Overall condition of the hotel is extremely good, staff are friendly, but spa staff seem a little untrained. 3 staff members thought it better to chat to each other instead of attending to a customer stood in front of them., which was picked up by another member of staff who was on the phone. Gym and pool facilities are excellent and the pool spa is incredible, and very good for families, although no lifeguard could be seen. Check in and out process seems relatively long and overly complex, not sure why. Just a short distance from Disney on the free shuttle bus, I would just add that the driving was not the best, given it is a bus full of children. I would stay here again, and very much enjoyed the stay.

Staff was excellent. Pool set up was a little weird and there were never any towels. Much harder to get to the park and other areas so we needed to take a taxi much more than we wanted to. Stay was comfortable but I would stay closer to the park especially for the price.

The hotel was good for a few days break, if you are out most of the time. However, if you plan on staying indoors for the whole day, amenities could be improved. There is not much to do. Perhaps an outside space to explore and relax. The room looks visibly clean but some areas on the floor had been vacuum-missed (pretzel bits on the floor) Bathroom was clean but yellow grout stains could be cleaned better. The shuttle to Disneyland is good though the service could be improved. We stayed late at Disneyland for the night show/fireworks and the last bus was not on time. It was also packed. Please consider having two buses for last service to pick up guest during school breaks. Finally, the breakfast is good however, we have noted that we have been eating the same breakfast for 3 days.A change in variety could have been better. Over all, stay was pleasant. Good value for money.

The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience took a very negative turn. During breakfast, my husband's small bag was stolen in the hotel restaurant, an area that was supposed to be reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The hotel staff were kind and helpful at first and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the police station. However, in the end, the hotel declined any responsibility, stating that the restaurant was considered a public area, even though every guest was asked to provide their room number before entering. Please be extremely careful with your belongings when having breakfast at this hotel...
