The couple staff we met were so nice and welcoming! We only stayed 1 night but they let us know things to do in the area. The pool was very nice and well maintained and my son loved it!

We will be back. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the kids loved the warm indoor pool and the breakfast had tons of great options.

The pool was down for long term maintenance and this is why we booked and were not made aware prior. We still paid full price and that amenity was not available.

All staff were interactive, kind and courteous. The woman who oversaw breakfast was phenomenal. She was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. We observed her assist an elderly gentleman with getting his breakfast and checking in periodically on him. If something ran out she gave guests an estimated time. She moved with purpose which isnt something you see nowadays. Pool was clean and warm Rooms were clean and had coffee pods for keurig We thought having shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion available was nice. However I wasnt sure how tamper proof the dispensers were so we did not use them. 4 stars because parking is limited and its not clear where entrances are when you come in from the back parking lot. There are a few doors that you cannot access to come in but you can leave the property from them.

Everything was great in the room and breakfast. My room was on the second floor behind the front portico so all I could see was a concrete wall. That room should be used only if the hotel is completely full.

The receptionist did not smile, we felt we were an inconvenience to her and saw her when we checked out, still the same, so not just having an off day. When we got out of the lift on our floor, the corridor smelt very strongly of weed, our room was ok. I went twice to report this to the receptionist, but no one to be found each time, but luckily the smell had gone by the next day. The hotel is on a very busy road, so we were woken at 4am each morning from lorries. The windows were filthy, when you put up both blinds.
