Kamer goed geïsoleerd op geluid van buiten, maar helaas niet op geluid van binnen hotel. Veel contactgeluid en geluid van douches en wc’s uit andere kamers. Nog een minpuntje: geen handdoekenrek in de badkamer. Verder alleen maar complimenten.

Located just inside the entrance to the old town of Arles. Parking (paid) is tricky, but once the reception explains it, it’s fine. Be careful the night before market day (Wednesday) because you can’t park in many of the lots. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Brit Hotel Acacias. The staff, check-in, and room were all terrific. Parking was easy, and the hotel is the first building you come to when you walk through the old city walls. Best part of all - they have a decent size elevator! Most of the boutique hotels do not have elevators. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent. Parking is limited. Must request in advance. The room had a fridge and a safe but no coffee/tea. And the paid coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Got coffee espresso only in the nearby bar. Lots of food choices including a supermarket across the street. Roman antiquities close by. Staff excellent.

Très bien le séjour. Parking places limitées à réserver, mais il y’a des parkings payants à côté. Deux formules petit déjeuner : l’express est tout à fait convenable si on n’est pas un gros mangeur le matin.

Hôtel bien situé, dans le centre historique, parfait pour visiter Arles pendant le festival. Proximité de la gare très appréciable car parking gratuit. Sinon c'est 40€ par jour partout ailleurs...

The staff were fantastic - happy, friendly, made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was great, just inside the old city walls so it was easy to get parking only a short distance away. Easy walk to the major sites of the old city and close to a variety of dining options. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Amazingly clean and well maintained, cute small rooms with all necessary items. In very good shape, looks very new and well decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Great value for the money!

The staff was friendly--- The hotel is very clean. But our room was not what we expected---way too small...the photos were not accurate. The mattresses were hard- we got backaches. And there was no one to help at night. We were assured help with our luggage when I called, we are both senior citizens and coming and going there was no one to give us a hand. The lady at the front desk was half my size----We had 5 heavy suitcases and and my 73 year old husband lugged them all back and forth! that should not happen in a hotel... that is not good! We are on an extended tour over several months, into different climate zones---and when I called a day ahead we were not given the private parking we had requested at the booking. So we felt uncomfortable leaving our suitcases inside the car in a public unsupervised parking.... if two small people travel with one small bag this hotel is convenient. if you come from across an ocean and are tall... and need more room---not the best fit.

The property is conveniently located, virtually the first thing you will see after passing through the old city walls. The staff is helpful, pleasant and multi-lingual. We had a junior suite, which was very comfortable and spacious. The weather was quite warm during our stay, but the AC in the room did a good job of making the room comfy. The one thing I missed was a coffee maker, but the hotel does provide instant coffee and tea, along with a kettle. They also have a nice buffet breakfast (though one could find cafes offering petit dejeuner very near by).

Thanks for warm welcome and hospitality. Arles was impressive and wonderful thanks to warn surroundings and big smile with Acacia Hotel 👍 One thing, which was a little bit inconvenience was that the room was narrow.

Very conveniently located inside the gates of the old city of Arles. This hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Room was small but cleverly equipped to accommodate 2 people with luggage. It was an easy walk to everything within the city walls as well as to the river and the train station

The hotel was a pleasant, well run establishment. Like many hotels in Europe the room was small and had very few electrical outlets, and virtually no counter space in the bathroom, a problem for appliance totting Americans. Orherwise an enjoyable stay.

Louise was wonderful - excellent and helpful and hospitable. only reason am not giving a 5 is because a younger man manning the desk and breakfast was very rude.

This was a nice hotel very close to where the riverboats dock. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. One person went out of her way to walk to a restaurant with us to help make a reservation.

Lovely hotel with convenient location. I wanted a hotel close to the train station and it’s the first one coming into the center. The hotel is next to a variety of restaurants which I went to. Room rate was reasonable. Louise and her team were very nice and helpful. Most of the major attractions are within short walking distance.

So we felt uncomfortable leaving our suitcases inside the car in a public unsupervised parking.... if two small people travel with one small bag this hotel is convenient. if you come from across an ocean and are tall... and need more room---not the best fit.
The staff was friendly--- The hotel is very clean. But our room was not what we expected---way too small...the photos were not accurate. The mattresses were hard- we got backaches. And there was no one to help at night. We were assured help with our luggage when I called, we are both senior citizens and coming and going there was no one to give us a hand. The lady at the front desk was half my size----We had 5 heavy suitcases and and my 73 year old husband lugged them all back and forth! that should not happen in a hotel... that is not good! We are on an extended tour over several months, into different climate zones---and when I called a day ahead we were not given the private parking we had requested at the booking. The staff were fantastic - happy, friendly, made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was great, just inside the old city walls so it was easy to get parking only a short distance away. Easy walk to the major sites of the old city and close to a variety of dining options. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel with convenient location. I wanted a hotel close to the train station and it’s the first one coming into the center. The hotel is next to a variety of restaurants which I went to. Room rate was reasonable. Louise and her team were very nice and helpful. Most of the major attractions are within short walking distance.

The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day.

We recently stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location on a beautiful square which is away from the busiest part of the town but still convenient. Breakfast had plenty of variety and everything about this hotel feels like great care is taken to welcome guests. The rooms are quite small, that is not unusual in France.

Terrific location, close to the railway station, though I did not find it immediately. It is immediated behind Arles (gates), two round edifices. Perfect for 3 nights. Ample breakfast should you go for the full combo. I had the Express. Great artisanal bread, and croissant and high quslity preserves. Good coffee too.

This was a nice hotel very close to where the riverboats dock. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. One person went out of her way to walk to a restaurant with us to help make a reservation.

Very nice stay in a pleasant area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave a great restaurant recommendation as well. Check in and check out were both smooth. It was nice to leave our bags there with them after checkout so we could explore the city a little more in the morning!
