Hotel is nice, staff are great as well. Good parking options at the hotel and on the street around the hotel. It's a bit far outside of Milan, but public transit is good. It was very difficult though for food delivery to find the hotel though for some reason, so that's important to keep in mind.

Questa struttura ha degli spazi molto ampi, che in tempo di covid sono veramente condizioni strutturali preziose, sia per la sala da colazione che la sala dei salottini che sono alla alla zona dell’accettazione; le camere sono spaziose e ben fornite calde con ogni comfort, silenziose. La posizione a San Donato molto facilmente raggiungibile dalle autostrade. Un pochino più complicato raggiungere la metro San Donato se si dovesse fare con i mezzi e non con l’auto . Hotel was very nice and clean. The room cleaning staff did a excellent job every day. Although the hotel is not too far from Linate Airport it is about a half hour walk from the transit station. Cab fare usually cost less than 7 euros. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Our room had not been cleaned properly when we checked-in. There were pieces of crackers on the floor and under the bed. The bathroom smelled really bad; most likely from the drains. The room did not even come with one complimentary bottle of water; we had to pay for everything . Breakfast options were very limited.

I have enjoyed all - apart the fact that the room was boiling hot and there were no air conditioning working. this led us to open the windows, which lead to have my wife and my kids literally bombarded by mosquito bites. It is fair to say is not hotel fault if there are mosquito, however in 2024 you expect to have air conditioning system in Milan

Overall nice and clean property 10 minutes walk from the major train station. One recommendation would be to have the air conditioning option. We traveled first week of April but it was warm for us. Affordable, friendly staffs, good breakfast close to the airport. Thanks Sabrina

The staff at reception was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. However, the room soundproofing was lacking and I could hear the person in the next room coughing. Good thing I brought ear plugs along. Even with this in mind, I would still recommend this hotel

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff was so friendly as we wanted to early checkin due to the issue with a previous hotel we booked . The manger at the counter helped us with it. So I would rate the hotel 5star because when in the time of need you are being helped by the them got them these extra stars . The breakfast was also good with multiple options of your choice . So overall for us it was a fantastic stay. Thank you Santa Barbara hotel and staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch, wenn man geschäftlich in der Gegend von San Donato zu tun hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und es gibt keinen Aufpreis, wie in vielen anderen Hotels. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut, aber zum Glück kann man sie komplett abschalten. Es dauert etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Metro 3 (San Donato) oder etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Von der Metro zum Zentrum (Duomo) sind es weitere 20 Minuten. Das Hotel liegt praktisch um die Ecke des Flughafens Linate, was ebenfalls ein sehr praktischer Aspekt ist.

Beautiful hotel close enough to Linate and a 15ish minute walk to the Metro where you can get to the Duomo in one direct line. Staff was so nice and allowed me to check in early. I would stay again if i ever need to fly out of Linate.
