Camera super spaziosa. Scarsa pulizia, il secondo giorno non avevo lavato a terra e i servizi e cambiato gli asciugamani a terra. Posizione super comoda, veramente a 10 minuti dalla cattedrale. Parcheggio un pochino scomodo per assenza dell'ascensore e scarso numero di posti disponibili. Sicuramente però da ritornarci.

Location was excellent with good dining options. Breakfast at hotel was plentiful. The room we had was small but ok for 2 nights. The staff were wonderful. We wanted to watch the British and Irish Lions test match on our laptop and they went out of their way to cast it onto their main tv for us. With their lovely lounge area we felt as though we were at home watching it. Make sure to book parking ahead of your stay.

The property has a nice location and nice rooms. Parking has to be arranged beforehand because they have limited spaces, so plan ahead. We didnt, which was almost a problem, but the staff gave us some great advice on how to manage our situation.

Schönes Hotel mit modern eingerichtenen Zimmern. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Ideal für einen Kurztrip, da fußläufig alles erreichbar ist (ca.15min bis zum Notre Dame)... Parken im umliegenden Parkhaus (21 Euro/24h), da nur 10 hoteleigene Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.

Comfortable, clean room, not very big but adequate .Suited us for 2 nights. Minutes walk from the centre. Covered car park behind the hotel but a short drive around to it. Very pleasant staff. Nice lounge area. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Good value. Strasbourg is a great place to visit

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider nicht ganz so angenehm, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Personal – alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Leider gab es einige Mängel im Zimmer, die den Komfort stark beeinträchtigt haben. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Es gab Flecken auf dem Kissen (braun), der Bettdecke (rosa) und sogar auf einem Handtuch (blauer Fleck). Auch die Wände waren sichtbar verschmutzt, und an mehreren Stellen blätterte die Farbe ab. Die Ausstattung hatte ebenfalls einige Schwächen. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war sehr laut, sodass ruhiger Schlaf schwierig war. Der Föhn fiel alle 10 Sekunden aus, was das Haare trocknen zur Geduldsprobe machte. Zudem gab es kaum Stauraum für Gepäck oder Kleidung, und der Rollladen ließ sich nicht schließen, was besonders störend war, da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt nicht optimal, und ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Hotel mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung legt. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte es deutlich angenehmer werden – das tolle Personal hätte es auf jeden Fall verdient!

It was run down, black mold on the walls, single elevator, no view ( apartments straight across the alley way), and the area was dead. There were hardly any amenities. The parking was a hassle and although behind the building it required an elaborate map of one way streets to access. I would not recommend.

Notre chambre était exécrable. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité et de moisi. Le drain de la douche était obturé et nous avons du demander de le déboucher. Les bases hermétiques des vitres de douches étaient moisis. Un chien jappait le matin de la chambre voisine. Notre salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée suite à notre demande.De plus l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Bref rien de positif sauf le support d ‘Héléna et Clement qui ont tout fait pour mieux nous accommoder.

Drei von vier Kissen waren schmutzig, zwei mit Makeupresten und das dritte mit Blut. Die Matratzen hatten eine Mulde in der Mitte und waren somit durchgelesen. Für 140 Euro die Nacht nicht akzeptabel. Das Rollo vom Fenster war defekt, konnte ich aber reparieren. Die Klimaanlage an der Hauswand brummte die ganze Nacht durch.

This is a hotel in an old convent and it shows. The rooms a tiny like a nun’s chamber. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors praying LOL. The location is away from the hub bub of the city but you can hear the street.

Ein super herzlicher Empfang, allerdings sind die Zimmer recht klein und abgewohnt. Die Heizung war defekt und gefühlt 26 grad im Zimmer. Leider war auch Licht im Spiegel und der Duschanfluss defekt. Ein mehr als einfaches Hotel, dass gut gelegen ist. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und fußläufig zur Altstadt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Ich hatte allein ein großes 3-Bettzimmer unterm Dach in 5. Stock. Der Fahrstuhl reicht nur bis in den 4. Stock, was für mich kein Problem war. Das Zimmer war groß, hatte allerdings wenig Staumöglichkeiten, da es keinen Schrank gibt. Die Betten sind eher hart. Auf einem Bett lagen scheinbar benutzte Kopfkissenhüllen. Das Bad ist recht neu mit großer Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch. Der Wasserdruck war noch okay, da die Duschtasse sehr flach ist, sollte man etwas aufpassen, damit man das Bad nicht überraschen. Insgesamt prima für eine Nacht.

The room (#35) was ridiculously small so much so that you had to practically climb over the bed to get to the other side. It should have been a single occupancy with a single bed, definitely not a double. We had no hand soap or body soap. We could have called the front desk, but you would think those items would be checked between patrons. I would not book a room there again, especially for the price!

The staff were really nice, brilliant location, we used the car park which was not far from the hotel. Room was very small but clean and tidy. Nice continental breakfast. The downside was that the aircon wasn’t working and we weren’t told until we arrived, however we were given a fan, and a discount because of this. I was still really hot and I didn’t sleep well but my husband slept perfectly fine. Had I known beforehand I would probably have booked elsewhere.

Good location for exploring Strasbourg. The gentleman on the desk is very welcoming and helpful. He recommended a very good restaurant in the centre. If you are travelling by car, the off-site parking is a bit of a pain to get due to Strasbourg's one-way system and random road closures. The air conditioning was out when we stayed, so we didn't have to pay the €15 for parking and were provided a fan. The room was a good size and clean though a little bit tired as you tend to get in city hotels. I would stay here again.

When we arrived the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our 16 year old son's luggage did not arrive from the airlines so we had to shop for clothes for him in the area and the man at the reception was helpful in giving us good information on places in the area for our son's style of clothing.

Estuvimos dos noches alojados. En la habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, lo suplieron con ventiladores en noches de mucho calor. Por otro lado, la primera noche, desde las 23:00 hasta aproximadamente las 01:00, la alarma de incendios sonó cada 15’ durante 5’, durante 2 horas. No pegamos ojo. Piccolo e grazioso hotel situato in posizione davvero strategica: dista dieci minuti di cammino dalla stazione e dal centro storico. Inoltre, se si viaggia per lavoro e si deve accedere alla zona dei palazzi istituzionali, c'è una comodissima e puntuale navetta, che ferma nei paraggi. Le stanze sono pulite, così come la biancheria, e ben insonorizzate (contrariamente a quanto indicato in altre recensioni). La mia camera era una singola, era certamente piccina, ma aveva lo spazio necessario per il breve soggiorno di una sola persona. Colazione abbondante ed eccellente. Unica pecca, la moquette imperante (ma temo sia un tratto comune agli hotel della zona ..)

Saubere einfache Zimmer. Für uns völlig ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gute Auswahl. Für jeden etwas dabei und auch reichlich. Parkhaus 10 min von Hotel entfernt. In einem großen, sehr schönen Einkaufszentrum. Zu Fuß in 10 min im Zentrum. Sollte man Abends sich mehr im unteren Bereich des Zentrums aufhalten kann man für unter 20€ mit dem Taxi ans Hotel fahren, ohne dann 30 min zu laufen.

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt, aber sehr zentral. Vom Hbf geht man ca 15-20 Min, die City ist in 5 Min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und alles ist sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war ok. Waschbecken hätte schöner sein können. Waschtisch war seitlich abgeschnitten ohne Verblendung und man hat die Hinterwand gesehen, nur teilweise verfliest. Es war aber sauber.frühstück war sehr gut.

The location is very convenient and near to the city center by walk. The personnel was very pleasant and helpful as we arrived abit earlier than incheckning time 15.00 and we got the key anyways. The photos of the room was identical to the reality. There are potential improvements to the breakfast as it was a bit less stuff to choose from the buffet.
