ibis Strasbourg Centre Petite France

The elevator was broken and no one helped us carry our bags, at least we were in the 2nd floor and not higher. The bed didn't have a mattress, it had a pad on top of a box spring. For us that we had a car there was no parking outside, apparently we had to reserve one at the hotel which we didn't know and the hotel is in a street where the tram passes by so we couldn't park nearby and you could hear the tram in the mornings.

Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of good restaurants and bars in nearby Petit France. Good car park with limited spaces. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and wecoming.

This hotel is well placed in the city center wit great access to the pedestrian areas, kanals, museums, and other attractions. It may benefit from a makeup but the room was of good size and the bed comfortable. I booked parking in courtyard but apparently it was overbook so I had to find other parking instead. Breakfast area was nice and breakfast ok-ish.

Sehr gute Lage. Die gesamte Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze am Hotel sind sehr beschränkt. Summa summarum ein gutes Hotel, wenn man während eines Städtetrips nicht mehr als ein passables Bett zum schlafen und eine Duschgelegenheit braucht

Kleine saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen. Für ein Wochenende sehr gut. Großes Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dalla petit France, pulizia buona ma non ottima, servizio parcheggio anche se non di facile collocazione.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città piedi. Il parcheggio dell'hotel era pieno, ma abbiamo potuto usare quello di un altro hotel ibis a 10 minuti di camminata. Personale gentile. Mobilio della stanza datato e la pulizia era appena sufficiente. Inoltre, c'erano solo 2 asciugamani per 2 persone: dovrei usare lo stesso asciugamano per mani/viso e corpo?!? C'era anche il rotolo di carta igienica già avviato ecmd usato da altri in precedenza... proprio no! Mi aspettavo di più da una catena rinomata come ibis.

Localização boa, próximo ao centro histórico, o único porém é o estacionamento O hotel está em uma rua que só passam VLTs e carros não são permitidos isso dificulta enormemente o acesso ao local. Nenhum serviço de GPS da certo para chegar ao estacionamento. Então se informe bem antes se estiver de carro pois é preciso fazer uma conversão proibida para conseguir chegar lá

Shower clogged on arrival, only about 10 minutes from cathedral though so alright for a bit of a barebones stay.

Le service était plutôt bien, mais l’odeur dans les couloirs était nauséabonde, problème de chasse d’eau, elle ne sanctionnait pas. Le Monsieur du service nous a donc l’aisse l’accès à un « local technique » qui nous amenait derrière nos toilettes où il fallait faire une manipulation pour actionner la chasse d’eau par derrière. Bref assez dessus quand même

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes to Petite France. Very helpful staff, very clean and the breakfast was fine, fresh leaf tea, pastries and hot options. Rooms are compact but fine for a short stay. Very clean throughout.

Buona posizione, pulito, colazione nella media, bagno molto piccolo, stanza poco accogliente con macchie di umidità alle pareti.

No es lo que ofrece! Los pisos y baños sucios con olor desagradable. En general a todas las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Muy mala experiencia, solo por que sabanas y toallas estan muy limpias aguante ahí !

Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well located for walking to most locations. The public areas are in good condition. Although the rooms are very clean, they are quite small and very well used. Showers have replaced baths and there is now a significant step down from the shower.

Cama muito ruim. Pessima. Sem toalha de rosto. Quarto pequeno. Chuveiro com metade do box. Sem frigor bar.

Ευγενικό εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, και το δωμάτιο ήτσν σε καλή τιμή. Ήταν όμως μικρό με 2 μονά, στενά κρεβάτια. Οι κουρτίνες ειχαν τρύπες. Το ντουζ καλο και άνετο αλλά η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας πολυ ψηλή (είμαι 1,70 και το πόδι δεν πάταγε καλά κάτω). Ηχομόνωση δεν είχε καμία. Ακούγαμε τα παντα. Το τραμ που περναει απο κατω, τις κουβεντες των διπλανων, το σεσουάρ. Πρωινο, σερβις κλπ. δεν εχω αποψη γιατι δεν μειναμε ουτε 1 μερα καθώς πετάγαμε ξημερώματα.

The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous.

Very noisy from the tram so got minimum sleep, room was very small, shower was horrible and flooded entire bathroom when in use. Aircon kept turning off so the room was very hot.

It was a spur of the moment decision to stay in a hotel. It was late at night. The staff was very an accommodating and friendly! We stayed 7 nights. It was very enjoyable! The staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible!

I stayed at the Ibis in STB for 5 day, at my 2nd day they told me I have to move room bc the room was scheduled for som maintenance, why you put someone in the room that is going for maintenance? They told me i have to leave the room b4 noon, but my other room was going to be ready only after 3 pm, and instead to keep me in the same level or upgrade me, they “downgrade” me, the new room was horrible, facing the garage, painting was peeling, noise, horrible. I don’t recommend.

Das Zimmer ist schon ziemlich alt. Kein Fluchtplan, keine Hotel Informationen auf dem Zimmer. 1 Handtuch für 2 Erwachsene (gebucht für 2 Erwachsene). Zimmerservice trotz aufforderung nie gemacht worden. Morgenessen sehr knapp, Rührrei war ein Pulvergemisch ( künstlich) igitt!!! Personal unmotiviert. Viele Hotel‘s und solche auf der Ganzen Welt erlebt. Mit Abstand das schlechteste und Verhältnismässig teuerste Hotel das ich je gebucht habe. Werde IBIS in Zukunft meiden.

Location is great. This is Ibis so you know its going to be modest hotel but good value for money which it was. The receptionist was excellent

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a great variety of foods for breakfast. I would stay there again.

Une équipe dynamique et à l'écoute

A notre arrivé le réceptionniste n' était pas vraiment aimable, il a dû mal à sourire et surtout à dire bonjour. Heureusement qu'à notre départ le réceptionniste du matin était vraiment aimable, serviable et agréable. La chambre est bien insonorisé, propre, le lit très confortable.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!The hotel is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, I did not feel safe coming in and out specially after dark. It’s hard to access by car because the tram runs in both directions in front of the hotel, which makes it noisy too.The AC does not work properly and the hot water is not constant while you are showering.Staff at the front desk is very rude and not willing to accommodate, specially Sofie (who said she was a manager just to deny when I needed management to resolve an issue, lying and being sarcastic).Customer service is non existent, it’s like they’re doing you a favor assisting you.If you are like me and like to feel like a valued customer, forget it here.The parking they claim to offer is very very tight and cars get damaged (saw someone smash a door open in the car next to it) there is not enough spots and the spaces are tiny with no room to maneuver, I decided to use a public parking garage during my stay, which was not close and I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from there. Breakfast is below average and totally overpriced. I stayed in Ibis hotels before and it was nothing like this one, this one gives the chain a bad name. I would never stay here again and I advise you to spend your money and vacation time in a place that is worth it. I travel constantly and I do read reviews so I hope this one can help someone not to make the same mistake. Safe travels everyone!

The Hotel is near to the old city, which is in good reach by foot in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.Would recommend this to other people, who are looking for a good deal.

Älteres ibis Hotel an bester Lage

En réservant un hôtel nommé "centre petite France" on est en droit de s\'attendre à un établissement implanté dans un quartier calme. Malheureusement, dès que l\'on passe les portes de l\'hôtel, on se retrouve comme à Barbès ou dans les pires quartiers du 93. Dommage car l\'hôtel est tres bien et le personnel tres sympathique. La chambre était petite mais propre et très bien pour lenprix que nous avons payé.

Great location only 400m from main train station. The is a tram station outside, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and quiet!

Jättefint ställe. Fräscht och fint överallt. Litet rum, men väldigt sköna sängar. Toppenfrukost!

I was in Strasbourg attending a conference and the Ibis offered the perfect location to the old city. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast was great and filling.

Helt OK til prisen. Dog har vi aldrig prøvet at få så dårlig en morgenmad. Slet ikke pengene værd.

The location is very convenient. The small France area is in walking distance as well as the central train station, and tram stops. The service is good. Breakfast is okey but could have better variety.
