De la propiedad lo más destacable es la ubicación, la cual es altamente conveniente para un fácil acceso a transporte público e incluso llegar caminando a los sitios más emblemáticos de la ciudad. El hotel supuestamente tenía parqueo en sitio aunque cuando llegamos estaba lleno. Sin embargo, existe la opción de ir a un parqueo muy cercano el cual sí era muy amplio seguro, además de relativamente económico comparado con los precios de aparcamiento de otras ciudades. Lo único que no me gustó del hotel fue el trato recibido por parte de uno de sus empleados. En el hotel me dieron un voucher con el que podía consumir bebidas por valor de 10EUR. La primera noche tomé una cerveza de 6.5EUR. Al día siguiente quería gastar el saldo y comprar otra cerveza (pagando la diferencia). Yo no le entendí bien a la señora que estaba en la recepción y mi entendimiento fue que tomara yo mismo la cerveza y se la trajera (a veces el idioma extranjero juega malas pasadas) por lo que fui al área donde la noche anterior me la habían dado y comencé a buscarla. En eso apareció otro funcionario quien me regañó de una forma absolutamente desproporcionada como si yo me estuviera robando algo. Su tono, sus gestos y sus expresiones no fueron propias para un cliente que está pagando por sus servicios y que está debidamente registrado en el hotel. Al final la señora se sintió tan mal por el bochornoso acto de su colega que me dio la cerveza que yo quería sin siquiera cobrar la diferencia. Lo demás, bien.

Das Einchecken war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten sogar schon auf´s Zimmer, obwohl erst 11:40. Parkplätze alle schon belegt; also außerhalb ins Parkhaus. Wir bekamen vom Hotel ein Kärtchen um dort angeblich Rabatt zu bekommen. Hat nicht funktioniert; kostete von 11:55 bis 12:40 am nächsten Tag € 28,-. Zimmer sehr warm. Klimaanlage sehr lat und funktionierte nur schlecht. Dafür war ein großer Ventilator auf dem Zimmer. Macht Wind und ebenfalls nicht gerade leise. Das Bad war sehr schön mit Whirl Wanne und große Dusche extra. Toilette separat in winzigem Räumchen (weniger als 1qm); muffelte auch sehr stark und äußerst unangenehm. Zimmersafe funktionierte nicht; erst nach Reklamation und 2 Stunden später. ÖPNV gut erreichbar und preiswert (Tageskarte für 3 Pers. 6,90 €. Frühstück war ganz ok, aber ein bisschen unübersichtlich. Insgesamt gibt es zu dem Preis oder weniger bessere Angebote in Straßburg in ähnlicher Lage.

Comfortable bed in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to walk across the river to Petit France, the Cathedral and many Christmas markets. There was on site parking advertised, but unless you have a tiny compact car, you will not be able to park in the lot next door. It was less than ten minute walk to the nearest parking garage that could accommodate non-compact cars.

Hotel was in a great location only a short walk to the centre. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Private car park is good but may be a little tight if you have a big car. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Would recommend staying at this hotel when in Strasbourg

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. We stayed one night to explore the Christmas market, which was a 10 minute walk. The hotel has been remodeled and they maintained the old-world feel. The room was so clean. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Super Service Lobby, Empfang und beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind durch die Straße etwas laut, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Ansonsten alles super sehr zu empfehlen.

5 minutes walk from train station , 15 minutes from Cathedral Square. Room looks new, is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bathroom is very spacious and toilet is in a separate room. Bathtub is too high to get in and out and is very slippery to step on. Shower is good. Water leaks from the bottom of the plastic shield to the floor.

After a couple of 27c days room was stuffy and hot , air conditioning did not work. At first staffed seemed willing to help and would have it taken care of while we were at dinner. Well that did not happen and we actuall were told by another that this was a problem for several guests. We were on a busy street so having the windows open even after midnight was too loud. Never mind getting a good nights sleep. Room was clean,good location to petit France. Shower small and tight.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. Our room was just very cold and for some reason the heating (hot water radiator) was almost cold and not working. Staff was helpful but couldn’t find any other room because they were full and gave us extra blanket but it was still cold till somehow at 3am hot water came back and was better. Assuming this was just a one off I definitely recommend the hotel.

Room not available at check in time. Had to come back and room was still not ready. Was offered coffee and then asked for money for coffee. Poor experience from start to finish. Upon check in room provided was a handicap room so configuration was odd. Handle to bathroom door was broken trapping in occupant until enough jiggling and movement allowed occupant to exit bathroom. Room hvac worked but must be dirty as or sinus would clog up in hotel and clear up when outside….

El personal, especialmente el del segundo día, desagradable, sin ganas de hablar en inglés , aunque era uno de los idiomas que marcaba su placa que dominaba. Hablando en francés sobre los clientes delante de ellos. Usando un tono muy brusco. Por supuesto sin hablar español a pesar de hablar otros 4 ido más en recepción pero no pasa nada, con inglés ok, si hacen el esfuerzo de querer hablarlo, y no cuando optan por decir que no lo entienden que mejor francés. Ante un grave problema con el coche, ocurrido en sus instalaciones no buscaron ayudar activamente, todo eran esfuerzos. Sinceramente deja muchísimo que desear como hotel de 4 estrellas y de esta cadena.

The location is perfect, a short walk to Petit France and super close to Strasbourg station which is very convenient for visiting nearly towns such as Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. . I'd highly recommend it.
