Friendly owner! Room smelled like cigarettes. Walls were not soundproof as mentioned. Overall just a few nights was good.

There was a musty smell in the room. Also I received TWO different knocks on the door in the middle of the night. The first asked me to move my car, as I was parked over the line. The second was the police investigating a disturbance with people yelling. I was terrified the rest of the night and could not sleep.

I’m not a critical person, however, the thread bare, mismatchedtowels in the bathroom have seen better days. In fact, I’ve discarded towels in much better condition. The mismatched, loose container of hand soap, body soap and conditioner was something you might say in a shelter versus a hotel. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, the beds were comfortable, and in general, the place looked clean. Charging a dollar for a small bag of ice in the office seemed a little odd. The lock on the door seemed very flimsy. The office staff seem nice. You get what you pay for. It was close to where I needed to be, which is the only reason I booked here.

Drafty, damaged exterior door lock, thin walls between adjoining rooms so noisy, shower had poor water force with lukewarm temperature.
