The property was a good value close to the square of Aix De Provence. It was nice having breakfast available each morning. The front desk staff and woman who helped with the breakfast area were lovely. There is a kitchen with a large refrigerator in the room. There is a parking garage that is a bit tricky to find your first time. The clearance and spaces are narrow. It is helpful if you rent a car to get something small. The security seemed very good and we felt safe.

Excellent staff at front desk, very friendly and efficient. Room was very large, with a nice bathroom & shower. Location was great, easily walkable. Parking was on site, with large spaces for a mini-SUV. FYI, tight turns to get inside. Our only downside was we were the first door beyond the lobby, next to the saloon doors in the hallway. They were very loud, every time someone went by them. Just request a room not near them.

We used the hotel as our base. We then travel around during the daytime and we eat around Aix in the evening. The hotel is very central and the staff are so friendly and will help and guides if and when needed. There are plenty variety breakfast foods to cater for everyone. There’s a terrace sitting area as well. We really have a very lovely staying here. Thankyou to all the staffing at Aparthotel Adagio.

First, the staff was really friendly and attentive. The breakfast and location were also perfect. The challenges came with: - parking (a heads up about how to access the hotel before the stay would have been helpful. It was not intuitive and very tight to get in) - cleanliness and room layout: for a family of 4, the room was tight and the cleanliness was questionable - communication about hot water being out of order. For 2 out of 3 nights, we had no hot water. When I asked, I was told it was a neighborhood problem, which I can understand. I just wish I'd known about it before going through 2 cold showers. Overall, location is great and the team was truly caring, but not a 4 star stay.

Hôtel très propre, très bon accueil, l'ensemble du personnel est professionnel et sympathique. la literie est de bonne qualité. il y a tout ce qu'il faut au point de vue cuisine, le tout est propre, c'est appréciable. C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel et nous le regrettons pas. Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a beaucoup de choix, le pain est frais ainsi que les autres gourmandise. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour accéder au centre ville, qui est proche. notre choix est également influencé par la proposition du garage, bien pratique, mais un peu étroit en accès.

Great property as a family of 4 to have a small apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen. It was modern, clean and had a nice daily buffet breakfast. It was also lovely to have a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs plus a lounge chair that overlooked a beautiful courtyard.

Overall, the hotel was great. Good staff at reception. The room cleanliness was fairly poor: we didn’t use the kitchen and only in the last day of our stay did we find out that the trash bin wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Fortunately, it was only dry trash and didn’t smell.

This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back.

This is certainly not a four-star hotel. At best, it deserves a 2.5-star rating. The property is very small, with a tiny reception area that is not staffed 24 hours a day. There’s no phone in the room, and housekeeping only provides minimal service. It does not even offer shower cap!!! While the hotel is close to the train station, the surrounding area feels unsafe due to the presence of questionable individuals, especially in the evenings. I loved the Adagio! My stay was much longer than the 2 nights I booked through Hotels.com. i was there for six weeks! The location is walkable to transport, tourism office, restaurants, and any other service you might need. The rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are well-stocked. Any supplies you might need between cleanings are available for the asking. The staff - Ann, Patricia, Hugo, Barbara, etc., are wonderful - friendly and helpful. There is parking below the hotel. My room had a view of the countryside and Ste. Victoire. Breathtaking. If I were to return to Aix, I would stay here!

This is a great place for a few days or many. Was recommyby a friend who stayed 3 weeks, we stayed 5 days. Friendly helpful staff, 10 minute wLk to heart of old town, room was excellent with patio, great kitt and bathroom, and incredible value for a great location

This must be the quietest area in central Aix. And we enjoyed the convenience of a five minute walk to the centre and three minutes to the nearest supermarket. And everything else, including museums, in short walks. The heat in Aix in mid June was even more than usual, but a/c worked except that we were on the top floor so it was a struggle. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The location was very close to old center of city where there were many options to dine into shop. We were lucky to have a kitchen so we went to the fresh market on Tuesday to purchase vegetables and made a delicious dinner.
