3 Acre Lake Paradise Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi HotTub!

Of all the homes weve rented, we've never come across one so neglected as this. We spent 2 days scrubbing the outdoor eating area that was inhabitable. It was covered in inches of dirt, spiderwebs, dead insects, moss and mold. The white fencing was green and black. Personal items were sitting on the shelves covered in filth. The grounds weve overgrown. And the layer of black mold and slime made the walk to the lake quite dangerous. The hot tub was not working and the roof of the cabana it sits in was covered in dirt with a tree branch that grew through the roof. And the grill had to be scrubbed before we coulld use it. As for the inside, the kitchen was cluttered with personal items and junk drawers. No place to put your groceries, water pressure in kitchen was slow making clean up difficult. The windows were never cleaned on outside and just covered in cobwebs and dirt. Everything in the house looked like it was from a flea market, garage sale or picked up on the side of the road, including towels and linens. They need to lower the price and clean it up and replace everything in the house to rent it out at the price we paid. I was told they clean the outside once every 6 months. It really needs to be cleaned every week or at the least, once a month. And while they're at it, they should clean out the trash cans that were filled with maggots. The picnic benches are also covered in blacs mildew with moss growing on it. Best part is the stay was the wildlife.
