Great pool

Hotel was very good. The staff were great, the facilities were in the round were excellent. I did not use the spa but the gym was very poor, equipment was broken, in a poor state of maintenance and the weights area was virtually non existent. I realise this is my preference to train whilst away and this hotel is geared up for families visiting Disney. Food at breakfast was good, a wide range of options but it was (as expected with multiple families - we were one ourselves) bedlam. Dinner was very good, my son went wild on all the meat, my wife as a vegetarian was able to eat, and my youngest who has some eating difficulties and is fussy, was able to eat too. Pasta and a simple tomato sauce, chips, bread etc. they do have the obligatory nuggets should that be the necessary. The indoor pool is good for the very young, the outside pool was pleasant apart from the middle of the day (2-3pm) evacuation for cleaning. Rooms were well cleaned, and we had a family room with bunk bed option for our boys. Transport to Disney was very busy in the morning, I would suggest going before 0900 to join the queue at the park. This prevents waiting for multiple buses and being frustrated. The evening bus at fireworks was terrifically busy so try to move just before the end of the show to try and beat the rush. All in all a good spot for a good price considering we were in summer hols, August time, and didnt book it terrifically early or anything.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, swimming pool and gym onsite. Only down side is the free shuttle bus, gets very overcrowded and is not a pleasant experience. We walked or got a uber.

Varied stay - the lobby is lovely but the scent is very strong! The rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff are nice and helpful whenever asked for assistance. The transportation to the park has improved from our last stay. The pool is cold and the changing area unpleasant, this along with the bathrooms don’t seem to have been updated when the rest of the hotel was and it shows. Breakfast is like a giant school canteen with one station, we experienced days when no fresh fruit salad was provided, croissants ran out and sausages were cold. There are warning signs about bringing in bags and food waste. Given the cost of staying here I think the hotel needs to take onboard that customers are paying for breakfast in a four star hotel and perhaps expect a level of service here. I would say that of the hotel choices on offer in the area outside the park, that are not Disney hotels this is the best option but the hotel could easily improve on the breakfast and pool area to improve customer stays.

Lovely, spacious, clean & comfortable room, although the pillows were too hard for me. Friendly & helpful staff. Great choice for buffet breakfast, unfortunately marred by other guests, piling plates high or making packed lunches, in which case we & others were waiting for dishes to be replenished. The amount of food waste left on empty tables was at times totally obscene, but this of course, is not the hotels fault. The indoor pool did not feel heated at all, so we didn’t use. The shuttle buses should be more frequent during busy periods, packed in like sardines if you manage to get on, but again, this is not the hotels fault.

Stay was fine. Rooms are tired. The shuttle busses were good but got bus on way back from Disney. I should have read the small print so my fault, but be aware they charge €17 a day for parking. Quite a lot to factor in if you are staying for a few days.

Tried 2 check in on arrival and was told twice our room was not ready! 3rd time lucky. Room was comfortable but carpets needed a scrub and shampoo. Toilet was running water for the 5 days we were there. Household took our keycard out of electric and never returned it, they did not clean our room on last nights stay were disappointed at the point. Breakfast is manic and abit limited. Worse bit the buses are like the hunger games 5 times we were unable to get on to get to and from disney. When had to get a uber at 12.90 euros each time. To sum up we wont go back to this one but it was ok but wanted better.

A good hotel for Disney. Annoying that parking is an additional charge.

A cost effective option to see Disney. The shuttles while crowded at times were frequent and convenient. The food options were solid (again you are here to go to Disney). Having a pool was a great break. The gym is basic but allows you to get work out in. Property is somewhat dated but the main areas and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Solid option for the value.

Had a room on the 5th floor which was spacious but bit noisy with the hotel air conditioning. Booked taxi to train station via reception and was told would cost 15 euros but driver wanted 20 for what is effectively a 5 minute journey. No meters therefore they seem to be able to charge what they like as had another quote for 30 euros!! Surely hotel can sort this rip off out given all the business they must provide?

Pour le personnel très bien, souriant, disponible et accueillant. Mes déceptions sont les suivantes. C'est la 3eme fois que je fréquente cet hôtel. La première fois tout était parfait. La deuxième fois aussi. Mais ma dernière expérience est décevante et j'hésite à revenir car je trouve que beaucoup de choses se dégradent. La moquette de la chambre avec plein de tâches. A la piscine alors que les chaussures sont interdites, 8 personnes sur 10 marchent avec leurs chaussures, je pense que sur ce point il faudrait être plus strict envers les clients mettre plus de grosses affiches, faire des rappels au moment de l'enregistrement sur ce point, ou mettre de temps en temps une personne qui passe surveiller la piscine. La salle de bain avec des traces de moisissures dans la douche. Les WC en grande partie entartré et noirci. Pour le petit déjeuner, c'est très correct même si avant je trouve qu'il y avait beaucoup plus de choix. L'espace sauna et hammam reste correct et agréable pour se détendre. J 'ai tout de même passer un bon séjour mais il y a des choses à maintenir au niveau pour conserver le 4 étoiles.

Our bedroom was dirty. Carpet had stains throughout and I actually got bitten during the night from the beds. The mattress was also very dirty.

Dirty bathroom, mouldy wall almost everywhere in bathroom , bathroom mirror was broken, found worm in salad during breakfast time . Horrible tv signal and slow wifi. I’ve got photos and video about my review. Not recommended at all . Such a wasting money.

Hotel was very busy lots of people in lobby yet was not being cleaned. Lots of rubbish lying around and left on the chairs. Toilets in lobby not useable as they were so dirty.

Il y avait de la moisissure sur les joint dans la baignoire et la robinetterie de la baignoire etait cassée. Qui plus est, on nous a venté d'un "surclassement" alors qu'il ne s'agissait que d'une chambre avec un lit superposé, ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un "surclassement"

Globalement notre séjour s’est bien déroulé la navette vers Disney est idéale et l’hôtel est familial. Par contre, la propreté des chambres laisse grandement à désirer l’hôtel n’est pas récent mais il semble manquer de maintenance. Le buffet déjeuner est très ordinaire. Bref on obtient ce qu’on paie pour j’imagine ! Je ne donnerais pas un 4 étoiles mais plutôt 3.

The bed sheets and pillows were stained, we had to call reception to get them changed. The room also smelled very musty.

Everything looked great on the internet. This was a one night stay at the end of our Disney trip so we could tag on some shopping at Val D’Europe. Cleanliness of the hotel was poor with rubbish around the corridors and in the lobby. This may be due to guest not being respectful and the cleaning team not being able to keep up with the crowds. We chose to try and eat in the bar area, no where to sit; carpet full of food and dirty tables. We chose to have Uber eats and eat in our room. The room was massive- family room and quiet. The square pillows were small and uncomfortable. Good powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was too busy and over stimulating. Children running around and people touching food with their hands instead of using tongs. Maybe we are spoilt as we usually stay at L’Elysee or on property so cleanliness is of a high standard and breakfast is quieter. Some people rave about Dream Castle- the pool and play area looked great and I can see the attraction for younger children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Beautiful grounds but rooms felt more aligned with a motel…noisy, busy, catering to families. Would not return.

The hotel has been refurbished but the air con/heating system is old and not flexible for modern use. The hotel was so hot that we couldn’t sleep for the first night. The fans provided were also old and too noisy to use. A solution was found for the rest of the stay but only after a lot of complaints. Otherwise it is very child friendly so there are a lot of children staying. It is convenient for Disney with a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes. Not a hotel for couples or adult travellers.

On night one a large group of drunk adults woke us up trying to get into the hotel. No1 came to let them in for well over 30 minutes leaving them to shout and sing and scream outside right below our room. When let in they made it up to our floor and continued to make a lot of noise in the corridor and then in their rooms. Hotel staff do not appear to step in at all. The next night I had a member of hotel staff shout loudly through the hotel phone/intercom TWICE after 1am asking me if I still needed a travel cot. My child is 12 I did not order a travel cot. Not the usual service I expect from the hotel.

The window in our room was broken and almost fell on my husbands head at 1am. We were opening the window as our room was extremely hot- the ac unit was not working. We would like to be contacted regarding compensation

Overall the stay was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. The included breakfast was fine, i don't understand people complaining as there is a bit of everything. We did have a few issues. First off we had our phone kept ringing in the middle of the night. 2 nights with this problem. People leave their trash everywhere. Lobby, in hallways, it's just disrespectful. There should be more shuttle as people push and shove. No queuing respected. Was trying to get something in the lobby so but it was closed in the hours they were showering operational. And lastly forget about the Wi-Fi. It's pretty much unexistant. Always got an excuse when I asked about it. For us it's a one and done.

The hotel seems nice and has quite a number of facilities. It also has a lot of interesting things for kids. I did not like the fact that there was just the 1 microwave for the whole hotel. There were a limited number of irons and you had to drop a security deposit to take the iron (never seen this before). Staff were quite unhelpful. I had to fight for early check in even though I was paying. There’s a notice at the front desk with times for shuttles to Disneyland yet when I called to confirm time the staff couldn’t even b bothered to check it. The elevator buttons could do with maintenance.

We had a great experience at the hotel everyone was helpful, room was clean, it was safe. The shuttle services were great, well organized. We will definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, which claims to be a 4-star establishment, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The service and staff conduct were appalling and do not reflect a rating higher than a 3-star hotel. This review is based on an incident that occurred on August 24th. Upon entering our room, we found that while the beds had been made, the carpet had not been cleaned. This was a significant oversight and a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber. I called the reception at 22:24 to report the issue and request that someone come to clean the room. The receptionist was immediately unhelpful, arguing that the housekeeping staff had gone home at 11 am and there was "nothing we can do." This argumentative and dismissive attitude was unacceptable. I called back and asked for the lady’s name, only to be told that they were not allowed to give out names. I was then given the name "Aurelian" for the manager, which offered little assistance in the moment. Eventually, I was told someone would come to the room. When the staff member arrived, they brought only towels to place over the dirty carpet, stating that it was "not their job" to clean it. This response was not only unprofessional but also a complete failure to address the problem. While I understand that things can be missed, the lack of professionalism and the rude, unhelpful staff are inexcusable. The service we received was far below the standard expe

Hotel lobby was beautiful and shuttle service is great. Breakfast was basic but ok. Grounds so nice pool etc all good. People moan about the room being in need of new carpet etc but they were fine well cleaned etc just what you need if your going to Disney

Gorgeous property, great location in proximity to Disneyland. We took the train to city center, cool experience. We will be back

It was a bit isolated from area shops.

The hotel is truly a wonderful place. On warm days, you can fully enjoy the lovely outdoor pool. Everything is well organized, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the food and drinks are great. Its location is perfect close to Disneyland and a shopping mall, which are both fun to visit. In short, there’s plenty to do and it’s a great hotel. We will definitely come back again. It really felt like a little getaway!

A beautiful Hotel near Disneyland Paris, Shuttlebus Service, easy access to Paris City.

Overall it was a good stay, however whilst the hotel is near Disneyland, there is little else around it and no nearby supermarket, which makes buying food/water troublesome.

This hotel was nice and clean. It had a cool pool area and the common areas were decorated nicely. Be aware that there isn’t really anything else around here. When we got there at 3:00 the restaurant was closed and they have a snack bar that had way overpriced food that did not look very good. We had to uber eats because there is nothing around there. For dinner we had to take the shuttle into Disney Village and had dinner down there. It is also crazy expensive and packed with people. You don’t really have other options. The hotel says it has a shuttle but it is shared with a bunch of other hotels. It doesn’t come often enough, especially at night when you are trying to leave the park. There were SO many people getting on each bus it seemed like it might break open. People were getting in fights at the bus stop waiting. All in all the hotel was fun and clean. Just be prepared to spend $$$$ on not great food and be crammed into busses.

Rommet var stort og fint, med aircondition. Men ikke fungerende kjøleskap gjorde det vanskelig å holde drikke kaldt. Drikke var noe man måtte kjøpe i baren eller på automatene og var ikke en billig affære. I baren var dem til tider behjelpelige med is. Maten på frokosten var smakløs, selv om det var greit utvalg å velge i mellom så var det meste tamt eller smakte surt. Middagsbuffen hadde godt varierende utvalg, men dyrt. Alle typer av kjøttet var smakløst, overstekt og tørt. Lite sunt tilbehør som ikke var fritert eller svømte i fett. Dessertene så gode ut, men til og med en sjokoladekakebit var smakløst. Få andre spisemuligheter på hotellet og i område rundt foruten i disneyland og Disney village gjør at det er lite aktuelt å besøke igjen. Bassengbaren var ok, og de lagde i det minste en god pizza til tross for at det kunn var 4 små kyllingbiter på en kyllingpizza. Utendørsbassenget var fantastisk etter en dag på vandring, og holdt deilige 29-30° i varmen. Innendørsbassenget var kaldt og ganske møkkete både i garderobene, rundt bassenget, ulåsbare toaletteter og ikke noe såpe til å vaske seg før man gikk ut i bassenget. Ellers var gangene ganske ryddige til en hver tid, rommene fikk jevnlig byttet håndklær og tømt søppel, og entrén på hotellet innbydende. Svært kraftig duftoljer i hotellets entré var til tider ekstremt kvelende.

Great hotel overall. Pool is fun for the kids. Room was overall clean but seeing wear and tear; normal at Disney hotels they’re so busy. Breakfast buffet was the weakest but it got us fed before heading out for the day. Night buffet was overall a really good meal though not on the cheap side. Shuttle to the Disney park is great, just very busy! I’d recommend snd stay again for sure
