Everything about the reservation process and room was fine. The on-site check-in process was horrible. When arriving after hours, guests are forced to use a computer for the check-in process. For accesibility reasons (most likely) the computer was placed about wait-height, which is a reach for wheelchair bound guests and a very uncomfortable bend for non-diabled guests of average height. This poses as problem as the owners, for some reason, apparently have chosen an implemetation of Windows Mobile (anno 2003) as the operating system and keyboard emulation on the screen of the check-in computer. So here you are: Late at night, tired after a long day of travelling, standing bent forward at a very uncomfortable angle - for what feels like forever - trying to tame the on-screen curser of this hopelessly outdated and abandoned operating system to finalize the check-in process. That the screen is murky and scratched and the font uncessarily small does not help at all. Therefore this 2 star evaluation. If the owners had chosen to invest in a less outdated and more customer friendly computer and operating system, this would have been a 4 or 5 star experience.

Good place to stay and we have used before but, this time, there was an annoying noise intermittently all night, like a metal tube on railings, consequently we had a very disturbed night of sleep. Cannot fault the welcome and the room and very convenient for Intermarché supermarket and ferry port.

Check in via machine was difficult, The rest of the hotel was locked. Rooms were hot, no air conditioning and tiny. Banisters to access mezzanine bedrooms for kids was wobbly, not safe.

Very clean and cosy place, but no air condition or even a fan was terrible. so so hot that the room was over 32 degrees, we open the window to get fresh air but the noise from the road and by passing people made it impossible to sleep.It was very unfortunate because we had just traveled over 1500 kilometres and to find ourselfs in this situation was a struggle.
