La chambre est petite et la salle de bain vraiment petite également. Mais très propre, et bien soignée. Le petit déjeuner minimaliste, mais frais, et à volonté, donc ça nous a bien convenu. L'accueil est très chaleureux, c'est vraiment très appréciable. Rien que pour cela, je recommande cet hôtel. Par contre, l'absence de parking reste un problème, mais pas insurmontable. En conclusion, si nous revenons à Annecy, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Séjour de deux nuits très agréables. Très contents d’avoir la Clim dans la chambre. Chambre très bien insonorisée. Mention spéciale aux personnelles qui ont été d’une extrême sympathie. A deux pas de la vieille ville. Le parking à été pris en charge par l’hôtel pour la nuit (top !) Si on avait eu un plus grand lit, alors le graal ! Mais honnêtement PARFAIT !!

Localização perfeita! Quarto para 3 pessoas com cama confortável o chuveiro é bom com bastante água ar condicionado novo! O único problema do quarto é que existia uma separação entre o local de banho e outro banheiro pequeno para as necessidades esse espaço era muito pequeno não cabia direito uma pessoa de altura média, tinha que fazer suas necessidades com a porta aberta ! O café da manhã bem ok pães geleias etc no geral Foi uma boa estadia! Ponto positivo tb para o estacionamento próximo com 50% de desconto e a simpatia de toda a equipe muito gentil e sempre disposta a ajudar !!

This was a great spot to stay in Annecy. The price is reflective of what you get....our room was small and dated, with worn carpet. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The shower alternates between scalding hot, ice cold, and perfectly heated water. Parking is a few blocks away. But the staff are fantastic and the location is excellent, plus you get a discount on parking. Very close to all the Old Town sights and shops. I didn't have breakfast here, but it looked really good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was convenient, close to the train/bus station, 7 minute walk to Old Town. Reception staff was friendly. The cons: no air conditioning available due to “it not being summer anymore”, carpet was not clean and food from previous guests was all over, towels were very thin, bedsheets were pilled and windows would vibrate and rattle with minimal movement inside.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay that was near the train station and walkable to old annecy and this was perfect! The desk service was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had character. I world recommend if you're a solo traveler!

Great location in the city, very close to old town. Rooms are not huge but have character, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. I had a room up in the attic, marketed as single but ok for two, sloping roof, loved it. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with upcoming events and guides. Only downside was that wifi on the top floor was patchy... sometimes worked ok sometimes not, it worked on lower floors perfectly well. very happy to recommend

Good price for a good location, staff is nice and helpful, bed is comfy, room is very dark. But soundproofing is very bad, AC is too low to cool room and there’s no remote, and you have to return the keys every time you leave which can get annoying.

Petit chambre cozy au petit prix J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel charmant, le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Ils m’avaient donnés plein de petits astuces pour découvrir la ville 🗺️ L’hôtel est situé quelques minutes de la gare et quelques pas du vieux Annecy.

Pequeño hotel muy bien situado, personal muy amable, servicial y atento a todas la dudas, preguntas, etc. Tuvimos uun pequeño problema con un grifo y lo solucionaron rapidamente. El hotel es antiguo, pero limpio, con habitaciones un poco pequeñas, con falta de espacio en armario, pero la amabilidad y el buen hacer lo compensan. Desayuno correcto i amablemente atendido. Seguro que si volvemos a Annecy, volveremos al hotel.

I LOVED the Hotel du Nord! Great location and even better front desk staff. They were so helpful and friendly and offered ideas for how to spend my time in annecy. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.

La chambre est petite et la salle de bain vraiment petite également. Mais très propre, et bien soignée. Le petit déjeuner minimaliste, mais frais, et à volonté, donc ça nous a bien convenu. L'accueil est très chaleureux, c'est vraiment très appréciable. Rien que pour cela, je recommande cet hôtel. Par contre, l'absence de parking reste un problème, mais pas insurmontable. En conclusion, si nous revenons à Annecy, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Pequeño hotel muy bien situado, personal muy amable, servicial y atento a todas la dudas, preguntas, etc. Tuvimos uun pequeño problema con un grifo y lo solucionaron rapidamente. El hotel es antiguo, pero limpio, con habitaciones un poco pequeñas, con falta de espacio en armario, pero la amabilidad y el buen hacer lo compensan. Desayuno correcto i amablemente atendido. Seguro que si volvemos a Annecy, volveremos al hotel.

Localização perfeita! Quarto para 3 pessoas com cama confortável o chuveiro é bom com bastante água ar condicionado novo! O único problema do quarto é que existia uma separação entre o local de banho e outro banheiro pequeno para as necessidades esse espaço era muito pequeno não cabia direito uma pessoa de altura média, tinha que fazer suas necessidades com a porta aberta ! O café da manhã bem ok pães geleias etc no geral Foi uma boa estadia! Ponto positivo tb para o estacionamento próximo com 50% de desconto e a simpatia de toda a equipe muito gentil e sempre disposta a ajudar !!

What a wonderful hotel. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the 3rd floor, a lift is available if needed. Bed was really comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was good value at €11 and plenty of choice. Location is perfect the old town is directly behind the hotel and the lake slightly further. Annecy was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again.
