle of La Defense and Nanterre stations. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel has coffee, tea and pastry available in the lounge for 24 hrs. Has coffee maker in the room.

The staff were very kind . The location wasn’t so near from the Center as it was mentioned.

frukosten var bra, men om man är van vid skandinavisk frukost så var det lite tunt med pålägg. Men fräsch buffé och vädigt trevligt bemötande av all personal!

Leider lag in unserem Bad noch eine Zahnbürste vom Vorgänger, aber ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Club, in dem es den ganzen Tag kleine Snack und Kaffee/Tee und Wasser kostenfrei gibt. Der Raum ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir haben uns in Allem sehr wohl gefühlt
