Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks

The toilet was a little low to the floor. Someone with knee of hip problems might have difficulty getting up. Besides that beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel.

Breakfast depended on how early you got up. If you got up by 7:30 you had a full breakfast available. If you dared to sleep in until 9, well, I hope you like cereal or waffles because even the runny eggs were gone, as was the yogurt, oatmeal & fresh fruit. Our room was good sized, but we had a suite. The bathroom had a tub, but to call it a soaker would've required the plug to stay closed in the drain. The outlets on the left side of the TV stand didn't work, so we missed an alarm. Parking was fine. Night staff was nicer and more knowledgeable.

There were 2 pans of scrambled eggs, one was not very fresh. Scones, bagels, juices, waffles were all appreciated breakfast items. The only meat offered was sausage patties, no bacon. Loved the unlimited coffee!

It needs a good scrub and refurbish. The staff did as well as they could and were helpful. Room and common areas were old, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but dust and dirt everywhere…. Hilton Garden Inn next door is somewhat better, but also not great. Best to avoid.
