We originally booked a garden villa and we were upgraded to an ocean view villa because of hotel.com VIP status and it didn’t disappoint. The room decor was absolutely stunning and they’d thought of all of the small touches that made it really special. They also serviced the room twice a day if you want, which is great if you’ve had a pool day. The sunsets from the infinity pool are spectacular and the massage I had at the Spa was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were looked after by Aussie all week and it was amazing to be able to WhatsApp her and organise bookings really conveniently. She also went out of her way to help find my partner’s sunglasses after losing them at the pool the day before. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend this resort we’re sad to leave!

Loved the location and the Pools. The staff were great and friendly. The ONLY addition I would ADD to this resort is a small bar/cocktail lounge area for when you want to just SIT somewhere, have a drink and maybe watch some sport or mingle. You could only do that by the pool. The resort is perfect though.

The hotel is a little older from the pics on Expedia. The one bedroom rooms have the extra living space on the outdoor patio. The property is small not too much to do on the property. They have a small garden and small pool area. The beach is dirty. Lots and lots of trash. The ocean is not calm in this area. If you are looking for a swim beach with clear water this isn’t the spot. The staff are extremely friendly and tried very hard to accommodate all our requests. Eva checked in with us everyday and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good vacation experience. When we asked about the trash problem the next day we were told she went and called the managers of the neighboring hotels and we’re going to start a clean up party on the beach the same week. Eva is awesome!!

Restaurant Sanje mit dem Blick auf das Meer ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr guter Koch! Danke auch Dady! Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Aquagymnastik, Meditation und andere Aktivitäten. Zimmer wurde 2xtäglich gereinigt, das Bett zum Schlafen vorbereitet! Das Meer und Strand sind sauber. Wunderschöne, zauberhafte Gartenanlage im Hotel. Wir haben Gartenzimmer gehabt.

It was an amazing stay here at Seminyak beach resort and spa. Everything from start to finish was top notch and every person working here was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the little touches of daily activities and the gym and spa were exquisite. We can’t wait to go back.

Loved our April stay at this resort. Arrived at 1am after a 17hr flight and appreciated the smooth check-in process. They gave us these delicious pink ginger welcome drinks that were so refreshing in that humid heat. Surprisingly, we were then escorted to the other building located across the street in a 2min buggy ride. The room was very well presented with a comprehensive collection of amenities. Free high-speed WiFi that survived my streaming requirements :P also gave out enough face cotton pads and ear buds to last our entire stay. Breakfast was a generous hot & cold buffet from 7am until 10 I think. They had the usual western breakfast items as well as some indonesian ones (asam soto (chicken soup), nasi goreng (fried rice) mi goreng (fried noodles). Most of it was delicious 😋 my only gripe was that the fruits didn't taste delicious or fresh. The pineapple was tasteless and chewy. The melons, and all the other fruit were definitely not worth eating. The other gripe was there isn't a way for them to easily identify you e.g. wristbands. Both pools in the main building faced the beach which meant anyone walking along the beach could wander in easily. So we were constantly asked if we were resident guests which got quite tiresome as it happened several times per visit. However, their customer service was topnotch. If being fussy, one might not like having to cross the road between sites but they helped by stopping the mad Balinese traffic for us. I'd definitely return

Good location by the beach. Very friendly staff. Well decorated. Lighting in rooms is a little dim. Paid extra for a ‘beach room’ that, despite how it is marketed, was a second floor room with a balcony and no beach access - wouldn’t waste the money on that next time.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Seminyak Hotel which was a beautiful haven in busy Seminyak, where a big highlight was the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and the daily sunsets from there. The staff were very welcoming and professional, where even when we experienced a slight hiccup with the room, where we didn't realise that the room type we had booked would be quite so near to the noisy main road, the staff were quick to look into alternate options and even arrange another room for our late check out for our evening flight. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at the daily breakfast, especially the lovely Widya who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special. A hotel's venue and amenities matter, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Seminyak. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful main part of hotel ! Stunning beach front - walking distance to all shops - restaurants Staff are wonderful Infinity pool beautiful - sadly the room … we booked the hotel that says adjoining building in back of hotel Absolutely ridiculous- so noisy it’s behind the building and across a street. Noisy day and night. The staff were trying very much to help out and are aware of the noise. They are planning to update somehow for less noise. If you book that option get rooms not in front of building. Expedia was amazing in helping us out as well.

Beautiful hotel, very close to all restaurants, shops, right on the beach, amazing breakfast and edge pool. My only negatives was the pool was a bit too cold for me, and the Jacuzzi in the room was massive with the tiniest water flow. I tried to fill it for 40 minutes and it got up to my ankles. I wouldn't spend extra on the Jacuzzi next time.

This property is stunning. Right on the beach with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the waves; it is idyllic. The staff are warm and friendly, the room is well appointed and the gardens are gorgeous. The food is fresh, with a range of options. I was upgraded to the Garden Villa which was awesome. Very nice Balinese design, comfortable and quiet, The property location was excellent. KuDeTa was practically next door, and Potatoe Head was a 10 min walk away, The busy walking and shopping street was just around the corner The staff was excellent from our late check-in to our late checkout. I really couldn;t ask for anything more from them. Everyone seemed to know our names. A big Thank You to our Host Coordinator, Aussie. She scheduled all our events, and kept up with our changing needs. I will certainly be back.

We stayed 3 nights in an upgraded villa which was wonderful. I really liked our host Aussie who was always available via WhatsApp. Our driver Sucipta was also very nice and a good driver. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The BBQ looked nice but was a bit too expensive for us for a BBQ. We ate at the restaurant one night which had a beautiful setting but the main corse took too long time to arrive and one was too salty. Breakfast was great! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
