pas de problème majeur, absence de parking gratuit (on m'avait affirmé qu'il y avait du parking gratuit par telephone), néanmoins le prix parking est tout a fait acceptable. Une théière et un grille pain seraient bienvenus, la residence est calme ,bien située et le rapport qualité prix est ideal.nous reviendrons sans problème

Was good enough, like a university halls of of residence. The property was quite far from the city centre, almost on the.main highway heading into town. I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to. Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it. Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

accés difficile, une fois que l'on a trouvé ça va sinon galère. le gps nous envoie au batiment des douanes, la rue derrière qui porte le meme nom. trois fois le tour du quartier avant de trouver l'entree qui se trouve au milieu d'un ilot de batiments.

Madame, Monsieur Je vous écris suite à ma nuit de samedi a dimanche (20) à la résidence de Aix en Provence route de Galice !!! Je n'ai même pas oser enlever mes chaussures voyant toutes ces choses (photo à venir) À la hauteur de l'accueil à vrais dire... (sauf pour le jeune homme qui a pu constater de lui même les faits…) De la couette tachée au toilette infect !! Que dire ...à si dieu merci j'ai acheté une salade ce qui m'évitera d'utiliser la cuisine!! Les rideaux noir délavée... les fonds de placard encrassé... la robinetterie tartrée marron ... Et je peu continuer...

Séjour très bref (une nuit) mais confortable. Appartement parfaitement propre, tranquille, sans bruits. De bonnes instructions avant l'arrivée et un personnel très aimable au départ. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaites.

Le personnel mérite 5 étoiles toujours aussi agréable, pour le reste je mets 1 étoile, je séjourne dans cet hôtel tous les ans depuis quelques années, accessibilité, l'emplacement bien situé rien à redire. Concernant la chambre (RDC)c'est la pire que j'ai loué, trop sombre, sale, poussiéreuse, moisi, rouille, fil électrique dénudé, rideaux sales, draps et serviettes semblent propres mais tâchés, vaisselle sale...etc le canapé lit inconfortable, impossible de suivre un programme télé. celle-ci toujours cryptée. Mon fils qui est asthmatique, déclenché une crise dès qu'il entrait dans cette chambre. Très déçue, et je ne pense pas prendre le risque de loué de nouveau. Merci au personnel sympathique

Une chambre à la déco un peu sommaire et vieillotte. Des équipements fonctionnels, mais également un peu vieillots. Une climatisation qui a fui pendant les 2 jours, avec un bruit régulier de gouttes qui tombent sur le parquet. Le lit était très confortable. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville. C'est plutôt calme. Par contre, pas beaucoup de place, à proximité, pour gare sa voiture.

Deux prises dans la partie chambre, pour la TV et la lampe de chevet. il faut débrancher pour se brancher pc ou autre.... Une baignoire dans la salle de bain mais interdiction de l'utiliser et ils ont retiré la bonde de fond ! Un mini convecteur dans la salle de bain, limite pour avoir chaud pendant sa douche. Bref, ce pourrait être très bien avec quelques améliorations car c'est spacieux. Pas super insonorisé néanmoins...

For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work. The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.

I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to. Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it. Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

Une climatisation qui a fui pendant les 2 jours, avec un bruit régulier de gouttes qui tombent sur le parquet. Le lit était très confortable. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville. accés difficile, une fois que l'on a trouvé ça va sinon galère. le gps nous envoie au batiment des douanes, la rue derrière qui porte le meme nom. trois fois le tour du quartier avant de trouver l'entree qui se trouve au milieu d'un ilot de batiments.

For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work. The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.
