Only issue we really had was with parking and charging electric car. As we were on holiday we had a roofbox on. Although I did reserve a parking spot, I was not informed about a 1.85 Metre height restriction on the parking. We had to find our own parking and could not charge our car overnight.

We stayed on the fifth (top) floor with a nice view of the ocean across the street. It’s within walking distance to the downtown and many restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient, the room was clean. The bathroom was small but not the smallest in Europe. Our daughter had the loft which had two singles and room for luggage and clothes. Although the stairs are closer to being a ladder. The parking in the underground was really really tight and required a lot of maneuvering and neighborly consideration and caution to avoid denting vehicles.

The hotel was nice and it is within a walkable distance from the old town. It is near the beach and various restaurants l. The staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The only problem is that the hotel says it offers parking. When we arrived there, the hotel staff said the parking is full. When i told her that it listed on the website offers parking and her response is “it is always full in August!” If that is the case, don’t bother to say it is available.

Lovely hotels recently renovated. Have been twice this year and really enjoyed the experience. Rooms are clean and have everything needed. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room are a great plus! The staff is very polite, nice and friendly.

The hotel is renovated everything is new. The location is very good outside the old city on the Cornich along the bay. They have an inside pool hamam and Jacuzi open untill midnight. The Ocean view is relaxing.

Very good hotel, lovely staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfast with lots of choice, beautiful views over the beach. Hotel was clean and immaculate. Rooms well stocked with tea coffee water, biscuits, beautiful rituals toiletries, everything you could need, dressing gowns and slippers provided. Couldn’t fault it - the swimming pool and jacuzzi tub was lovely , plenty of towels and loungers to relax. My only complaint is that the bar was closed throughout our stay, but there is plenty of places to get drinks nearby, if the bar was open it would have been near enough a perfect stay.

Ce séjour a été très agréable, le personnel est avenant et efficace, la propreté est irréprochable, le PDJ très bien Il manque juste 1/2 mètre en largeur à la chambre pour qu’elle soit parfaite. Elle est idéale pour une personne mais pour deux, elle est un peu juste. Le grand lit a été privilégié par rapport à la taille de la chambre, je pense que c’est le plus important. Very nice hotel. Good location, clean room, good breakfast. Were in back part of hotel so no view of water for us, but lounge and breakfast area had good views. If you must have the views, paythe extra and I'm they would be great.

Ett fantastiskt hotell vid havet och nära till restauranger samt till gamla stan. Rummen är små men rena och badrummet är mycket fräscht. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, mycket rent och välskött överallt. Frukosten var mycket bra och serverades som frukostbuffé. Staden var underbar och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Nice location outside the old town. Close to the beach. Rooms are tiny. We were 3 adults in a premium room which I guess is supposed to be the size for 3. But it became very fast very crowded. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Very nice crew -service minded.

Das Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss hatte Aussicht auf das Meer. Allerdings geht vor dem Hotel eine vielbefahrene, nachts aus schnell befahrene Strasse durch. Parkieren vor dem Hotel Cars oder auch Autos, ist der Lärm der Reisenden teilweise sehr gut hörbar. Andererseits ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang nach Intra Muros, in den alten Stadtteil von St-Malo entlang dem tollen Strand.

Nice hotel directly on the beach, walkable to St Malo walled town (about 15-20 min walk). Family room has a loft with 2 twin beds but the stairs are narrow and steep so a bit scary to have the kids walk down at night should they need to use the bathroom which is downstairs. Also absolutely impossible to cool down the loft space - no A/C vents up there, so no matter how cold you make it, the cold air doesn’t reach the loft. The only way to cool the upstairs area is to open the skylight assuming the air outside is not too hot and that you can sleep when the sun shines through it in the morning. We asked the reception for a fan but were told they didn’t have any suitable ones.

Great location close to the beach. Walking distance to old town. We were able to upgrade our room, had a sea view. Could also see the old town. Room very clean, spacious. Just needed a fridge to keep drinks like water cold. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Séjour au top : je tiens à remercier Cédric que j'avais eu avant mon séjour au téléphone et qui a été efficace,rassurant et bienveillant.Je voudrais également remercier la personne (pardon je n'ai pas retenu le prénom) qui a enregistré notre arrivée et notre départ.Il a été très agréable,efficace et à l'écoute.Au petit déjeuner nous avons rencontré une hôtesse (une dame blonde )disponible et de bon conseil, un rayon de soleil.Tout a été parfait l'accueil, la chambre,le petit déjeuner. Si je dois revenir à Saint Malô je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans votre hôtel situé en bord de mer.

They tried to charge me twice even though the room was prepaid. Check in was lengthy and they asked for my card and ask for 200 euros pre authorisation even though the room was paid. During check out they tried to charge us for breakfast even though we did not have it. Rooms were too small as well as bathroom. Too expensive hotel for the quality of the room and staff. Note staff only speak French.

Very lucky in that I was zombie like after an overnight bus trip and was able to access the room very early. Now, we all accept that the allowed time is 3pm, but at this hotel they take a personal approach. The room was ready and they saw no reason why I should wait. This is a big thing as it was their approach throughout my stay.

Quel hôtel, non seulement par sa situation idéale à Saint Malo, et ses vues sur la mer magnifiques, mais aussi par son personnel, au petit soin avec ses clients et toujours de bonne humeur. This is quite basic hotel with ideal location by the sea and within walking distance to St Malo old town. Rooms are fairly new but very small. Worth of booking the room with sea view. Breakfast is very basic with nice option to have it outdoors. Garage space is limited and the parking spots are very tiny size wise.
