Room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, staff was super helpful and the area is the best. You can open the windows and listen to the ocean sounds

I was surprised to find the hotel up a short steep hill. After 2 days my legs had adjusted but beware that you will need to pull your suitcase up. Otherwise the room & bathroom were spacious, the breakfast and coffee variable and delicious. The staff warm and helpful and the grounds beautiful. It is close to the beach, old town and train station. Enjoy! A very tough place to leave.

Nice staff. Nice location near the beach, but beware to reach the hotel there is a steep hill you must walk. The breakfast was very good. Would recommend hotel for a stay in Monterosso.
