Stayed here for Easter with our kids and grandkids (6 adults and 4 toddlers). The house is spectacular! Beautiful, clean, well stocked and lovely setting. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

The Federal Twist House is everything that is stated and more. The home is immaculate, beautifully appointed, with beautiful views, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Our family really enjoyed our 3 days over the Thanksgiving weekend with plenty of space and privacy for all. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return again. Ty Molly!

We needed a space for two families with adult and teen children, and the Federal Twist house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very functional, and the common areas were comfortable and conducive to family gatherings. The house is close to the towpath and some other hiking areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house . Very responsive host. . Perfectly situated for weekend wedding in New Hope. Best outfitted house we have ever done through VRBO and we have done several. Big dining room for lovely family meals and nice outside patio. We all loved it! Thank you.

The Federal Twist House is an amazing place to stay. It was immaculately clean, had everything that you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, spacious, and has a fascinating history. We had a wonderful stay here and hope to return again.

What an absolutely lovely family long weekend gathering place! This rustic farmhouse was charming, comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful backyard where we spent a majority of our time. The donning room had a huge table where we gathered round for our dinners each night. There was a cozy game room where we gathered to chat one night before heading to our spacious bedrooms. We walked along the nearby trails each morning and had the added bonus of a new winery right down the road. We had no idea it was also owned by our Vrbo! Such a fun afternoon spent outside on the patio tasting our wine flight and wine slushees along with a charcuterie board. I could not recommend this place more. We didn’t even have to travel into New Hope for a good time. We could have enjoyed our stay right there at the beautiful farmhouse. However, New Hope was only 15 minutes away and well worth the visit. We took a private caboose ride on the New Hope Railway, strolled the charming shops, ate dinner on the water at the playhouse, and topped the day off with a ghost tour of the town. What a fun trip made so much better with our stay at The Federal Twist!!

First of all, this house is beautiful. The photos really don’t do it justice. The host was wonderful, and seems to have thought of everything— if you forgot to pack something, chances are it’s already in the kitchen or bathroom. Only notable drawback is that all of the spiral steps can be challenging for littles, and are definitely not ideal for ADA travelers. Great for a family reunion or large group of friends, or a wedding weekend. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

This is the perfect house for a group getaway. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with everything you could need. Very close to New Hope and Lambertville and all of the shops and restaurants there. Eat at Nektar it is amazing! The tow path and trails along the river are great for hiking/walking. But even with all that, we found ourselves going back to the house and enjoying the gigantic back patio and the beautiful views. (FYI - There is a great wine store in Stockton, just 5 minutes down the road) Molly, the host, was super helpful with everything. She called to check on us when very bad storms came through. And the house's handy generator kicked right in when the power went out. Highly recommend a visit here. We are already talking about going back.

Every aspect of the Federal Twist House was exceptional! Starting with responsiveness with Molly, the host. Upon entry, you see that this house is full of character! There is ample space for 5 couples, beautiful rooms for convening as a group as well as lovely, cozy nooks for private conversations. Beautiful white bedding on all beds and sparkling bathrooms. The location of the house & the grounds is spectacular!Close to Lambertville, Stockton & Frenchtown. We were sad to leave and will come back again when The weather is warmer & the trees are in bloom!

We were 3 families with 6 kids (ages 2-8). There’s plenty of space for everyone and the house was well stocked. The yard is expansive and wonderful - the kids loved exploring. We would stay here again. A couple of call outs for littles (and I guess old folk too) the stairs are steep. My 2 year old navigated them just fine but made me nervous ;) also, the house isn’t very quiet because of the old, beautiful floor boards so bring those noise machines!

Beautiful historic property with recent updates. If you have mobility issues, might not be good as all bedrooms are upstairs and stairs could be challenging. Otherwise, this is an outstanding property and our stay was fantastic.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful and charming house. Our West Point cadet and his girlfriend were able to drive down Friday afternoon and stay with us both before and after the game, and our daughter and her boyfriend were able to do the same driving in from CT. Location was perfect, house was as described and wonderful, and the host was super responsive and helpful. We are already looking for an excuse to come back to this area and explore the charming nearby towns.

We were in the area for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Federal Twist House. The house is stunning, spacious and well-appointed. Molly was a wonderful host and was extremely communicative. She even helped us with a caterer for a small family dinner. An all around gem!

We loved our stay at the Federal Twist House. It fit our family perfectly as we celebrated Lawrenceville graduation. Proximity to the river and adorable surrounding towns was so much fun. Our host was super accommodating and attentive…thank you so much!

This is the perfect house for a group getaway. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with everything you could need. Very close to New Hope and Lambertville and all of the shops and restaurants there. Eat at Nektar it is amazing! The tow path and trails along the river are great for hiking/walking. But even with all that, we found ourselves going back to the house and enjoying the gigantic back patio and the beautiful views. (FYI - There is a great wine store in Stockton, just 5 minutes down the road) Molly, the host, was super helpful with everything. She called to check on us when very bad storms came through. And the house's handy generator kicked right in when the power went out. Highly recommend a visit here. We are already talking about going back.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful and charming house. Our West Point cadet and his girlfriend were able to drive down Friday afternoon and stay with us both before and after the game, and our daughter and her boyfriend were able to do the same driving in from CT. Location was perfect, house was as described and wonderful, and the host was super responsive and helpful. We are already looking for an excuse to come back to this area and explore the charming nearby towns.

Every aspect of the Federal Twist House was exceptional! Starting with responsiveness with Molly, the host. Upon entry, you see that this house is full of character! There is ample space for 5 couples, beautiful rooms for convening as a group as well as lovely, cozy nooks for private conversations. Beautiful white bedding on all beds and sparkling bathrooms. The location of the house & the grounds is spectacular!Close to Lambertville, Stockton & Frenchtown. We were sad to leave and will come back again when The weather is warmer & the trees are in bloom!

What an amazing historic house with beautiful property in a vineyard. Quiet, close to everything you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, I wish we were able to spend more time at the house, we were there for a wedding weekend and didn't even get to cook a meal in the well-stocked kitchen. I would stay there again in a minute!

We had a wonderful time - we ate dinner at the house the first night and had breakfast there and ate dinner out the second night. It was very comfortable and plenty of space. Close enough to New Hope and Peddler's Village. Great house.

We needed a space for two families with adult and teen children, and the Federal Twist house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very functional, and the common areas were comfortable and conducive to family gatherings. The house is close to the towpath and some other hiking areas. We would definitely stay here again!

What an absolutely lovely family long weekend gathering place! This rustic farmhouse was charming, comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful backyard where we spent a majority of our time. The donning room had a huge table where we gathered round for our dinners each night. There was a cozy game room where we gathered to chat one night before heading to our spacious bedrooms. We walked along the nearby trails each morning and had the added bonus of a new winery right down the road. We had no idea it was also owned by our Vrbo! Such a fun afternoon spent outside on the patio tasting our wine flight and wine slushees along with a charcuterie board. I could not recommend this place more. We didn’t even have to travel into New Hope for a good time. We could have enjoyed our stay right there at the beautiful farmhouse. However, New Hope was only 15 minutes away and well worth the visit. We took a private caboose ride on the New Hope Railway, strolled the charming shops, ate dinner on the water at the playhouse, and topped the day off with a ghost tour of the town. What a fun trip made so much better with our stay at The Federal Twist!!

Stayed here for Easter with our kids and grandkids (6 adults and 4 toddlers). The house is spectacular! Beautiful, clean, well stocked and lovely setting. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

The Federal Twist House is everything that is stated and more. The home is immaculate, beautifully appointed, with beautiful views, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Our family really enjoyed our 3 days over the Thanksgiving weekend with plenty of space and privacy for all. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return again. Ty Molly!

We were in the area for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Federal Twist House. The house is stunning, spacious and well-appointed. Molly was a wonderful host and was extremely communicative. She even helped us with a caterer for a small family dinner. An all around gem!
