This is a beautiful little resort. They were so kind to us. They spoke Italian and English. Most every hour they had somebody that spoke Italian and English at the desk. They have a private beachfront, separate, swimming pools, and other spa options. The room was clean and comfortable and had a refrigerator with drinks you could buy. We bought free breakfast with our package and the breakfast was decent. Everybody was very kind and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome. This resort is a beachfront property and the drive to get there is a little narrow for my American comfort but I was driving and got there. No problem. I drove from Naples. The views are gorgeous. I definitely would visit again.

Good beds and pillows, beautiful garden. Nice natural views of the sea and the shore wall. Beach is very rough with lots of stones in the water, can't get in or out of the water. Room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. No napkins in the room. Don't trust the pictures, the shower is tiny. Arranging for suttle from train station is almost impossible. Lots of rules, no beach after 6pm or before 9am. Can't use pool if going out during day, closed after 6pm.

Generally we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, however this is not a 4 strar resort, as you would expect. YOU MUST KNOW, as Expedia does not have it anywhere in the description. Pools area, they call it Wellness area (the area with couple of beautiful pools on the left as you can see on the main picture) is NOT FREE for hotel residents. You have to pay 20 euro per person to go for a swim there or 40 euro per person if you want a sun bed as well! Children are not allowed there, except on Thursdays. Beach, however, is free and it’s very large and we always had seats and umbrella there, although beach is a part of a beach club, which has its own local memebers and hotel residents can not choose where they want to be on the beach, as there is a dedicated area for the residents and, unfortunately, it is not the best one. On weekends beach gets very full and noisy as locals members come with lots of kids. There is a kids club for members there as well, however it seemed like it was only for Italian speakers. Another thing Expedia does not say is that apartments don’t come with cleaning service. If you want they can arrange cleaning for 50 euros. This would include changing towels as well. Apartments are very dated and need a good repair, however they are quite spacious and located away from the main bit of the hotel so it’s quite there. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. In quite Marina area of Vico Equense, with nice selection of restaurants around.

Stayed in the apartment side of the property. Apartment had one broken AC, and we arrived to a dirty shower/ bathroom. Shower was also very small and the drain didn’t work properly. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. Nice private beach. Salt pool was very deep. I’m over 6ft tall and could barely touch at the shallow side of the pool. Would not stay here again.

I do not recommend to stay at this property if you are traveling with family and specially during the weekends. What they don't tell you is that this resort rents some of their areas for events such as weddings as such, specially during the weekends( it may happen on weekdays too!). When an event happens they close the event areas ( wellness area pools, parts of the beach and even some paths. The result is a very confusing and annoying experience. The loud music until 1 or 2 in the morning, the path that you take to go to your room maybe closed and you have to walk around, even some areas of the beach are closed and you are restricted to a tiny part of it. The list goes on and on. The ‘wellness center’ which is the nice pool and sauna that they show you in the pictures is for adults only and if you as a guest want to use it you must pay a fee, if you want beach towels you must pay a fee, you get the point, the main restaurant doesnt open every day and if you want a nice table you need to make a reservation, i wouldn't do that any way the food is so so and expensive. Some of the service people are rude, like when an area is suddenly closed they just tell you to go away, the only really nice staff was the reception people who were helpful checking in and out. In summary if you are traveling with family i would stay away from this one, specially on the weekends and unless you cannot find any other place.

This is a sprawling resort in a stunning setting, at the bottom of a cliff and on the ocean. It’s a relaxing environment with plenty of decent restaurants nearby, as well as tennis courts, pools, spas and a private beach. It’s not super-luxurious but very comfortable and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were there for three days and had a great time.

Loved our stay, breakfast was great. The wellness pool area was amazing, we prefer to be by the pool than the beach. The staff here are particularly attentive, especially the reception staff and bar staff. I didn’t get the names of the reception staff but Fredrico in the bar was fantastic.

This is a beautiful beach side property with very cordial English speaking staff. The view of the vesuvius is the highlight of this resort. There are a few gotchas with this though: 1. If you are booking an apartment, a number of facilities like beach towels, using wellness area on family day, housekeeping are charged extra. This is not mentioned clearly in the description. We complained to them about it. 2. Even though it says they have a children's pool, there is none. The only pool they have is adult one and that too does not have any depth where you can even stand. 3. The shuttle service does not run between 12-4 pm and checkin time is 2 pm. So you need to figure out your travel from the station. They do provide paid taxi service. Overall, other than these surprises that we found during our stay, it was a decent stay.

When we arrived at the hotel, our apartment turned out to be dirty and not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere and cobwebs in the corners. The bathroom was terrible – the grout was orange in the corners and there was black mold. At the end of our stay, we were shocked to find out that we had to pay €850 for cleaning after us, even though nothing like this was mentioned when we booked the hotel. Bed linen and towels were only supposed to be changed once a week, but for us they did it just two days before our departure. Overall, it was a horrible experience – I definitely do not recommend this place.

The room was not clean at all. Hair all over the floor and just after checked in I asked for cleaning but it was the same when we got back to the room. Absolutely, it is not a 4 star hotel. The only benefit is the access to the beach but be aware that if you are lucky you get sunbeds in the 3rd or 4th row as they say the other reserved for the locals. Additionally, their taxi prices are way higher than the usual price. So I recommend you book taxi yourself. We paid 35 € when they booked taxi for us and the night after we paid 20 for the same trip from Vico to the hotel. Last but not least, the staff are not professional and really do not know how to talk politely with a guest.

Staff would constantly agree to do something but rarely follow thru. Our a/c in one room was broken upon arrival and we complained 5 separate times, each time they would send someone, and yet never fix it. We stayed 4 days and the a/c was still broken at the end. The staff failed to give us towels till we asked 3 times, oven didn't work, the bathroom showers we're not clean, full mold and remove the prior guest used bar soap. Also, lots of mosquitoes and the staff would constantly leave the door open when working on the a/c. Many other guests also complained when we talked with them

We booked an apartment to have two bedrooms. The moment we arrived I saw ants in the washroom. I was told we are in nature and this is normal. They sent someone to clean the washroom. Still there were ants in the kitchen on our night stands. Again we were told this is normal because we're surrounded by gardens. By day three our luggage’s it was completely infested. They finally agreed to change our room, but gave us a room that sleeps three, we are a family of 4. I spent most of my evening transferring all our belongings then half the night shaking out all the ants and wiping down our luggage’s and belongings with vinegar. At checkout I was simply told these things happen with ZERO compensation for the terrible experience. In total I spent 1.5 days cleaning out our things and doing laundry (no dryers) of our two week vacation. Having to pay full price for that experience was a slap in the face. Would never go back or recommend. Resort itself is beautiful, right by the water with a large pool.

We enjoyed 3 days in Vico Equense. The town is quiet, away from the high tourist areas, but still had a few nice restaurants near by to choose from. There is also a shuttle you can arrange for transportation into the main town, as the hike up can be exhausting for some. The pool and sauna was a highlight for us! We enjoyed the fresh fruits, warm croissants for breakfast. The property overall is a bit dated and some areas overgrown but the apartment itself was very clean and staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Nice pools and beach, good restaurant but pricey so we didnt come back and has no atmosphere at all. Excellent breakfast with Raphael every morning so nice and attentative. Who was always smiling and remembering which we liked. Cleaning was terrible in our room. Left a paper on purpose, stayed there for 2 days, then in our 4 night i had to ask for sheets to be changed, on our 5 day the room upstairs wasn t done! The manager sent someone to do it but not even offered a meaningful Sorry, or at least a free drink as compensation. The room was big but needs urgent update, the curtain had a hole, bathroom frame wore out and towels too.al so does the path towards room 102 was like being in other hotel.

La vue sur le Vésuve est impressionnante et les piscine et spa très agréable. Cependant le rapport qualité prix de l’hôtel dans sont ensemble n’est pas satisfaisant ( propreté globale de la chambre , fermeture de la plage et des piscines à 18h )

Good beds and pillows, beautiful garden. Nice natural views of the sea and the shore wall. Beach is very rough with lots of stones in the water, can't get in or out of the water. Room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. No napkins in the room. Don't trust the pictures, the shower is tiny. Arranging for suttle from train station is almost impossible. Lots of rules, no beach after 6pm or before 9am. Can't use pool if going out during day, closed after 6pm.

Generally we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, however this is not a 4 strar resort, as you would expect. YOU MUST KNOW, as Expedia does not have it anywhere in the description. Pools area, they call it Wellness area (the area with couple of beautiful pools on the left as you can see on the main picture) is NOT FREE for hotel residents. You have to pay 20 euro per person to go for a swim there or 40 euro per person if you want a sun bed as well! Children are not allowed there, except on Thursdays. Beach, however, is free and it’s very large and we always had seats and umbrella there, although beach is a part of a beach club, which has its own local memebers and hotel residents can not choose where they want to be on the beach, as there is a dedicated area for the residents and, unfortunately, it is not the best one. On weekends beach gets very full and noisy as locals members come with lots of kids. There is a kids club for members there as well, however it seemed like it was only for Italian speakers. Another thing Expedia does not say is that apartments don’t come with cleaning service. If you want they can arrange cleaning for 50 euros. This would include changing towels as well. Apartments are very dated and need a good repair, however they are quite spacious and located away from the main bit of the hotel so it’s quite there. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. In quite Marina area of Vico Equense, with nice selection of restaurants around.

We were at this hotel in 2017 and we’re back this year for a second time. The apartments have all been renovated and are much nicer than before. The temperature controlled pools are great. Shuttles to and from town train station throughout the day and evening. Also walking distance to close by restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was lovely but we found that a variety from day to day would have been appreciated. The room was clean, with a beautiful view and a comfortable bed. Overall, we felt like the bathrooms needed a bit of updating but the facility was lovely.

Stayed in the apartment side of the property. Apartment had one broken AC, and we arrived to a dirty shower/ bathroom. Shower was also very small and the drain didn’t work properly. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. Nice private beach. Salt pool was very deep. I’m over 6ft tall and could barely touch at the shallow side of the pool. Would not stay here again.

However there were a few issues which the hotel struggled to address. On arrival - for the first night and much of the first morning - there was no electricity in the room (other parts of the hotel had power). This meant a night without air conditioning (in mid summer) and with no lights. The room’s WiFi was very patchy and there was loud music until late at night from the bar below. Overall, it was a little disappointing not to be offered an apology or small discount for the first day without electricity so I would struggle to recommend this hotel to others. I also hope they fix the WiFi.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. They had easy to follow train, shuttle and ferry schedules available to guests which was so helpful. A shuttle was available to take you into town to the train station where you could easily grab a regional train to Pompeii, Sorrento or Positano in under 30 minutes. The pools were great and very relaxing. Our room was updated, clean, bright and had a/c. Our room was cleaned everyday and any issues we had were immediately resolved. The breakfast was very good. The location was beautiful and very quiet. They have tennis courts too, which the kids loved. Highly recommend staying here and getting a break from the big crowds in Sorrento ect.

Up til this trip, Hotels.com had tried to help us move the dates for our stayover. They failed big time. So when we arrived to the hotel, our reservationes was wrong. Not the best start for our vacation. Then Anna stept in!! The Superwoman in the reception fixed what Hotels.com could not. We are so thankfull!! Anna rocks!! The hotel was very nice, with nice beds, nice foods, nice spa-area and very nice personel.

Negatives: staff was rude and they will charge you for everything. We got charged $25 to get clean towels to our room (they said we had a washer so we codo it ourselves) and $5 for each pool towel. Besides the one pool (which is way too deep for kids), there is no other playground or kids area, very different from what is advertised. They have a play area that is completely abandoned (tall grass and falling apart). Positives: hotel is beautiful right by the ocean. Breakfast was not included but was really good and the breakfast manager Salvatore was excellent! He was hands down the best member there.

Staff was amazing! We arrived late on the train, in the rain and after dark. They sent their shuttle to pick us up, even though we got off at the wrong stop. Avoid this place. Firstly, they charged me over €70 for a meal I did not have, and after realising, I emailed and messaged them 4 or 5 times with no response. It’s now been over a week with no reply. I even got a call during my stay to ask me if I had the meal, which I said no, and they charged me anyway. Certain parts of the resort are also off limits. Although they don’t tell you that until you try to access it. We sat at some sun loungers near the beach and pool and were told that’s not for guests. Went to the beach, sat in another area, and were then told that’s not for us either and were sent right to the end. The resort is basically for locals and guests are just given a small part to use.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were gorgeous views around every corner. We liked being walking distance to restaurants in the marina and the free shuttle to the town of Vico Equense made it really easy to visit Sorrento and Amalfi. The only thing that frustrated us a bit was not knowing when the restaurant and bar was open- it seemed to change day by day.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel. Just had to get used to smaller bathrooms but a great quiet place. I have to say that the staff was amazing. Thank you Salvatore and your team for being amazing and accomodating us on a day where we had to leave eary. Joseph, Anna and Julie are reception staff with an incredible customer service mindset. Thank you Joseph for dropping as at the bus stop. Anna and Julie, thank you for helping us with planning and trips and answering all of our questions. Definately made our stay much more enjoyable.

A quiet (even in july) self contained resort with private beach and all facilities you might need. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can get a boat cruise from the harbour to Positano/Seiano or Capri. There are one or two local restaurants and several restaurants in Vico Equense to which there is an hourly shuttle (until 10pm and not running 1130-4). One amazing place is called Zerillo, located right in the centre of town and Michelin quality but normal prices. Also recommended is Gabriele for gelato. Taxis to/from hotel are 20 euro outside these hours. Sorrento is accessible by a 15 min train ride. If you want it lively at night time, le axidie is not for you. We paid 160 euro from napoli airport for 4 persons, 170 on way back.

They arranged our transportation when needed and happily answered all of our questions. They were able to communicate in English which was appreciated. Beach lounge chairs were available every time we needed them. We found a decent selection of restaurants within steps of the resort. The hotel breakfast on the 3rd floor offered beautiful panoramic views over the water. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was delicious. The free hotel shuttle to the train station was helpful for our excursions. The hotel staff booked private transportation for 4 of us to the Naples airport for $140 total.

We enjoyed 3 days in Vico Equense. The town is quiet, away from the high tourist areas, but still had a few nice restaurants near by to choose from. There is also a shuttle you can arrange for transportation into the main town, as the hike up can be exhausting for some. The pool and sauna was a highlight for us! We enjoyed the fresh fruits, warm croissants for breakfast. The property overall is a bit dated and some areas overgrown but the apartment itself was very clean and staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

This is a sprawling resort in a stunning setting, at the bottom of a cliff and on the ocean. It’s a relaxing environment with plenty of decent restaurants nearby, as well as tennis courts, pools, spas and a private beach. It’s not super-luxurious but very comfortable and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were there for three days and had a great time.

This is great for a little getaway in a quaint little town. It was relaxing for me and my best friend with a very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dolce was delicious. Access to the port was convenient for ferries and boat trips to the Amalfi coast.

One of few reports with a large private beach and clean crystal clear water. Friendly staff and gorgeous views and spacious adore conditioned family room. Food wasn’t as good as when we dined outside of resort. I’d recommend exploring the center and dining, or the square outside the resort. Also great location as pier next door can jump on daily cruises around the coast.

We enjoyed 3 days in Vico Equense. The town is quiet, away from the high tourist areas, but still had a few nice restaurants near by to choose from. There is also a shuttle you can arrange for transportation into the main town, as the hike up can be exhausting for some. The pool and sauna was a highlight for us! We enjoyed the fresh fruits, warm croissants for breakfast. The property overall is a bit dated and some areas overgrown but the apartment itself was very clean and staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Generally we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, however this is not a 4 strar resort, as you would expect. YOU MUST KNOW, as Expedia does not have it anywhere in the description. Pools area, they call it Wellness area (the area with couple of beautiful pools on the left as you can see on the main picture) is NOT FREE for hotel residents. You have to pay 20 euro per person to go for a swim there or 40 euro per person if you want a sun bed as well! Children are not allowed there, except on Thursdays. Beach, however, is free and it’s very large and we always had seats and umbrella there, although beach is a part of a beach club, which has its own local memebers and hotel residents can not choose where they want to be on the beach, as there is a dedicated area for the residents and, unfortunately, it is not the best one. On weekends beach gets very full and noisy as locals members come with lots of kids. There is a kids club for members there as well, however it seemed like it was only for Italian speakers. Another thing Expedia does not say is that apartments don’t come with cleaning service. If you want they can arrange cleaning for 50 euros. This would include changing towels as well. Apartments are very dated and need a good repair, however they are quite spacious and located away from the main bit of the hotel so it’s quite there. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. In quite Marina area of Vico Equense, with nice selection of restaurants around.

Nice pools and beach, good restaurant but pricey so we didnt come back and has no atmosphere at all. Excellent breakfast with Raphael every morning so nice and attentative. Who was always smiling and remembering which we liked. Cleaning was terrible in our room. Left a paper on purpose, stayed there for 2 days, then in our 4 night i had to ask for sheets to be changed, on our 5 day the room upstairs wasn t done! The manager sent someone to do it but not even offered a meaningful Sorry, or at least a free drink as compensation. The room was big but needs urgent update, the curtain had a hole, bathroom frame wore out and towels too.al so does the path towards room 102 was like being in other hotel.

The hotel is well located with easy boat access to Capri and Positano. The breakfast and pool were good. The view from the room was also really nice. However there were a few issues which the hotel struggled to address. On arrival - for the first night and much of the first morning - there was no electricity in the room (other parts of the hotel had power). This meant a night without air conditioning (in mid summer) and with no lights. The room’s WiFi was very patchy and there was loud music until late at night from the bar below. Overall, it was a little disappointing not to be offered an apology or small discount for the first day without electricity so I would struggle to recommend this hotel to others. I also hope they fix the WiFi.

This is great for a little getaway in a quaint little town. It was relaxing for me and my best friend with a very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dolce was delicious. Access to the port was convenient for ferries and boat trips to the Amalfi coast.

Everything in the hotel was great. My only issue, which I had all over Italy, is that restaurants limit the time to order food. A restaurant should serve food whenever a customer orders, not say ‘the kitchen is closed.’

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were gorgeous views around every corner. We liked being walking distance to restaurants in the marina and the free shuttle to the town of Vico Equense made it really easy to visit Sorrento and Amalfi. The only thing that frustrated us a bit was not knowing when the restaurant and bar was open- it seemed to change day by day.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. They had easy to follow train, shuttle and ferry schedules available to guests which was so helpful. A shuttle was available to take you into town to the train station where you could easily grab a regional train to Pompeii, Sorrento or Positano in under 30 minutes. The pools were great and very relaxing. Our room was updated, clean, bright and had a/c. Our room was cleaned everyday and any issues we had were immediately resolved. The breakfast was very good. The location was beautiful and very quiet. They have tennis courts too, which the kids loved. Highly recommend staying here and getting a break from the big crowds in Sorrento ect.

Please If you are coming outside of Italy, or are a color person, please don’t go there. The customer service are really bad and low quality, sometimes they are rude. So many missunderstanding. We stay there 4-5 days, we rent the apartment villa. It is not worth the money. They never wanted us as a customer, that is the feeling we got from there. Additional discoveries: 1: The quality of the breakfast sucks, The breakfast is not included, you have to pay x euro per person and time. We did paid x per day, no problem. One thing that annoyed us, One day they invited an Italian chef, the hotel reception recommended us to go to another hotel, in close by or forced to pay 67 % higher price. Y euro per person. While checking availability she asked, is there a table for foreigners, so low quality customer service. 2: They never cleaned our apartment, because you have to pay z euro each time. 3:The hot water never worked in of the rooms, although we reported to reception, they never corrected. So annoying. 4: At SPA, they kicked me out of the treatment because they have mixed together two different people. The reception doesn’t care about customer service. 5: although, we have already checked in, and had room keys. During our stay. Different staff asked us multiple time, if we are staying at the hotel, looking suspiciously toward us. +The positive that we experienced, It is close to the sea and various spot to eat around the hotel, enjoy the sea.
