NOT my idea of an airport hotel! No free shuttle service to and from the airport, transportation via contracted service is infrequent and doesn't operate on weekends and costs 8 euros. One would be better off staying in the city and taking the metro directly in to the airport, Linate.

The shower was broke for the two days. No access to water. Had to ask for towels for 4 adults staying everyday. Long wait to check in. Room wasn’t ready when arrived and we arrived over an hour after check in time. No market to buy drinks/snacks or a quick breakfast or lunch. Nothing within walking distance to eat at.

Der Spot beim Eingang ins Zimmer hat geflackert. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen. Es war alles sauber. Die Lobby und das Restaurant ist wiederum top und möglicherweise renoviert worden.

Fint hotell med topp service fra de som jobber der. Fikk rom i 9 etasje som skulle bety god utsikt. Vinduene var frostet, så det gikk kun an å se om det var lyst eller mørkt ute. Det var stusselig!

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but if you don’t mind spending about 30 Euros for transport, it’s definitely worth it for such a comfortable stay in a great hotel.

Really nice room for a family of four with two bathrooms. However one shower did not work and there was a log of unpleasant noise from the elevator next to our room fra 7 am! 15 min drive from centrum. Good service.

It took 2hrs to check in with only 2 very slow employees on the desk. I specifically asked if there would be a working mini bar, is I had prepared food I needed to keep cool. I was told all rooms have a mini bar however we had to call room service for someone to replace the mini bar as it wasn’t cold it was warm.

Our room looked pretty worn out. The tv didn’t work, lamp didn’t work, sink was plugged. When I asked to switch to another room, they made me feel guilty and then never swapped out the bedding we requested after for it accommodate a two people.

For start the reception staff was rude and poorly organised. The breakfast was €18 per person per night so 2 of us saying for 3 nights €108 was dam expensive. The air conditioning in room was not cold and windows did not open and bed was hard but had soft pillow which ment we had to sleep ontop of duvet for comfort and so was not too hot. All in all would not stay here again.

We had requested handicap friendly room for a person who is wheelchair bound. We did not get it. It took 2 hours to check in. The staff must be tired so they were not very friendly. We had very high opinion about crown plaza but were disappointed. The hotel was overbooked.

Ho prenotato una suite, che si è rivelata spaziosa, bagno pulito e letto comodo; peccato per il personale non sempre molto gentile, sia alla reception che nella sala ristorante. In due giorni di soggiorno mi sono sentita dare più volte delle risposte piuttosto scortesi e nervose, a delle richieste normalissime ed educate, tipo se avessi potuto avere un caffè macchiato a fine cena o a che ora avrei potuto fare il check in della stanza. Al check out mi hanno addebitato per errore l'importo della camera che avevo già pagato alla prenotazione, e in questo caso, di fronte ad un loro errore, sono stati gentili e mi hanno promesso la risoluzione del problema in qualche giorno. Un riconoscimento particolare alla signorina Laura in turno durante le colazioni, estremamente gentile, attenta ai bisogni del cliente e molto efficiente.. Se tutto il resto del personale fosse altrettanto professionale, e all'altezza delle 4 stelle, sarebbe un albergo in cui consiglierei di pernottare.

We loved this hotel for the restaurants and the service. It is outside of the city but for us, that was exactly what we wanted since we are at the end of an 18 day trip and needed a place to rest for a couple of days. The food at the hotel restaurant was so good we ate there both nights after exploring Milan and Lake Como.

Questo si che è un hotel a dovere. A parte mettere nelle stanze i cartelli del "non disturbare" e il "rifare la camera" che sono stupendi "sono fuori in missione" e "mi sto rilassando" solo per questo andrebbe a 5 stelle e non 4, poi camera spaziosa, e letto comodo. Consigliato assai. E poi il personale della colazione unico nel suo genere. Bravi davvero. Colazione con ampia scelta.

Stay wasn’t brilliant, couldn’t sleep as thr couple next door was having intercourse at 2am in the morning, the walls are thin so can hear everything Sunday morning buffet breakfast as just cold so didn’t eat. It cost me €18 for which they offered me Monday breakfast for free
