Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful.

Honestly, my favourite part of thie entire hotel was the fact that it had birds in the lobby that would greet you. Other than that, its easy to get to, to move around, the size of the room was amazing, its right by the beach, but didnt feel crowded. I would stay there agian

I liked the bar and its seating area. Also its friendly staff. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't make my room even with the tag asking to clean hung in my door. Room was a little old and very basic but still OK. It was an attic in the last floor. The problem was showering in the bathroom, because the roof of the attic was very low, the shower height was about 3 feet height... so difficult to take a shower...

We drove into Cinque Terre, so we needed to find a hotel in Monterrosso Al Mare. This hotel provided onsite parking for free which was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was included was great.

Very nice property. Our room had a view of a courtyard with a fountain and tables and chairs. Hotel was very clean, rooms were bright, beds were comfortable, large lobby with books, staff were wonderful and large breakfast buffet included. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Very close to the beach, best to use the Paid Umbrellas and lounges at the bottom of the street, on the right, instead of the crowded public beach also on the right. The Paid Beach, 40 euros / day, is well worth it. This is a nice small family run hotel with a wonderful daily breakfast, the courtyard is a nice quiet place for a after dinner bottle of wine. We stayed here after three weeks in Greece and Turkey and will return.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property during our stay. It is walking distance from the beaches in Monterosso and walking distance from some places to eat. The place was quiet and the staff were friendly. The water pressure is very good here! There was also an air con unit in the room which we weren’t expecting but was very nice during our stay in mid July! The reason I gave a 4/5 stars is because the room service wasn’t consistent. Because it was so hot during our stay, we were taking a few showers a day to stay cool and we put our towels on the floor to be replaced but they only replace one and hung up the other one. That was the only complaint we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Arrived late, so they needed to put us in a smaller room. Given the inconvenience, they went above and beyond to make up for it, and moved us to a much larger room with a view of the sea for the remainder of our stay. All of the employees are friendly and we loved the location. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family!

Very nice hotel staff! They were very accommodating— we arrived early and they allowed us to check in, after a day of traveling that was appreciated! When our A/C broke they fixed it the same day. The hotel is easy to find and has a nice breakfast with good coffee. The place has not been updated in a decade or 2…it could use new furniture, carpet/flooring and paint. We enjoyed our stay, and I would stay here again if Porta Roca is sold out again.

Great hotel, right next to the beach. Excellent spot for a relaxing trip. The room I booked was small - wouldn't have fit a second person and barely fit me in the bathroom - but was suitable for my needs. Only negative was the AC in my room didn't work while I was there and no one would come up to check it when I called. I ended up leaving the balcony window open to compensate. Lucky for me the temperature outside was cool. I'd still rate the stay 8/10

We absolutely loved staying here! This was our first time to Cinque Terre and right from check in, we felt welcomed and knew we made the right choice. The owners were always helpful, friendly, professional, and made our visit special. They’re so nice and friendly, even late at night or early in the morning. We will stay here again because the staff made all the difference!

At the end of the main drag and a long block up from all the traffic --- GREAT location. Small, but comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend this spot if you're staying in Monterosso, for sure.

Great hotel, right next to the beach. Excellent spot for a relaxing trip. Very convenient location....couple minute walk from the train and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is a bit dated but great value for the money. Only drawback was the size of the stand up shower....quite small. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Cinque Terre.

Mysigt prisvärt hotell med bra läge i Monterosso. Nära till restauranger, strand och tågstation.Fantastiskt hjälpsam personal. Även om hotellet var något enklare och frukosten något under medel skulle jag varmt rekommendera detta boende.
