The personnel were so attentive and they let us check out late for our late flight. The employees during breakfast were so kind and the food was tasty! The downside is that the hotel could use an update in the rooms but they were clean. Also, the pool was out of service but they let us use the next door hotel pool. Something to keep in mind is that Silao is not a very safe area and we didn't know. Overall the hotel was good.

Personal muy amable y con ganas de ayudar y solucionar, las habitaciones son amplias, el único inconveniente es que lo elegimos por la alberca y estaba cerrada, te dan la opción de usar la alberca del hotel de a lado pero es agua fría para los niños pero tiene una muy buena vista. Vi en comentarios anteriores y al parecer la alberca es un problema que se repite constantemente, si no tienes problema con eso este hotel es una muy buena opción.

Todo estuvo perfecto el desayuno riquísimo y todo el personal es muy amable , caminando no está cerca nada pero un taxi o Uber cobra barato, mantienen todas las áreas del hotel limpias y de bonus tienen lavadora y secadora de ropa los cuartos de muy buen tamaño y cuentan con transportación del i al aeropuerto completamente gratis le doy un 100

Hotel looks nice when you walk in. The room I was given had roaches in the bathroom. The water in the restroom sink did not go down. I was afraid to lay my suitcase anywhere because I didn’t want to bring roaches home. I didn’t see any in the room but in the restroom, definitely. I will never stay here again.

Excelente la atención del personal, si hablas cuando llegas por avión, te recogen gratis del aeropuerto. En general el hotel está bien pero, creo que le falta cambiar cortinas nuevas, ya que las del baño se encuentran deterioradas y rotas. También le falta un remodelada a los baños, la regadera está llena de sarro y algunas veces el agua caliente no salía. Las camas son muy cómodas y recomiendo si eres sensible al ruido pedir cuarto hacia el interior del hotel, ya que como está pegado a la avenida y pasan camiones y aviones, pueden afectar el sueño. Caminando no hay mucha opción de salir, pero a un lado está el Dennis y también un restaurant de un hilton. También está a 30 min de el centro de Guanajuato, y a 20-25 de Irapuato. Y a 10 min del aeropuerto.

Todo esta muy bien, el buffet es muy recomendable y limpio, las habitaciones limpias, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, solamente al momento de reservar pide que tu habitación no tenga vista a la carretera porque es bastante el ruido de los camiones en la noche. Ese fue el inconveniente para un buen descanso.

Todo esta muy bien, el buffet es muy recomendable y limpio, las habitaciones limpias, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, solamente al momento de reservar pide que tu habitación no tenga vista a la carretera porque es bastante el ruido de los camiones en la noche. Ese fue el inconveniente para un buen descanso.

Despite the inconvenience of waiting significantly beyond our check-in time, the room was satisfactory. However, the morning breakfast was exceptionally delectable. Regrettably, we were unable to fully enjoy it due to an oversight by the hotel when booking my room. I had requested a hotel shuttle at 7:00 AM, but the hotel disregarded this request and instead scheduled our departure for 6:00 AM.

Está cerca del aeropuerto. Sin embargo; nos confundimos con otro holiday inn que está aun mas cercano al aeropuerto y primero llegamos a ese. Cuando llegamos al que habíamos reservado, nos comentaron que diario se confunden los huéspedes, pues los hoteles se llaman casi igual. Deberian corregir esto; pues uno llega cansado del viaje y es muy feo descubrir que estás equivocado de hotel y otra vez buscar el correcto.

This hotel was excellent. They have very good food in the buffet. They free shuttle to the airport or to the bus station was very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are spacious and feel clean. I would come back.

el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó bien lo fueron a revisar dos veces y nunca quedó el restauran del hotel muy malo no tienen nada a la carta no tenian quien nos llevara las maletas a la aviación

Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. On the downside, the hotel is dated and the rooms are showing their age with scuff marks, limited outlets, no USB ports, etc. The bathroom was cramped and toiletries provided consisted of dove soap in a dispenser. The breakfast buffet was limited and boring, a step below other area hotels in a similar price range. It would not be my first choice for another visit to Silao.

The hotel was really close to the airport and we really appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Personnel was really attentive and kind. The only bad part the hotel is a little bit old and needs renovation. However room was clean and a comfortable bed.
