This was an amazing resort. The employees go above and beyond for you. They remember your name and are always welcoming. We had a two bedroom two bath which was a lot of space. Appreciated the filtered water machine in the room and the coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Although the lattes at breakfast were the best on the trip. Speaking of breakfast, there were a lot of options and all very good. The guava juice was a group favorite. The plunge pool outside our room was refreshing, although some planters are due to be replaced since they are breaking. The pool can easily run out of loungers on a busy day. We did the floating breakfast which was a fun experience. All and all I would definitely stay at Kayumas again. It was down a quieter street so you didn’t get the noise from the street and they even have a golf cart to shuttle you around the area.

I had a short one night stay at Kayumas Seminyak Resort, but I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Immigration in Bali is as one would expect and I arrived late and exhausted but the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming and truly thoughtful. The facilities are also impressive. The resort offers ample amenities that make it easy to relax and unwind. Not only do they have a beautiful pool area with a swim up bar, my room even had a private soaking pool. The grounds were well-maintained and the room was comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere right in the heart of Seminyak. Even though my stay was brief, I felt incredibly well looked after. Every request was handled promptly and graciously, and the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Kayumas Seminyak Resort to anyone looking for a stay that combines excellent service with great facilities.

We loved this property. The facilities were great, the room really nice and the staff were so friendly and efficient. We loved the spa - it's amazing value for money for massages. DIning options were great with a really good breakfast and great lunch/dinner menu too. Would definitely recommend.

Vi havde nogle skønne dage på Kayumas Seminyak Resort. Værelset er rummeligt med egen pool. Serviceniveauet er utrolig højt og vi blev mødt med stor venlighed fra hele personalet. Der er tilknyttet Spa & Wellness til stedet og behandlingerne og personalet er fantastiske. Derudover er prisniveauet fair, så man bliver nød til at prøve lidt forskelligt imens man er der. Det eneste lille minus: Der er meget få solsenge ved den store pool, så man får sjældent plads derude.

Vi hadde 4 fantastiske netter her, veldig god frokost med god variasjon og med gode kaffemuligheter! Rommet var kjempefint og stort, og det private bassenget var prikken over i'en. Det eneste vi har noe å utsette på er at det er litt få solsenger ved bassenget og litt dårlige solforhold. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

We only had an overnight stay. On arriving the staff were very helpful and explained everything about the resort. The room was cute with everything you would ever need. The bed was a bit sagging for my bad back and the aircon which worked well did blow on you all night and no matter how you adjusted the direction it still did. Plunge pool was lovely and cool and very clean. Everything was very clean n tidy, the room and the whole resort super clean. We had breakfast & lunch there which was way better than I expected it might be. Good variety and very fresh. Lots of option and some dietary options GF & DF. Overall we had a nice stay, enjoyed the main pool and pool bar too. I would recommend a longer stay as it was a great location and the team were all adorable.

We originally had booked 5 nights however we only remained for 1 and checked out early. We found the photos are quite misleading especially how the hotel is layout. The pool area is tiny with few loungers for the amount of rooms and it’s located at the front of the hotel not giving you any privacy. Same for the restaurant area, to get to the rooms you walk right through the middle of the eating area again not giving you any privacy or peace to eat. During dinner and breakfast people were walking through the dining area with their suitcases to check out, house keeping rolling their trolleys and work men constantly walking past you whilst trying to eat with the heat being stifling in this area. The room is quite nice, a bit dated, and the bed was very comfy, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. In the bathroom we found clumps of black hair, the shower was rusty and the glass doors were covered in limescale. The plunge pool area was ok, we were hoping to use it on our first evening however you need to request pool towels instead of them already being in the rooms which we had to request twice over 4 hours. Upon checking out early the staff did not care to ask why we were leaving early, they only wanted to inform us that we would not get refunded. The reception staff could do with some customer service training as if it was my hotel I would want to know what could have been done to improve their experience but maybe they only care about the money.

Beautiful modern and well maintained hotel with great selection of breakfast offered daily at the hotel restaurant. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Swim up pool bar is also a huge plus! Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Walkable to Seminyak square, very convenient location

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units in our rooms were broken, resulting in inadequate cooling and persistent leaks for three days. One of our rooms experienced severe leaks that flooded the floor and rug, and on the last day, the ceiling in the first-floor room leaked, soaking our belongings in the closet. 2. Pool: The pool was dirty, with visible algae growth and a slippery surface, making it unsafe to use. 3. Sinks: The sinks in all rooms were constantly clogged, draining very slowly, and emitting a foul odor. 4. Cleanliness: The closets smelled moldy, and the villa was predominantly dusty. Our stay at Kayumas Seminyak Resort was incredibly wonderful! Everything was excellent - the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the food for breakfast, which was included in the room rate, the service by the staff, the kindness and respect of the staff…all excellent!

You need to go off the highstreet throguh some super dirty and creepy streets to get to the hotel. Tiny pool with few sunbeds and no Sun. Room is nice BUT we had two cockroaches in bathroom…. Would never stay here again.

Wonderful stay! We stayed for 8 nights in total, quick easy check in and out. Staff were always very helpful, accommodating and wanting to make our stay as best they could. Room was very clean, spacious, bed comfortable, seperate upstairs area, outside courtyard with plunge pool of our own which was always a cool temperature. Breakfast was included and excellent, Barista coffee was just like home. Will definitely stay again.

What an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff, service, amenities and the room condition was stunning. It’s off the Main Street so very peaceful but free shuttle bus to the main square. I walked to the beach in 5 minutes. Very handy location. I’ll be staying again.

Pros: The beds are firm and really comfortable that we all slept well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Resort is within walking distance to Petinget Beach (3min) and Seminyak Square (10min). Staff were friendly and helpful with buggy service available one call away. Cons: Some built in fittings especially the cabinet doors were old, squeaky and require refurbrishing. Breakfast was below expectation. Would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Seminyak as they have really good beds which is vital for a good rest after a long day!

Wonderful stay! We stayed for 8 nights in total, quick easy check in and out. Staff were always very helpful, accommodating and wanting to make our stay as best they could. Room was very clean, spacious, bed comfortable, seperate upstairs area, outside courtyard with plunge pool of our own which was always a cool temperature. Breakfast was included and excellent, Barista coffee was just like home. Will definitely stay again.

We only had an overnight stay. On arriving the staff were very helpful and explained everything about the resort. The room was cute with everything you would ever need. The bed was a bit sagging for my bad back and the aircon which worked well did blow on you all night and no matter how you adjusted the direction it still did. Plunge pool was lovely and cool and very clean. Everything was very clean n tidy, the room and the whole resort super clean. We had breakfast & lunch there which was way better than I expected it might be. Good variety and very fresh. Lots of option and some dietary options GF & DF. Overall we had a nice stay, enjoyed the main pool and pool bar too. I would recommend a longer stay as it was a great location and the team were all adorable.

Kayumas looks and feels as you imagine a resort should. The rooms are amazing. I had a one bedroom loft apartment with a private plunge pool. Felt more like a home than an hotel room. My partner and I had a wonderful time at Kayumas. The food, bar and day spa staff were incredible. Unfortunately, I lost a pair of shoes by accidentally leaving them at the pool. With following up with the office staff it was insinuated that I was lying. They said that they checked the security cameras and I wasn't wearing the shoes. They didn't listen to the fact that I left my things at the pool while we went to the day spa and returned and the shoes were still there. I then forgot to grab them. This has now soured our experience at Kayumas which is a shame because we loved it and I actually returned for another spa session before the insinuation.

Immigration in Bali is as one would expect and I arrived late and exhausted but the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. We originally had booked 5 nights however we only remained for 1 and checked out early. We found the photos are quite misleading especially how the hotel is layout. The pool area is tiny with few loungers for the amount of rooms and it’s located at the front of the hotel not giving you any privacy. Same for the restaurant area, to get to the rooms you walk right through the middle of the eating area again not giving you any privacy or peace to eat. During dinner and breakfast people were walking through the dining area with their suitcases to check out, house keeping rolling their trolleys and work men constantly walking past you whilst trying to eat with the heat being stifling in this area. The room is quite nice, a bit dated, and the bed was very comfy, we found the cleanliness to be lacking. In the bathroom we found clumps of black hair, the shower was rusty and the glass doors were covered in limescale. The plunge pool area was ok, we were hoping to use it on our first evening however you need to request pool towels instead of them already being in the rooms which we had to request twice over 4 hours. Upon checking out early the staff did not care to ask why we were leaving early, they only wanted to inform us that we would not get refunded. The reception staff could do with some customer service training as if it was my hotel I would want to know what could have been done to improve their experience but maybe they only care about the money.

You need to go off the highstreet throguh some super dirty and creepy streets to get to the hotel. Tiny pool with few sunbeds and no Sun. Room is nice BUT we had two cockroaches in bathroom…. Would never stay here again.

Spent almost one week here and could not fault the place. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great facilities and lovely pool. Location was far enough away from any main road to ensure quiet but it was still only a short (10 min) slow walk away from Seminyak square. Cocktails do need a bit of work but everything else was perfect. Would happily stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at Kayumas. The food was excellent and the staff are fantastic. The room and service were everything we needed and we could not recommend it more highly. It’s only a short walk to restaurants and the beach but we would have been happy just to hang out by the pool all day. We will be back!

Plunge pool was lovely and cool and very clean. Everything was very clean n tidy, the room and the whole resort super clean. We had breakfast & lunch there which was way better than I expected it might be. Good variety and very fresh. Lots of option and some dietary options GF & DF. Overall we had a nice stay, enjoyed the main pool and pool bar too. I would recommend a longer stay as it was a great location and the team were all adorable.

Kayamus was the most amazing place to stay. Something we learnt whilst staying at Kayumas was when walking to the shops you can cut through White Penny its so much quicker. The staff and food is 5 out of 5.

Beautiful modern and well maintained hotel with great selection of breakfast offered daily at the hotel restaurant. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Swim up pool bar is also a huge plus! Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Walkable to Seminyak square, very convenient location

Our room was amazing - so much room for the three of us, with a private pool to relax in too. A great location not too far from the airport, and so a perfect first base for us in Bali. If we return to Seminyak we'd definitely stay here again.
