Hotel México Plaza Silao Aeropuerto

Check in was difficult because I had booked through Expedia. The lady that helped me was kind, but she had to make multiple phone calls to finalize things on her end, so check in took about 20 min. I was escorted to my room by a pleasant gentleman, & at first glance, all was well, but I later found a black stain on my sheets. I booked one night at this hotel for proximity to the airport, but it is not in walking distance. I asked if they had shuttle service & was told they did for $120 peso fee, but Uber was cheaper. I tried to get a ride from Uber, but had problems, so I asked for the shuttle the next morning. I had $200 pesos, & the attendant told me he didn’t have change. I told him that was fine, I don’t need change. He waved me off & took me to the airport anyway, but when I arrived, he insisted again on me paying him, so I again gave him the $200 & he wouldn’t accept it & told me I had to give him $20. I emptied out my change, which did not equal $20, but he took it along with $100. Overall, organization just wasn’t what I needed it to be, the Wi-Fi was weak, & sheets were very hard, & I was woken at 5:00 am by someone calling, that had reached the wrong number. Expedia has them listed as a bilingual hotel, but I only encountered one individual that spoke very broken English. I’d probably pay a bit more to the chain hotels nearby in hopes of a smoother experience & better quality bedding if I had it to do over.

Poco personal y mucho tiempo de espera. N9 puede ser que con tantos huespedes, no sean sensibles y agreguen mas personal. El traslado al aeropuerto que se ofrece, no se da porque la camioneta asignada para esto, esta ocupada con transporte de personal. Si no tienen capacidad de proporcionar un servicio, para que lo ofrecen? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!

Este hotel está bien por estar cerca al aeropuerto pero el transporte hacia el aeropuerto No confíes en ellos porque te dicen que te llevan y a la mera hora no te llevan . Eso nos pasó a nosotros y por poco perdíamos el vuelo por estar esperando que llegara el transporte que nunca llegó y mejor contrate un Uber . Ese día descansaba el del transporte. Muy mal servicio

Conveniently close to BJX and friendly staff. Facility was ok. Our shower had drainage issue and water never got hot but they sent someone to quickly help address our issues. Free no thrills hot breakfast buffet. We wanted something near airport due to late night arrival but if we were staying more than one night we would have opted for a more expensive option with better amenities. Not really much in the area to walk to and driver was not available.

Es un hotel pequeño, muy limpio con buenos cuartos. Muy cerca del aeropuerto del Bajio. Con transportacion al mismo aeropuerto. Buena opcion para alojarse para los viajes de madrugada

Excelente personal, muy atentos. Habitación con pisos sucios, marcas de zapatos en el piso. Taza de baño con marcas de zapatos también. Toallas sucias.

This property was really dirty the rooms had stained bedsheets which made our stay very uncomfortable

Hotel was okay, first room ac didn't work. Second room the key entry stopped working

The biggest problem in our room was the blinds, they were too light and both at night and during the day, the light from outside did not allow us to rest... it was really a horrible experience. And there were also no towels in the room, we asked for them, but they never paid attention to us.

The internet connection was slow and I could barely connect.

I ended up asking for a full refund and did not stay at this hotel because while the rooms were clean the air conditioning was not cooling and the temperature was very hot. when i asked for the refund the staff gave me attitude and did not want to refund my price I'd paid. they eventually did and I found a room at a different hotel.

Todo en orden cuando llegamos, se fue la luz al otro día y duró aprox 2 hrs y media, desde que llegué no tuve agua caliente, solo “tibia”, el desayuno estuvo bien, las instalaciones bien a excepción de la sábana que me pusieron, estaba rota

E tenido problemas para facturas mi estánsia, me e quedado dos beses y no e podido facturar ninguna

Easy check-in, super clean and great friendly staff.

My flight was late and I had to check in at 3am but the front desk guy was upset and said he had already cancelled my room since I’d dint show up mind you I paid my room in advance, I think the time I arrive shouldn’t matter.

It looks pretty on the outside but the inside its horrible. Dirty, Smells, extremely dirty, very noisy and horrible customer service. Employees don’t accept your privacy and they go inside your room without any advice. I had not checkout of my room yet and when I came back there was already somebody there laying on my bed and all my belonging inside. Unacceptable customer service. I WILL NOT RECOMEND STAYING AT THAT PROPERTY. The worst part is that Management don’t care.

La administración del hotel muy mala, nosotros estuvimos hospedados por 3 días, en la última noche se equivocaron y proporcionaron nuestra habitación a otras personas con nuestras cosas en la habitación. Solucionaron el problema de una forma muy mala. A parte los cuartos están muy sucios, los muebles manchados, .... NO lo recomiendo para nada.

Excellent customer service. The room was clean and the location near the airport was perfect. The team made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back.

No tienen las habitaciones teléfono. Está lejos y es difícil tomar taxis o Uber. El SPA estaba cerrado . Y los desayunos muy regulared

Place is quiet. Needs more information. Is really difficult to fine the entrance.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse, cumple con lo necesario, la comida del desayuno excelente

Solamente el tema del desayuno si estuvo muy mal, hubo mucha gente, no habia platos limpios senhizo una fila enorme y cuando dieron las 10 quitaron toda la comida y no alcanzamos

Comida: sugiero se cambie a diario el tipo de alimento, (no sólo huevo y frijoles). La cama es cómoda así como también sus almohadas.

Estuve una noche, conviene para los que se quieren hospedar cerca del aeropuerto, porque está prácticamente ahí al lado, ofrecen desayuno sencillo, no muy variado, pero rico.

Apparently under construction. Staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Breakfast could be a bit better, same food every day. Convenient location as is close to everything. New ownership.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El desayuno es excelente y muy sabroso, recomendado completamente el desayuno.

Pesimo hotel, el baño tenía hongos y no había agua caliente. Llegamos con hambre y no tenían servicio de comida ni snacks.

Staff was very friendly! So close to the airport. Parking was easy. Free breakfast was delicious was refried beans and freshly fried chips. We felt very safe. We will stay again!
