Le personnel à l'accueil est professionnel et courtois, voilà pour le positif. La chambre est spacieuse mais recouverte d'une moquette très épaisse, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et la télévision non plus. Le service de navette existe pour seulement 8 passagers par heure, les indications fournies par l'hôtel pour le prendre à l'aéroport sont fausses et toutes communications écrites sont exclusivement en anglais. Le pire de cet hôtel est ses services de restauration. Nous avons pris un verre à la taverne qui avait une bonne cote sur expédia, le barman à dénié prendre notre commande "au comptoir" après 15 minutes car il discutait avec ses amis, quand j'ai payé ce même barman c'est pris lui même son pourboire, devant ce manque de service nous avons préféré manger à l'autre restaurant, le Jules Verne. Au Jules Verne vous n.y allez pas pour l'accueil et pas pour le reste d'ailleurs, j'ai pris le poulet servi avec des frites et une salade, le poulet et les frites était trop cuit mais mangeable, ma femme à pris le croque monsieur, imaginez du fromage gratiné sur le dessus et dessous deux tranches de pain détrempées dont la face extérieure n'a jamais été grillée, quant au jambon il aurait même fait honte à la SNCF, j'ai fini mon repas avec une tarte tatin qui surement comme le reste provient de produits congelé et préparé qui ne connais pas son métier. Certain pourrait douter de ce que je dis mais j'ai des photos. Donc non je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel.

It was a good choice. The hotel is clean and the breakfast very good. Furniture is outdated but clean. I did not like the fact that the shuttle does NOT run from 11am - 4pm. We had to pay Uber from the airport to the hotel, I booked because the site said shuttle was available. We enjoy the pool at the morning. it is walkable to other hotels/bars at hotels. A good choice.

Hôtel confortable et très propre, mais qui mériterait une rénovation. Piscine agréable, salle de sport correcte, sauna et hammam hors service. Restaurant pratique, service parfois long, hamburger excellent. Personnel accueillant et investi. Malgré sa vétusté, le Millennium garde ses allures de palace et reste un très bon choix en cas d’escale à Roissy.

I booked this hotel for 2 weeks for a family stay assuming has a swimming pool as states there. However the pool was closed for all the time with no explanation and depressing. Sadly I wasn’t there as I had other commitments just sent my family. If I would have being there, would have have being a different way. I would cancel the stay and arrange other ways my poor family didn’t knew what to do as staff kept lying them saying might open soon. Still I will fight for my money back as this is breach of sales agreement

When we checked in, the man said he’d just started his shift, yet he was short and curt with us. When we got to our room, there were two damp and dirty hand towels, folded like they were new. Ewww. Got replacements but had to go back to reception to request new ones. The toilet was dirty, the carpeting had seen better days, and the hotel sign outside was very bright in our room above the curtains, even tho they were blackout curtains. But the resto had fabulous steak for dinner, and breakfast was good. This stay was for only one night, so hotel was adequate. Glad they had a shuttle to CDG.

La propreté douteuse de la chambre où nous avons trouvé des punaises était vraiment loin du 4 étoiles promis. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et aucun accessoire de toilette. Pire qu’un hôtel Premiere Classe. Je déconseille vivement !!

The pictures online are VERY misleading. I’m sure this was a nice hotel when it was built, but when you arrive it is dingy. The outside looks like it was abandoned. Unkept landscaping, broken sidewalks. The interior isn’t any better. The hallways smell like mold and cigarettes, the ceiling tiles are missing and covered with water stains. Our bedroom was big, but everything was broken and beat up. The carpet had stains where the floor lamp was because it was so old and rusted onto the carpet, the wallpaper was hanging off in chunks, our bathroom floor was soaking wet. It looked like the toilet was leaking, but too tired after traveling to go to the front desk to request a room change. You can see where the tile fell off the walls and was glued back into place. Missing grout, and the grout that was there was moldy. The shower fixture were all mismatched and not well sealed, but surprisingly there was hot water and good water pressure. The fitness center is in a creepy dungeon like basement. We did not go to the pool area, it looked gross. Had a hard time sleeping because the staff was having a party well into the night, 2am with music thumping. The AC was not working. You could hear it, but no air coming out. When you looked at the ceiling to see the filters and light, covered in thick layers of dust. I didn’t read any of the reviews until after we arrived, big mistake. The hotel response is “under construction”. One year later, there is no construction.

Carpets are worn in some rooms while others have been remodeled. On the plus side, rooms are very big and the bathrooms very generously sized also. It is quite a relief after the cramped hotel rooms in Paris and the minuscule bathrooms. Staff is very congenial and the breakfast very complete. Its is pricier than Paris hotels at 20 euros instead of 15. Again the dining area is much roomier and much nicer than in Paris. This was our 4th time at the Millenium and we have never been disappointed. It feels like a luxury hotel and not a plasticky chain inn like Ibis even though it is probably cheaper.

The room did not have AC and we arrived tired, ready to relax, had to switch rooms. Then we went to the restaurant and it took a very long time for our food to be served. Other than that it was an adequate AirPort hotel. The staff was very nice.

Here are the things I don’t like: first of all, the hotel is old. Second, the elevator requires a key card. Third, there is a song playing at 7-11pm. And fourth, the bar is very noisy. The thing I liked is breakfast but I didn’t like the shuttle and couldn’t get to sleep. Maybe wouldn’t stay here again.

Overnight stay. Hôtel is about 8-minute ride from CDG. Clean although a bit dated. It served our need for the night. It’s also located about 7-minute ride to Aeroville mall which is a very decent shopping center complete with all the amenities, food options and entertainment you may fancy.

The room is very old and a lot of the electrical outlets were broken. The water is hot and cold on and off. And then all the rooms I have stayed in for the last years have a bad smell! Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Instead of ranting about my unhappiness, I will just state the facts. 1- when I arrived, the systems were down. They asked me to sit and wait. They will come to me when it’s fixed. 2- while waiting a man was loudly complaining about their booking and his room. 3- after waiting for over 1 hour, I walked up to check if the system was up and they told me the system was up. They never came to get me. 4- I asked to sign up for the airport shuttle the next morning, I was told there was no need and to just be down 15 minutes before it leaves. 5- when they attempted to take the 100 euro hold for the room, the payment would not go through. We tried two credit cards, she then asked me if I had the available balance. I did. 6- I asked if the machine needs to be restarted because of the system shutdown? She said no. I asked if I could just go up to my room and then come down in about 1 hour because I’ve been travelling all day. She said no, it was against policy. 7- After some more time, someone restarted the machine and voila! Now it works. 8- the room smelled like cigarettes and was furnished very 1970s and not in a good way. 9- the next morning I went to use the shuttle, I was told that only people flying with another airline could. Also the shuttle was full. They offered to call me a taxi. 10- taxi and ride shares take forever to get to you. I also suggest you avoid the pub, food was bad. Breakfast is good, you just cannot bring your luggage. You can pick better hotels.

The coffee pot cord did not reach the outlet. Had to put it on the floor. The reservation said complimentary breakfast and yet we were told we didn't have the right reservation for breakfast. The shuttle driver was irritable and unhelpful. I would not stay at this property again.

Staff was friendly and helpful good area to walk around with several food options in and out of the hotel. The shuttle was hard to use and seemed to only run one way each part of the day so not super convenient since that was one of the reasons in choosing this location.

The team of the front deak last night , one of them black African man , was not collaborating with me I ask him the provid me with the small cream of hydration for my wife and he jump by saying you must pay the the highest room the get this cream and since I did not pay for the vip room then it’s not included he interrupted his partner wile I was talking to him partner. Very rood and unpleasant person . Very sad to see that on my short trip .16th of August The team in the morning the 17th they ware nice Either way a client of the hotel was listening to our conversation and his wife did offer to my wife a free cream My wife had an issue with the spa last night of the 16th and she was all red and eatching That was the reason for the cream. Property is on a major bus/Metro line combination from Paris and only 10 minutes from CDG with a shuttle available. Staff are absolutely great. The Irish Pub is first rate and the breakfast buffet always good. We toured Paris by bus based out of this location. We did not feel like customers but friends.

Je déplore qu'il n'y ait plus de navettes après 22h45 ! Ainsi les clients comme nous qui sommes arrivés de Montréal vers 23h sont obligés de prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l'hôtel. A l'hôtel on nous avait réservé une chambre double (un grand lit) alors que j'avais réservé une chambre twins (2 lits séparés). Cependant l'amabilité du réceptionniste a permis à l'un de nous de dormir sur un lit d'appoint, n'ayant plus de chambres Twins de disponibles pour cette nuit-là. A part ces deux inconvénients la nuit à l'hôtel a été calme et paisible. Lors du petit-déjeuner nous avons admiré le professionnalisme du personnel face à des clients nombreux, souvent difficiles à gérer quand ils ne sont pas carrément méprisants et hautains envers ces employés qui font tout leur possible pour gérer une situation stressante de coup de feu.

Great hotel close to the airport and in a nice little town for excellent dinner options. Keep in mind that many stores and restaurants are closed either Sunday/Monday or Monday/Tuesday. Airport shuttle runs in the morning and afternoon peak hours only.

Very nice place, we were able to walk to a bakery and market. I do wish they had clearer directions on how to get to their hotel shuttle from the airport, we had to take a taxi. The shuttle on the way back to the airport worked very well though.

Conveniently close to the airport. Friendly reception staff. Make sure to put Do not disturb sign on your door otherwise cleaning staff barge in at ungodly hour. Many other services on site. Excellent restaurants 5 minutes away in the quaint town of Roissy
