Personnel très accueillant tant à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. La chambre est certes petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. La nôtre se trouvait à l'arrière du bâtiment, nous n'avons pas été incommodés par les bruits de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. La facilité de parking est appréciable. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Good location. but The room is a bit small, but ok for a short stay. Check-in is quiet easy, need to do self-check in as the reception are not open all the time. But the self-check in machine is quite easy to use, and lots of parking space on site.

The checkin using the electronic entrance system was again poor requiring me to call the central concierge system. If you are not going to staff reception at least have an operating alternative. All the car chargers were non operational. Rooms were quite noisy.

Very easy to find on way into Saint Malo. Very convenient for ferry. Right next to a shopping centre with good supermarket. But not cheap,no kettle and dire warnings not to leave anything in the car overnight!

L’hôtel et la chambre sont propres. Mais accueil fermé à notre arrivée (il était 15h). Il fallait un numéro de réservation pour avoir le code d’accès à sa chambre, mais impossible de trouver l’information. Et nous n’étions pas les seuls clients bloqués. Heureusement que nous sommes tombés par hasard sur un membre du personnel, qui nous a gentiment aidés. Le confort est minimaliste, la lumière dans les zones de passage reste allumée toute la nuit, ce qui est assez gênant (même rideau fermé, la chambre était éclairée).

Nous avons déjà fait beaucoup d'hôtel et BB aussi,mais c'est la première fois que l'on se retrouve avec une chambre dans cet état! De la moisissure tout autour de la porte et de la fenêtre ainsi que sur les rideaux! Pas accueillant et surtout pas sain! Quand on paie une chambre 72 euros avec petit déjeuner, on s'attend à une chambre impeccable! Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel, et je pense que nous ne réserverons plus chez BB!

This is fine for an overnight stay. My wife and I were on an extended trip (3 months) and so had two large suitcases, cabin size luggage x 2 and shoulder bags. It was quite a struggle to fit our luggage and us into the space available. However, all that aside we coped. The receptionist was extremely helpful, assisting us to book a taxi for an early morning departure to catch the Condor ferry to Jersey.

Arrived and saw a huge sign advising not to leave items in vehicle due to security issues. Entered the room which looked just ok but hard mattress. Looked around for AC-it was 90 and I’d walked a great deal. No AC. Window? But no screens. So I’m supposed to stay in a 90 degree airless room.. The desk attendant says I can leave my window open at night. On the 2nd floor, where anyone could be. I say, “Call me a cab.” Now the attendant was nice enough and helped me. But I’d also received a text that said this hotel was not staffed 24 hours a day. So—-if you’re doing St. Malo, spend some extra cash and go to the waterfront port area, perhaps within the walls!

Basic small room with a decent bed. The check in is complicated when using Reservations made through Hotels.com. From 11am to 5pm the check in is via a kiosk outside. Unfortunately, reservation number for the hotel is different from the hotels.com reservation number. There is a help button, but it is both slow to respond and more complicated than you’d expect.

Tout c'est bien passé mais notre numéro de réservation a été un problème pour obtenir notre chambre via l'automate de l'hôtel. Nous avons été obligé d'attendre quelques heures pour obtenir l'accès à notre chambre, c'est à dire l'ouverture de l'accueil de l'hôtel. J'espère que cela ne reproduira pas.

B&B hotel is near a busy road. However, once the door is closed, we could not hear the noise from the cars. The hotel is in front of a shopping centre, which is very convenient for buying breakfast on the go (as we did). There is no restaurant nearby but, by car, St Malo city centre is only few minutes away

La chambre de base est parfaite pour une nuitée de passage car il n'y a qu'un lit et salle de bain (douche et toilette). Pas de frigo. Par contre, si vous prenez le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est copieux et beaucoup de choix : pains, croissants, oeufs, bacon, fromage, confitures, yaourt, café etc. Le tout était excellent et le service très bien avec gens souriants.

La chambre de base est parfaite pour une nuitée de passage car il n'y a qu'un lit et salle de bain (douche et toilette). Pas de frigo. Par contre, si vous prenez le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est copieux et beaucoup de choix : pains, croissants, oeufs, bacon, fromage, confitures, yaourt, café etc. Le tout était excellent et le service très bien avec gens souriants.

Stayed at this hotel for one night at start of our holiday and on the way back (as ferry was at 06:15). Very comfortable and clean, with no check-in or check-out issues. Only had breakfast on outward trip. Seating area a bit cramp.

Good place to stay and we have used before but, this time, there was an annoying noise intermittently all night, like a metal tube on railings, consequently we had a very disturbed night of sleep. Cannot fault the welcome and the room and very convenient for Intermarché supermarket and ferry port.

Check in via machine was difficult, The rest of the hotel was locked. Rooms were hot, no air conditioning and tiny. Banisters to access mezzanine bedrooms for kids was wobbly, not safe.
