Excellent service from all staff basic hotel but really close to all that wish to see Pompei and Vesuvius. The pool was added bonus. I would book again if coming to this area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. We would have liked a fridge in our room. No kettle etc but when we asked we were provided with hot water and cups to make our own drinks. The pool area was nice and clean. There is NOT a restaurant on site although the hotel information says that there is. We could purchase a very small variety of prepacked paninies at a reasonable price. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and the Porta Marina entrance to the Pompeii ruins. With several restaurants in the area. But be aware that they all shut at 6pm as they are mostly catering for day visitors! If we had been there for a longer stay we probably would have been able to find other places to eat a bit further away. All in all once we got used to everything it was a very enjoyable stay.

Ok this is a hotel from the 70s BUT, it has a pool, free parking, AC, great staff, a bar and limited restaurant. Most importantly it's a 5 minute walk from Pompeii ruins and the rail station to Naples and Salerno. Great find and great value.

The location and staff were fantastic. The air conditioning in the bedrooms didn’t really work and the bed was very uncomfortable. I would find another hotel to stay at next time.

One of worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Slept with mosquito repellent on. Bath top cannot hold water but it also is not a shower?? Bathtub had a “patch” on it, stick on plastic? Had to pay if you wanted to use the pool ( which I did not) we left after the first night even though we could not get a refund for the additional night. The bed had basically a plastic bedspread and one sheet. It’s was run down and in very poor condition. They should have refunded my second night. We did get a blow dryer on request. The air had not specific temperature control. The only reason we chose this place is because it was available and was close to the train and the park. I would do that again. They told me I had to contact Expedia for a refund when I didn’t even book on Expedia. I used hotels.com and they said it was up to the hotel to refund the extra night, which they would not! I bought the extra insurance but could not get a refund because the hotel did not qualify as uninhabitable. It did have warm water and a bed and electricity ( if you left the key in the slot). I highly advise against staying here.
