Great short stay with our pup on our way through Sioux Falls. Property had lots of comfortable spaces, fenced yard was a big plus, and it was nice to be able to walk to the Augustana University campus. Communication was friendly and proactive throughout.

Clean property with nice amenities. Exactly what we needed and perfect for the kids. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics. Plenty of space and nice fenced in backyard area. Check in was very smooth and very reasonable checkout expectations.

We used this great property for holiday family overflow. There was plenty of sleeping space, great common areas and none of the bedrooms shared walls which is nice. Huge fenced in back yard which is great for kids and dogs. Overall great experience and would stay there again!

The property was great, it accommodated all of my family with no problems. The driveway wasn’t shoveled when we first arrived. The neighbor noticed me attempting to shovel and took over for me. His name was Joshua. Thank goodness for him. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sioux Falls.

Great house for large families! This house was even better in person. The bedrooms were all a good size and there is plenty of room for everyone. The laundry in the large basement was very helpful and the backyard was perfect for our a small dog. Highly recommend this property. I hope we get to rent again next time we're in town.

Our stay was great. As it’s very cold out it was cozy for our family of 5! Some small things that was a con are the master bedroom. It was always very cold while the 2 rooms upstairs was hot and the top blankets had a bad armpit stink to it, but we removed it and used the super soft blankets. There was no shower stuff, but we went out to buy some. The dishes were missing but discovered it in dishwasher very dirty, so we washed them. Other than that the pros are plenty of towels and pillows. We added a day and James was very helpful and got back to us very quickly. Very close to hospitals and stores, so the location was great being the purpose of our stay was for a surgery. Basement was perfect for our family to play games and kids loved it. Great coffee choices to choose from and teas! Kitchen has everything you need and cooking was a breeze! The big soft blankets was so cozy to have while relaxing on the couches and watching movies. The lighting was good as it does dims to your liking and the washer n dryer worked great. We didn’t bring our dog with us, but there was dog bowls and a handy pooper scooper available. My kids didn’t want to leave it was overall a great stay and will look to book again. Thank you very much

Cozy, comfortable and clean as a whistle!! The owner has thought of everything... plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, great showers, and a well-stocked kitchen. It fit the needs of our family perfectly for a long weekend while we attended a family reunion.

Smell of cat and dog was overwhelming the moment you walk in. Then, the allergies for the whole family went out of control. Sneezing constantly. Eyes watering. Itchy skin. Made for a pretty miserable weekend. Makes me wonder if all Vrbos are this bad, due to allowing pets, or if this is an exceptionally bad one for those with allergies to pets.

This was a very nice little house. Things are separate a little with a slightly lower level and then a “basement” of sorts but it worked beautifully for our players to have plenty of room in the lower level nice for us to spread out a little and get out of the heat from the fields, which were very close so super convenient location. Beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again

James has created a warm environment close to many different eating establishments as well as many of Sioux Falls's highlights. His property is well stocked so if you want to prepare a meal, you have most of the pans and pots available. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are roomy. There are plenty of towels for both bathrooms. And a bonus to those traveling with smaller children, he has a bumble seat, gates and a pack and play! Overall a great place to stay for any type of group!

We stayed heat while attending an Augustana football game. The house is very clean the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are all comfortable and for a smaller house there is lots of room. Definitely will stay again and recommend to other Augie families.

Traveling with my son's family to South Dakota for my daughter's wedding. This house looks exactly like the pictures, very, very nice!!! There is plenty of room we had 3 adults, 1 teen, and 3 toddlers. Jame was very accommodating and responded to any questions I had. I definitely will be booking every time I come back to South Dakota!!!

James was very helpful.. due to bad weather we arrived a day earlier.. James accommodated us with the extra night and was timely with his responses. The house is a lovely remodeled older home. Very reasonable price! The floor plan is perfect for a family gathering and offers great space to get some alone time. We will definitely rent again when visiting our family in Sioux Falls..

There was no shower stuff, but we went out to buy some. The dishes were missing but discovered it in dishwasher very dirty, so we washed them. Other than that the pros are plenty of towels and pillows. We added a day and James was very helpful and got back to us very quickly. Very close to hospitals and stores, so the location was great being the purpose of our stay was for a surgery. Basement was perfect for our family to play games and kids loved it. Great coffee choices to choose from and teas! Kitchen has everything you need and cooking was a breeze! The big soft blankets was so cozy to have while relaxing on the couches and watching movies. The lighting was good as it does dims to your liking and the washer n dryer worked great. We didn’t bring our dog with us, but there was dog bowls and a handy pooper scooper available. My kids didn’t want to leave it was overall a great stay and will look to book again. Thank you very much

Great short stay with our pup on our way through Sioux Falls. Property had lots of comfortable spaces, fenced yard was a big plus, and it was nice to be able to walk to the Augustana University campus. Communication was friendly and proactive throughout.

James has created a warm environment close to many different eating establishments as well as many of Sioux Falls's highlights. His property is well stocked so if you want to prepare a meal, you have most of the pans and pots available. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are roomy. There are plenty of towels for both bathrooms. And a bonus to those traveling with smaller children, he has a bumble seat, gates and a pack and play! Overall a great place to stay for any type of group!

Our stay was great. As it’s very cold out it was cozy for our family of 5! Some small things that was a con are the master bedroom. It was always very cold while the 2 rooms upstairs was hot and the top blankets had a bad armpit stink to it, but we removed it and used the super soft blankets. We stayed heat while attending an Augustana football game. The house is very clean the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are all comfortable and for a smaller house there is lots of room. Definitely will stay again and recommend to other Augie families.

Nice short stay for my family of six. My kids loved the downstairs play area. There were some loud neighbors Saturday night but otherwise a nice neighborhood. One toilet valve was malfunctioning a bit and there were parts of the floor not very clean but otherwise this place suited our needs well. Thank you!
