Pool doesn’t work I stayed there for a week and they kept saying the next day would be ready and nothing. Staff is nice except one receptionist who wouldn’t upgrade by room until the second check in (2nd reservation) everything was good

I highly recommend The Hampton Inn in Silao. I have no complaints at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property, including my room, was spotless. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, with a lot to choose from. I used the pool and the fitness center, and both were top shelf. I will definitely stay again if I can. A+

The staff welcome us upon arrival. I schedule my airport drop off and pick up times. The hotel also offers long term parking while you are on vacation. We received 2 glasses of red wine. 🍷 Bed was very comfortable. I was able to recharge and be ready for a busy week ahead.

It offered spa service. (Massages) that's the first time I saw this type of service in a medium scale hotel. The gym had everything I needed and open 24hrs which is a plus for me. The chicken avocado salad was good. Room and hallways were clean and smelled nice. No selection on English speaking movies / sports / tv. Only news and 1 channel that had English speaking movies I also noticed flies and some bugs in and around the dining area. Indicates kitchen could be cleaner.

Do not by any means order food from their restaurant the food is soooo terrible and overpriced! Hotel is convinient and clean the shuttle service is a great plus... only down side was tje terrible food and the dirty pool

The only thing we did not like was the water temperature in the pool. The water was extremely cold! And no pool towels available!

The pool was dirty with leaves, the water looked milky. In the lobby there was a bug. In my room there was a roach and an empty box from a previous guess of a vibrator. Disgusting that tells me room service wasn’t done correctly

Property is worn out. Staff is absolutely kind! Breakfast area was the worst! Dirty plates were all over the breakfast area piled up and a ton of flies flying all over breakfast serving area and tables. Absolutely disgusting. Over all customer service and transportation was good. I would rate my stay a 3 out of 10

Train track right by the hotel and you can hear the whistle 3 to 4 times a night The other side is facing the highway Very small rooms No coffee maker in rooms Only 1 bottle of water for a 3 days stay We had to buy our one water from reception Breakfast is so poor. One suggestion - since the room has one switch as the main cutoff for all the lights, there is no way to leave a light on in the bathroom. You really should have some kind of a night light for the bathroom area.

I liked that they have a 24-hour shuttle. Definitely great advantage. The biggest issue is that they are close to railroad and so trains pass and make a lot of noise. I got there in the early morning so I don't know if the train passes at night. Breakfast is OK considering the price I paid for the room.

en general siempre me hospedo en Hampton por ser un hotel increiblemente comodo, pero en esta ocacion me decepciono el trato en el front desk minima atencion, mal trato por parte de la recepcionista, no me dijo ni su nombre se dedico a cuestionar mi estancia, queria cobrarme por estacionar mi camioneta, se tardo en entregarme mi llave, apesar de que venia mi madre con nosotros una persona mayor con problemas para caminar no ofrecio ninguna asistencia. mala atencion definitivamente. no regreso a Hampton silao. si a los hoteles de la cadena pero a ese no.

The courtesy shuttle was patiently waiting for me at the airport, just as promised. The driver, Gabriel, was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was full-optioned, filling, and delicious. The front desk night clerk, Beatriz, was very helpful and cheerful. This hotel has all the conveniences one would need, including a room safe.

Honestly everything was great. The reason for the three star was because we spoke with the hotel staff prior to arrival to schedule our shuttle pick-up. Upon arrival at the airport it took us a little while to get our luggage (which was not our fault) and we did not receive a courtesy call to ask if we were still taking the shuttle, they just left us. We had a baby with us and we were exhausted. That is really the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, our stay was great. The uber they recommended us was amazing. So if you need to get around ask for

We arrived at the airport and called the hotel for shuttle pickup, and they arrived immediately. Once arrived at the property we were welcomed by the front staff and the driver offer to take our luggage to our room. Excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast was good. We arrived at night and had a chance to order from the restaurant onsite, food was good and staff was very efficient. Overall, would definetely stay here again.

I confirmed my space for the shuttle to the airport at 5:30am I went to sleep and at midnight they callled me , wake me out, let me know they have no room in the shuttle for me at 5:30, I need to take it at 5am even when i confirmed my space at 5:30 Not good at all

The prop. sits in a somewhat desolate area off a major highway about 5 mins. from the airport. However, the staff members were super great, friendly, engaging and approachable. The restaurant attendant was even very welcoming and approachable. The quality of the free breakfast was simply excellent. The A/C in the common areas was not on which made the prop. feel hit and clammy. However the A/C in the room worked great. Checking in and out was a breeze.

The hotel itself is very decent and close to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, room was sufficient, exercise room was very clean and shuttle available for the airport. The only thing I did not like is the location which is adjacent to highway. This is NOT a walkable location so walking to an OXXO for convenience snacks is not even an option.
