Giorgio at reception was excellent, very friendly and efficient and gave us lots of information about the city, maps etc. He also served an excellent Aperol! The breakfast staff were lovely, it was an excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean with comfortable bed and quality linen/towels. Brilliant location only 15 minutes to centre and a reasonable 15 euro taxi from the station if arriving by train. It is a really good base to visit any surrounding areas. We would definitely stay again and use this brand. When in Padova the Scrovegni chapel with Giotto paintings are definitely worth a visit.

The room was ok, staff friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi efficient, breakfast was ok. However I specifically wanted a room with air condition. I kept complaining to them that their air condition isn’t working properly, they gave me the runaround suggesting that it was the impact of the sun on the window that made my room sooooooo hot, they checked the A.C several times, and said it was working, I needed to be patient. I asked for a room change but they were fully booked. Eventually a staff member told me that it was broken and they were working on fixing it. (I stayed there with a fan which was a bad idea because of my allergies, but I had no choice), and Italy is sooo hot by this time of year. Will I return back there NEVER!

The Hotel has an excellent location in the fringe of Padua old town. My room was very spacious and also had access to the roof top terrace. the hotel needs just a bit of minor maintenance to be very good. Staff was always available and provided excellent service. another great feature is the car park in the backyard.
